They came by with water asking if we wanted any. There were NO DEALER fees and good rebates in the car. My salesperson was Al Fernandez and he was beer respectful and a great person. Our financial advisor was Richie Mejia he explained everything in details, answered all our answers and took his time to explain everything correctly. He did not seem like he was rushed like other dealerships. Next time I buy a car I am definitely going there and would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

We just bought our first car from Mullinax (Apopka). It probably won’t be our last purchase from them. Carmen our sales rep was very courteous, understanding and professional. Really liked their up front pricing, no negotiations and no dealer fees. They were pretty busy when we arrived but Carmen helped us quickly and understood what we were looking for. We didn’t buy the specific vehicle we went to look at and she helped us look at other similar vehicles. There was no pressure. They did offer the usual extended warranty options but just gave us the information and let us decide (we declined). Pretty smooth process, and although it took some time to get everything done it was still shorter than anyplace else we have been.

He went out of his way and went to Kissimmee to pick one up for me in the color I wanted. I love my new Expediton and I have no complaints about the whole experience. Larry's partner in sales, Al, and the the finance guy, Adam, were all great. I love that there was no wheelin' and dealin' - everything was very straight forward. My only complaint is that I would have liked a paper manual and I don't want to spend $50 to order one. It's not convenient to alwasy have to look online or on the car's system to find something. I miss my manual.

We appreciate how they don’t try and pressure you into buying a car, but are ready to help you however they can. We dealt with Josh and he was very helpful as well as not getting frustrated with us when we changed the car we wanted to buy. Also appreciate not having to play games with the price.
