Here's What We Need From You

1. Select a vehicle in stock


2. Once you've selected your vehicle, provide the following documents to your salesperson in advance:

  • Driver’s License and current address if not on license
  • License for Buyer and Co-Buyer or Co-Signer
  • Current Registration Card
  • Current Insurance Card
  • Confirmed Down Payment Amount and Finance Source

3. In addition, if you're looking to trade in a vehicle, we require the following details about your current vehicle:

  • If your vehicle has not been appraised, we need your vehicle serial number, mileage and trim level
  • If there a payoff is required, we need the name of the lienholder and account number

4. After gathering the documents required, a quick credit application must be completed. For your convenience, Mullinax Ford of Central Florida offers a credit application online for both the direct lessee or buyer as well as a second buyer or co-signer.


5. If you want to secure your vehicle, contact your salesperson—a down payment is needed.


6. If you choose to pick up your vehicle at the store, simply remember to have with you your:

  • Title to trade
  • Checkbook
  • License Tag

   Remember that delivery at home is an option too!


7. If you're an A, X, Z or D Plan Buyer, our Ford financing team requires your vehicle PIN number. Additionally, if you're an X Plan Partner buyer, we ask that you provide either a copy of your employee ID badge, paystub or health insurance card.
