We just bought our first car from Mullinax (Apopka). It probably won’t be our last purchase from them. Carmen our sales rep was very courteous, understanding and professional. Really liked their up front pricing, no negotiations and no dealer fees. They were pretty busy when we arrived but Carmen helped us quickly and understood what we were looking for. We didn’t buy the specific vehicle we went to look at and she helped us look at other similar vehicles. There was no pressure. They did offer the usual extended warranty options but just gave us the information and let us decide (we declined). Pretty smooth process, and although it took some time to get everything done it was still shorter than anyplace else we have been.

The dealer had the 201a safety package on my 2024 mustang echoboost premium, while other Mullinex dealers, were not. Noah my salesman, was extremely helpful. We made a deal over the phone mostly and the car was ready to pickup. Well worth my 2hr drive.
The whole buying experience was an absolute pleasure. Nelson sold me my previous vehicle and treats his clients like family. He shuffled me all around the lot in the cold rain to try and get the right vehicle for me. Cesar in finance was great to work with and helped find me a better rate than my pre-approval. We bought a 2025 Explorer over the weekend. The entire process with Mullinax-Apopka was incredible and very smooth. A lot of the pre-work had been done (e.g., financing) prior to us arriving. The total time from walking through the door to driving off the lot was on 2.5 hours. Chris was incredible and able to answer all of our questions. Joe Light was friendly and very competent. It was a pleasure to work with him! The electronic signing was problematic!! First there was no mention of PIN numbers and we signed documents and couldn’t submit them. Then got message for PIN number, but couldn’t get my wife’s because phone number was incorrect! When all was straightened out I was able to get them submitted! Despite this computer issue, Joe Light is an asset to Mullinax Ford!! Thank you Joe!
