We have been looking for a truck for 9 months and we came across Mullinax Ford on the Internet. We actually live in Tennessee and couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. We seen a Toyota Tacoma listed on the website and called and talked to our salesman Dale Brown and within a hour he sent us a complete invoice with what the price was out the door. We sent a deposit and they held the truck for a week until we could get to Florida. They had everything ready for us as soon as we got there it took maybe a hour between the test drive and is dropping off the rental car we drove to Florida. We knew everything about the financing from our interest rate to our monthly payment before we left Tennessee with no hidden add on's. The entire experience was great from the first phone call to (Dale) the salesman to the sales manager and finance gentleman talking to us.We could not believe the price. A Toyota dealership in North Carolina that I sent the invoice to told me I had better jump on the deal they couldn't even come close to the price. We wouldn't go to any other dealership in the future. We highly recommend Mullinax ford.Thanks Dale.

Called Mullinax from home in Cape Coral FL, Saturday morning and spoke to Nestor Herrera, gave him photos and short video of my truck that I’d like to trade in, an hour later with a solid trade in offer from his colleagues, we were off for Apopke to get my new truck, 2026 Roush Edition F-250 Power Stroke. Nestor thank you, Cesar who closed out our paperwork, thank you. Flawless from start to finish ! Even did a pop-in and spent the night with our 4 grandkids in Oviedo. Would highly recommend Nestor as salesman and close out paperwork with Cesar. To travel to Mullinax was worth every penny I saved ! Well done, Mr. Mullinax. Great crew…

Review Update 08/25/2026 This was my first experience using the free valet service at Mullinax Ford. My car was picked up on time. My Quick Lane service advisor, Luis, did an excellent job of insuring that my car was serviced with the requested "Works" package on time and he kept me informed about the process from start to finish. I received a video via text of the service tech summarizing the results of the inspection including video evidence of the areas needing attention. Luis called me to discuss the recommended items needing to be addressed. Once I gave my approval, he followed through with the service tech to insure everything was completed efficiently and quickly. He then expedited the return of my car by the valet service. While I was a little apprehensive about using the valet method to have my car serviced, I have to say it was great and turned out to be much better than driving the car in myself and waiting for it to be serviced. I will definitely use the valet service again. Thanks to Luis and the entire team at Quick Lane for an outstanding experience. Review Update 02/21/2024: My service advisor, Ariel Santiago, was extraordinary in every way during the entire service experience today. From the time that he greeted me when I arrived for my appointment, listening attentively to my description of the problem and then keeping me informed every step along the way until my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Ariel let me know the expected cost for the visit before the repair work was started. In my opinion, Ariel is a prized associate for Mullinax Ford in Apopka and I will certainly ask for him on future service visits. Thanks to everyone else in the service department who always make it such a pleasure to do business with Mullinax Ford in Apopka. Original Review from 2015: I have purchased 4 new Ford vehicles over the last 20 years but this was my first purchase from Mullinax Ford in Apopka. Our sales consultant, Dennis McClung was very helpful in providing all the information necessary for me to make an informed decision on the vehicle and financing plan that was best for me. I especially enjoyed his down-home, easy-going style without any of the pressure typically associated with a car purchase. Mullinax's bottom line pricing without the usual back and forth negotiations employed by many other dealers made the experience more enjoyable. Mullinax was fast and easy. I got a loan from my credit union on Monday morning and test drove the truck that afternoon, and got my buyer’s order from them the same afternoon. I got a great deal on the truck (low price and low mileage and a great record on the vehicle). I went back and got the truck Wednesday afternoon. Didn’t spend more than 3 hours total in the dealership. Special thanks to Kyle, Barry and Cesar for their great service and professionalism.

Though it took 4 and and half hours from start to finish, it was a very good experience. They took care of us the whole time by offering water bottles and keeping us up to date on the process. I think it could have been a little quicker, but it was busy there and I think we got a good deal.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Mullinax Ford while shopping for a Ford Expedition. We had visited several dealerships during our search, including some other well-known and reputable dealers, and Mullinax stood out from the rest. First, the quality of their certified pre-owned vehicles was noticeably higher. The vehicles we looked at were clean, well cared for, desirable, and had gone through thorough multipoint inspections. We felt much more confident in the overall quality of their inventory. We also really appreciated Mullinax’s straightforward, value-driven pricing model. There was no haggling, no back-and-forth with a sales manager, and none of the games that can make buying a vehicle frustrating. The pricing and process were simple, transparent, and fair. The sales team was equally impressive. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, service-oriented, and never high-pressure. Drew and Alan worked together selflessly to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. One small example really demonstrated their level of service: after we drove away, Drew realized that the batteries in our key fobs were getting low. Without us even asking, he mailed us two new batteries so we could replace them. It was a small thing, but a great example of proactively looking for ways to take care of the customer and going above and beyond. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. If you’re shopping for a Ford, I highly recommend giving Mullinax Ford a chance. We will absolutely be back when it’s time for our next vehicle.

Great reviews brought me to Mullinax Ford of Apopka in the first place, and now I’m here again, leaving a review of my own. I had a great experience buying my second Mustang at Mullinax Ford this past week. The salesperson, finance manager, and general manager were all fantastic, and I never felt pressured to buy the car. Once again, I was given a fair value for my trade-in, and the best part was, no dealer fees! After reviewing the purchase documents that evening, there were a couple of things that didn’t make sense to me, so I went back to the dealership the next day. Unfortunately, my salesperson was off and the finance manager wasn’t available. However, two other employees offered to help me right away. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me get everything resolved. I’m very grateful to both of them. Once again, I highly recommend Mullinax Ford of Apopka and will definitely buy my next vehicle from them again!

I want to give a shoutout to Liz and April mainly Liz as she was helping me from the get go. I had an issue with my car and went to coggin ford Deland. I originally purchased my car from Mullinax which I should’ve been with them from the get go however it is a bit of a drive for me. My experience with coggin Deland was horrific and I learned that they significantly overcharged me. Liz was AMAZING and helped me through everything. I truly can not think of a better experience and even though I moved to Georgia I will be driving back down to Florida for any service due to the way Liz took care of me.

When I met Matt Davis, in the 1st sentence I blasted off my wants/don't wants list to him, haha, and he jumped right in and helped me pick the car that was in my best interest and served my business needs. We looked at a few diff models, we measured interiors, we compared features. And then he searched all over Florida to find the exact color and price. He was really kind and spent a lot of time with me without an ounce of pressure. Michael Maldonado helped me often as well, including explaining a lot of the technical features with phone/ipad/travel, etc. They were both so knowledgeable and patient with me and so focused on me getting a car that would fit my needs perfectly. And they were absolutely hilarious!! When I came in, I was very, very sick and they both took good care of me with my car purchase and always put a smile on my face and made me laugh. I never thought I would like hanging out at a dealership, but I truly miss seeing both of them, they really made the experience quite fun!!!! The Finance gentleman, Wayne Farrell, was very friendly, professional and answered my 100 questions as well. I was quite pleasantly surprised at the level of service from SEVERAL diff people I dealt with at Mullinax Ford. First class system they have running over there. My father retired from General Motors but actually referred me to buy a specific Ford model that was highly rated, which is what I ended up with in the end after viewing all my options. I drove away in my new car in tears of gratitude (true story) for the entire experience as a whole. God is good and He blessed me with a very pleasant and stress-free experience here, as a single woman. WOW, very impressive, Mullinax Ford, thank you, thank you, and thank you!!! I’ve been to this Ford dealership several times, and I always make sure to work with Kevin. He is not only extremely professional and on top of everything, but he’s also genuinely a great guy and always incredibly friendly. Kevin does an excellent job of keeping me updated whenever my truck is in for service. He consistently checks in throughout the process and always asks what he can do to make the experience as easy and convenient as possible. He also takes the time to really listen when I bring up an issue with my truck. He makes sure he fully understands what I’m experiencing so he can accurately communicate it to the service technicians, which I really appreciate. Most recently, I was traveling out of town for a couple of weeks while my truck was being serviced. Kevin made sure everything was taken care of while I was gone, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even wished me well on my travels. That kind of personal attention and customer service goes a long way. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, communication, and genuine friendliness as well as Kevin does. I’ll continue coming back to this dealership and specifically asking for him. I’ve built a great relationship with Kevin over my visits, and I highly recommend him to anyone bringing their vehicle in for service. Thanks again, Kevin!

We have been looking for a truck for 9 months and we came across Mullinax Ford on the Internet. We actually live in Tennessee and couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. We seen a Toyota Tacoma listed on the website and called and talked to our salesman Dale Brown and within a hour he sent us a complete invoice with what the price was out the door. We sent a deposit and they held the truck for a week until we could get to Florida. They had everything ready for us as soon as we got there it took maybe a hour between the test drive and is dropping off the rental car we drove to Florida. We knew everything about the financing from our interest rate to our monthly payment before we left Tennessee with no hidden add on's. The entire experience was great from the first phone call to (Dale) the salesman to the sales manager and finance gentleman talking to us.We could not believe the price. A Toyota dealership in North Carolina that I sent the invoice to told me I had better jump on the deal they couldn't even come close to the price. We wouldn't go to any other dealership in the future. We highly recommend Mullinax ford.Thanks Dale.

Called Mullinax from home in Cape Coral FL, Saturday morning and spoke to Nestor Herrera, gave him photos and short video of my truck that I’d like to trade in, an hour later with a solid trade in offer from his colleagues, we were off for Apopke to get my new truck, 2026 Roush Edition F-250 Power Stroke. Review Update 08/25/2026 This was my first experience using the free valet service at Mullinax Ford. My car was picked up on time. My Quick Lane service advisor, Luis, did an excellent job of insuring that my car was serviced with the requested "Works" package on time and he kept me informed about the process from start to finish. I received a video via text of the service tech summarizing the results of the inspection including video evidence of the areas needing attention. Luis called me to discuss the recommended items needing to be addressed. Once I gave my approval, he followed through with the service tech to insure everything was completed efficiently and quickly. He then expedited the return of my car by the valet service. While I was a little apprehensive about using the valet method to have my car serviced, I have to say it was great and turned out to be much better than driving the car in myself and waiting for it to be serviced. I will definitely use the valet service again. Thanks to Luis and the entire team at Quick Lane for an outstanding experience. Review Update 02/21/2024: My service advisor, Ariel Santiago, was extraordinary in every way during the entire service experience today. From the time that he greeted me when I arrived for my appointment, listening attentively to my description of the problem and then keeping me informed every step along the way until my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Ariel let me know the expected cost for the visit before the repair work was started. In my opinion, Ariel is a prized associate for Mullinax Ford in Apopka and I will certainly ask for him on future service visits. Mullinax was fast and easy. I got a loan from my credit union on Monday morning and test drove the truck that afternoon, and got my buyer’s order from them the same afternoon. My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Mullinax Ford while shopping for a Ford Expedition. We had visited several dealerships during our search, including some other well-known and reputable dealers, and Mullinax stood out from the rest. First, the quality of their certified pre-owned vehicles was noticeably higher. The vehicles we looked at were clean, well cared for, desirable, and had gone through thorough multipoint inspections. We felt much more confident in the overall quality of their inventory. We also really appreciated Mullinax’s straightforward, value-driven pricing model. There was no haggling, no back-and-forth with a sales manager, and none of the games that can make buying a vehicle frustrating. The pricing and process were simple, transparent, and fair. The sales team was equally impressive. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, service-oriented, and never high-pressure. Drew and Alan worked together selflessly to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. One small example really demonstrated their level of service: after we drove away, Drew realized that the batteries in our key fobs were getting low. Without us even asking, he mailed us two new batteries so we could replace them. It was a small thing, but a great example of proactively looking for ways to take care of the customer and going above and beyond. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. If you’re shopping for a Ford, I highly recommend giving Mullinax Ford a chance. We will absolutely be back when it’s time for our next vehicle.

Great reviews brought me to Mullinax Ford of Apopka in the first place, and now I’m here again, leaving a review of my own. I had a great experience buying my second Mustang at Mullinax Ford this past week. The salesperson, finance manager, and general manager were all fantastic, and I never felt pressured to buy the car. Once again, I was given a fair value for my trade-in, and the best part was, no dealer fees! After reviewing the purchase documents that evening, there were a couple of things that didn’t make sense to me, so I went back to the dealership the next day. Unfortunately, my salesperson was off and the finance manager wasn’t available. However, two other employees offered to help me right away. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me get everything resolved. I’m very grateful to both of them. When I met Matt Davis, in the 1st sentence I blasted off my wants/don't wants list to him, haha, and he jumped right in and helped me pick the car that was in my best interest and served my business needs. We looked at a few diff models, we measured interiors, we compared features. And then he searched all over Florida to find the exact color and price. He was really kind and spent a lot of time with me without an ounce of pressure. Michael Maldonado helped me often as well, including explaining a lot of the technical features with phone/ipad/travel, etc. They were both so knowledgeable and patient with me and so focused on me getting a car that would fit my needs perfectly. And they were absolutely hilarious!! When I came in, I was very, very sick and they both took good care of me with my car purchase and always put a smile on my face and made me laugh. I never thought I would like hanging out at a dealership, but I truly miss seeing both of them, they really made the experience quite fun!!!! The Finance gentleman, Wayne Farrell, was very friendly, professional and answered my 100 questions as well. I was quite pleasantly surprised at the level of service from SEVERAL diff people I dealt with at Mullinax Ford. First class system they have running over there. My father retired from General Motors but actually referred me to buy a specific Ford model that was highly rated, which is what I ended up with in the end after viewing all my options. I’ve been to this Ford dealership several times, and I always make sure to work with Kevin. He is not only extremely professional and on top of everything, but he’s also genuinely a great guy and always incredibly friendly. Kevin does an excellent job of keeping me updated whenever my truck is in for service. He consistently checks in throughout the process and always asks what he can do to make the experience as easy and convenient as possible. He also takes the time to really listen when I bring up an issue with my truck. He makes sure he fully understands what I’m experiencing so he can accurately communicate it to the service technicians, which I really appreciate. Most recently, I was traveling out of town for a couple of weeks while my truck was being serviced. Kevin made sure everything was taken care of while I was gone, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even wished me well on my travels. This has been most certainly one of the best purchases I’ve made when it comes to a dealership. The attention and the smooth process, all my questions were answered and was advised in which were my better options when it came to the finance department. Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

Consultant Mr Nestor and his team made my transaction a smoothed one. Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again.
