Help Wanted: Payroll Coordinator
Mullinax Ford, Inc DBA Mullinax Ford of Central Florida, seeks to work in Apopka, FL, an experienced Payroll Coordinator. In this role, you will maintain personnel files and electronic records. Maintain privacy of employment and payroll records. Compile payroll data including hours worked, bonuses, commissions, time off pay, deductions, garnishments, etc. Prepare and process weekly payrolls in a timely manner. Monitor employee leave. Assisting the accounting department. Reconcile and post payroll/benefits entries to the general ledger in accounting. Prepare reports and census data from the payroll system. Reconcile accounting schedules related to payroll and make adjusting entries to the general ledger. Submit online investigative requests for background screening and drug testing of applicants. Onboarding new employees and verifying I-9 documentation. Provide administrative support to management, other departments, and employees as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and legislation. Collaborating with other financial personnel.
