We have received excellent service from Nelson Santana in sales for many years now. I think this is the sixth or seventh Carr or truck that we have bought from him. He is very knowledgeable and usually has the right vehicle picked out for us even before we get to the store. He helped us with another excellent truck today.

I’ve been to this Ford dealership several times, and I always make sure to work with Kevin. He is not only extremely professional and on top of everything, but he’s also genuinely a great guy and always incredibly friendly. Kevin does an excellent job of keeping me updated whenever my truck is in for service. He consistently checks in throughout the process and always asks what he can do to make the experience as easy and convenient as possible. He also takes the time to really listen when I bring up an issue with my truck. He makes sure he fully understands what I’m experiencing so he can accurately communicate it to the service technicians, which I really appreciate. Most recently, I was traveling out of town for a couple of weeks while my truck was being serviced. Kevin made sure everything was taken care of while I was gone, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even wished me well on my travels. That kind of personal attention and customer service goes a long way. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, communication, and genuine friendliness as well as Kevin does. I’ll continue coming back to this dealership and specifically asking for him. I’ve built a great relationship with Kevin over my visits, and I highly recommend him to anyone bringing their vehicle in for service. Thanks again, Kevin!

This is my second purchase from Mullinex and it was just as good if not better than9 my first. Brent was my salesman this time and he went over and above to make sure i was happy. Everyone there was extremely friendly and always asking if we needed anything. At the end we went to Ceasar's office to finish up the paperwork and he like Brent made sure we were happy before we left. As long as I drive a Ford I will always put my trust in Mullinex!

This was my 5th vehicle I've purchased from Mullinax in Apopka. From a Crown Vick to a F-250 then a 2024 Mustang then Ford Escort now a 2025 Maverick. All but my 1st one had Dennis taking care of business for me. Now I like that. Who knows there just might be another next year. Guess what ? I recently purchased a vehicle from Mullinax Ford. I chose them because they had a car I wanted and the price was right too. I also liked that they advertised NO DEALER fees - and you know what? It’s true! My sales person Joshua was professional, patient, and polite. Richey, the finance person was very helpful and took his time to explain everything. Warren even stopped by the desk just to hand me a bottled water and I treated dice himself. There is a real family atmosphere here. It’s not fake - or a show - these folks are genuine. As someone who buys more vehicles than the average person, I can honestly say that this was one of the best, if not THE best car buying experiences I’ve ever had! My 2021 F150 went in recently with transmission problems. I CANNOT BE MORE PLEASED with my experience with this dealer. The best dealership I have dealt with in nearly 50 years! They were relentless in diagnosing the problem, kept me informed the whole way through, and completed all the work on time. I highly recommend Mullinax to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Remember, it's not just the car but also the backup of the dealership. 5 Stars!!!

updated review, Zach is still a great guy, the service is still attentive, and the people great to be around - Brian Francis called me not even 2 hours after posting my original review of the car running a check engine light and coding for a thermostat. He asked if I had talked to anyone and I simply stated that I knew I bought the car as is and I was already over the 300mi warranty. He told me to come in and they will take care of it, and he did. The thermostat did need replacing. I’ve never heard of any dealership repairing their recently sold used car after the signed warranty became void. This dealership gave me something to eat, drink, and a place to work as I was coming in during my work hours. They will have my business for all car buying in the future

I actually drive about 45 minutes to have my vehicle serviced here, even though there’s a Ford dealership only five minutes from my home. The difference in customer service, professionalism, and overall experience is absolutely worth the drive every single time. This visit really stood out. I arrived late and completely frazzled after a frightening experience with an Uber driver that left me stranded and shaken. Kevin immediately noticed something was wrong and took the time to listen, reassure me, and make sure I was okay. His calm demeanor, kindness, genuine concern, and sense of humor were exactly what I needed in that moment. I never expected that level of compassion during a routine service appointment, but it meant more than I can express. Beyond that, Kevin was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, personable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I had a few simple requests on the vehicle (like removing dealership stickers), and Brent took care of everything quickly and without issue. He was extremely responsive, communicated clearly, and made the entire process easy. I own several vehicles and have worked with many dealerships over the years, so I know how frustrating the process can be with unnecessary add-ons and complications. Just purchased a car from here, they guy who helped me was Zacharee, really transparent process and honestly the best experience I've had before buying a car, I also felt the honesty from the salesman, did a good job. Zacharee also heard about my needs, he overheard I needed an adapter for tesla superchargers to charge my ford mustang mach e, and he got me one for FREE. Honestly a very good salesman that listens to everything his clients say. Had so much value added to the deal, I'd definitely come back if I have to and i'd recommend to anybody

updated review, Zach is still a great guy, the service is still attentive, and the people great to be around - Brian Francis called me not even 2 hours after posting my original review of the car running a check engine light and coding for a thermostat. He asked if I had talked to anyone and I simply stated that I knew I bought the car as is and I was already over the 300mi warranty. He told me to come in and they will take care of it, and he did. The thermostat did need replacing. I’ve never heard of any dealership repairing their recently sold used car after the signed warranty became void. This dealership gave me something to eat, drink, and a place to work as I was coming in during my work hours. They will have my business for all car buying in the future

I actually drive about 45 minutes to have my vehicle serviced here, even though there’s a Ford dealership only five minutes from my home. I arrived late and completely frazzled after a frightening experience with an Uber driver that left me stranded and shaken. Worked with Brian Serrage to purchase a lightly used 2025 Expedition. He worked diligently with mgmt. to get us top market value for our trade in. Ended up being an after hours deal due to the large volume of cars being sold but Brian stayed to make sure everything went smoothly. We found a few things on the vehicle we wanted repaired such as a broke headrest and some paint chips needing touchup. He made sure to have all that worked into the deal. We bought a 2025 Explorer over the weekend. The entire process with Mullinax-Apopka was incredible and very smooth. A lot of the pre-work had been done (e.g., financing) prior to us arriving. We were seen immediately after arriving at our appointment time. There were no (zero) surprises throughout the purchase process. The total time from walking through the door to driving off the lot was on 2.5 hours. Chris was incredible and able to answer all of our questions. There was no high pressure sales for warranty, just a very straight forward presentation of the choices. This is my second time buying through Mullinax (previous buy was through Mullinax-Kissimmee). Joe Light was friendly and very competent. It was a pleasure to work with him! The electronic signing was problematic!! First there was no mention of PIN numbers and we signed documents and couldn’t submit them. Then got message for PIN number, but couldn’t get my wife’s because phone number was incorrect! I was very pleased with the purchase of my new 2024 King Ranch Expedition. Larry took time with me to compare different styles and even showed me a Bronco to consider. He went out of his way and went to Kissimmee to pick one up for me in the color I wanted. I love my new Expediton and I have no complaints about the whole experience. Larry's partner in sales, Al, and the the finance guy, Adam, were all great. I love that there was no wheelin' and dealin' - everything was very straight forward. My only complaint is that I would have liked a paper manual and I don't want to spend $50 to order one. It's not convenient to alwasy have to look online or on the car's system to find something. I miss my manual.

I went to 16 different dealerships and they all charged "EXTRA" for things like Free lifetime oil change Packages $2500, Dealer Fees up to $1200, Electronic Filing Fees up to $440 and one even charged me $1000 because they said they couldn't sell my trade on their lot and I had to pay to send it to the auction (fee)!!! I made two deals on two 2019 Nissan Frontiers and both cost $22,000. At the other dealerships I got $6400 for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, at Mullinax Ford $10,000. The other dealerships' fees were from $1,000 to $4790...at Mullinax Ford NO FEES and electronic filing was $24. The other dealers bottom line $18,000...Mullinax's bottom line $12,000. Guess who sold a Nissan Frontier...MULLINAX FORD and their super great salesman "Devon". I have owned more than 70 cars, so far, and even though Mullinax was a 3 hour drive, for me, I will buy all the rest of my cars from MULLINAX....period. And the buying experience was a true Pleasure! The best used car buying experience. They head and shoulders above all dealerships I have had a car or truck purchase deal. The sales person, Mr Paul Pineda was very professional straight shooter. Was very well prepared answered all our questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to go again to Mullinax Ford for my next purchase. The vehicle was well prepared, clean in and out, fresh oil and filter. Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

When I entered Mullinax Ford Dealership right away I felt at home. I am an older handicap female and I did not feel discriminated against at all. Consultant Mr Nestor and his team made my transaction a smoothed one. Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. It was an excellent experience, and we would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you Juan and Joshua!

I have nothing but good things to say about my new truck buying experience with Mullinax Ford, Apopka. My salesman Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly, as was Chris. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. The dealer had the 201a safety package on my 2024 mustang echoboost premium, while other Mullinex dealers, were not. Noah my salesman, was extremely helpful. We made a deal over the phone mostly and the car was ready to pickup. Well worth my 2hr drive.
