I've never had an enjoyable purchase at a car dealership. EVER. I've always felt pressured and taken advantage of when purchasing a vehicle, new or used, at every dealer I've ever been to. That was until Mullinax. I entered my info in order to get an online estimate, and honestly didn't intend to make a deal. This was the third dealer I researched and the only one that really wanted to sell a car. From the moment Ellie reached out to me, there was never a feeling of being pressured. In fact, they didn't even reach out until the next day because they weren't in a rush. Nestor was my salesman and he was top notch. I requested a remote purchase and trade in because I have VERY limited time due to my work schedule. Nestor listened to my needs and actually sent me what I was asking for, NOT what he was interested in selling me. What a crazy idea! All other car dealers should take notes. THIS is how you treat customers. I was curious to get into an F-150 and Nestor made it happen. All in all, the entire transaction took less than 3 hours remotely. Nestor hand delivered the vehicle to me and left in my trade. Easy as that. Not only am I a Mullinax convert now, but I'm already considering what my daughter's first car and my wife's next car will be. The only thing for certain is that they will both be Ford's from Mullinax Ford.

My appointment for service was made quickly within a couple of days of my calling. I love the fact that they Provide vehicle pick up as well as delivery back to my house. I was kept informed via text and email of every aspect of my pick up and delivery, providing a picture and name of the agent picking up and delivering my vehicle.. BIG THANKS TO JOHN!!!! Bought a 2019 Ford Expedition back in November and the team did amazing with the deal! Few months later I came back for a 2nd vehicle and I have me now a 2019 ram 1500. John did amazing with all the cars he showed me and the information he gave me on each car and its history. Was very patient during the whole process of me looking at so many cars. I've been coming for like 3 or 4 days as I shopped around their inventory and tried to make my decision. I even left and shopped around outside mullinax and ended up coming back and closing the deal on the ram. If you're looking to shop here ask for John! I also had Alan and Paul help me out when I showed up and John wasn't there and they did great helping me out. I would recommend those 2 if John isn't around

Paul and the team were great, process to get my new Ford Lightning was super smooth and transparent. Sales and Finance not pushy at all, and entire process was around 3 hours, even when the dealer was super busy on a saturday morning/afternoon. The no dealer fee is real!

We were promptly greeted when we arrived. Everyone throughout the experience did not pressure us and were very professional. Pricing on the vehicle purchased and my trade in were very fair and reasonable and created a no haggle environment. Probably the one word I can use to describe the environment and team we dealt with is calm. Everyone from the time we walked in to the time we left was calm and relaxed and it made for a very low stress experience, which is something I never thought I would say about buying a car.

THIS is how you treat customers. I was curious to get into an F-150 and Nestor made it happen. All in all, the entire transaction took less than 3 hours remotely. Nestor hand delivered the vehicle to me and left in my trade. Easy as that. Not only am I a Mullinax convert now, but I'm already considering what my daughter's first car and my wife's next car will be. The only thing for certain is that they will both be Forest from Mullinax Ford.

We bought a 2025 Explorer over the weekend. The entire process with Mullinax-Apopka was incredible and very smooth. A lot of the pre-work had been done (e.g., financing) prior to us arriving. We were seen immediately after arriving at our appointment time. There were no (zero) surprises throughout the purchase process. The total time from walking through the door to driving off the lot was on 2.5 hours. Chris was incredible and able to answer all of our questions. Joe Light was friendly and very competent. It was a pleasure to work with him! The electronic signing was problematic!! First there was no mention of PIN numbers and we signed documents and couldn’t submit them. Then got message for PIN number, but couldn’t get my wife’s because phone number was incorrect! When all was straightened out I was able to get them submitted! Despite this computer issue, Joe Light is an asset to Mullinax Ford!! Thank you Joe!

I was very pleased with the purchase of my new 2024 King Ranch Expedition. Larry took time with me to compare different styles and even showed me a Bronco to consider. He went out of his way and went to Kissimmee to pick one up for me in the color I wanted. I love my new Expediton and I have no complaints about the whole experience. Larry's partner in sales, Al, and the the finance guy, Adam, were all great. I love that there was no wheelin' and dealin' - everything was very straight forward. My only complaint is that I would have liked a paper manual and I don't want to spend $50 to order one. It's not convenient to alwasy have to look online or on the car's system to find something. I miss my manual.

I went to 16 different dealerships and they all charged "EXTRA" for things like Free lifetime oil change Packages $2500, Dealer Fees up to $1200, Electronic Filing Fees up to $440 and one even charged me $1000 because they said they couldn't sell my trade on their lot and I had to pay to send it to the auction (fee)!!! I made two deals on two 2019 Nissan Frontiers and both cost $22,000. At the other dealerships I got $6400 for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, at Mullinax Ford $10,000. The other dealerships' fees were from $1,000 to $4790...at Mullinax Ford NO FEES and electronic filing was $24. The other dealers bottom line $18,000...Mullinax's bottom line $12,000. Guess who sold a Nissan Frontier...MULLINAX FORD and their super great salesman "Devon". I have owned more than 70 cars, so far, and even though Mullinax was a 3 hour drive, for me, I will buy all the rest of my cars from MULLINAX....period. And the buying experience was a true Pleasure! Mullinax sells cars and trucks, while the other dealerships just sell Care Packages and Add-ons and Fees. Which do you think customers want to pay for?

Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

When I entered Mullinax Ford Dealership right away I felt at home. I am an older handicap female and I did not feel discriminated against at all. Consultant Mr Nestor and his team made my transaction a smoothed one. Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. It was an excellent experience, and we would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you Juan and Joshua!

I have nothing but good things to say about my new truck buying experience with Mullinax Ford, Apopka. My salesman Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly, as was Chris. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again.
