I've never had an enjoyable purchase at a car dealership. EVER. I've always felt pressured and taken advantage of when purchasing a vehicle, new or used, at every dealer I've ever been to. That was until Mullinax. I entered my info in order to get an online estimate, and honestly didn't intend to make a deal. This was the third dealer I researched and the only one that really wanted to sell a car. From the moment Ellie reached out to me, there was never a feeling of being pressured. In fact, they didn't even reach out until the next day because they weren't in a rush. Nestor was my salesman and he was top notch. I requested a remote purchase and trade in because I have VERY limited time due to my work schedule. Nestor listened to my needs and actually sent me what I was asking for, NOT what he was interested in selling me. What a crazy idea! All other car dealers should take notes. THIS is how you treat customers. I was curious to get into an F-150 and Nestor made it happen. All in all, the entire transaction took less than 3 hours remotely. Nestor hand delivered the vehicle to me and left in my trade. Easy as that. Not only am I a Mullinax convert now, but I'm already considering what my daughter's first car and my wife's next car will be. The only thing for certain is that they will both be Ford's from Mullinax Ford.

My appointment for service was made quickly within a couple of days of my calling. I love the fact that they Provide vehicle pick up as well as delivery back to my house. I was kept informed via text and email of every aspect of my pick up and delivery, providing a picture and name of the agent picking up and delivering my vehicle.. BIG THANKS TO JOHN!!!! Bought a 2019 Ford Expedition back in November and the team did amazing with the deal! Few months later I came back for a 2nd vehicle and I have me now a 2019 ram 1500. John did amazing with all the cars he showed me and the information he gave me on each car and its history. Was very patient during the whole process of me looking at so many cars. I've been coming for like 3 or 4 days as I shopped around their inventory and tried to make my decision. I even left and shopped around outside mullinax and ended up coming back and closing the deal on the ram. If you're looking to shop here ask for John! I also had Alan and Paul help me out when I showed up and John wasn't there and they did great helping me out. I would recommend those 2 if John isn't around

Paul and the team were great, process to get my new Ford Lightning was super smooth and transparent. Sales and Finance not pushy at all, and entire process was around 3 hours, even when the dealer was super busy on a saturday morning/afternoon. The no dealer fee is real!

We were promptly greeted when we arrived. Everyone throughout the experience did not pressure us and were very professional. Pricing on the vehicle purchased and my trade in were very fair and reasonable and created a no haggle environment. Probably the one word I can use to describe the environment and team we dealt with is calm. Everyone from the time we walked in to the time we left was calm and relaxed and it made for a very low stress experience, which is something I never thought I would say about buying a car.

Nestor hand delivered the vehicle to me and left in my trade. Easy as that. Not only am I a Mullinax convert now, but I'm already considering what my daughter's first car and my wife's next car will be. This dealership went above and beyond. Starting with the sales man Sonny. He took and showed us what we wanted to see then he shared his knowledge of the vehicles we were looking at. He answered our questions they let us test drive which made us comfortable that they trust us to return. We then later return to look at something different and Sonny was more than willing to make sure we were happy with the decision that we made. It didn’t stop at Sonny the finance manager Cesar Was down to earth very easy person to talk to. He also share knowledge on different plans to purchase. The entire experience at this dealership tended to us on all levels of friendliness. Very clean as well employees were very well dressed along with pride in the work place. We couldn’t get over how large your dealership was and how we were treated. We will highly recommend for sure!!

I walked into the Service Department at the main building with the intention of scheduling an appointment to have my 2 recalls looked at, when they informed me that these recalls could be handled by the Quick Lane Auto Center. So I made my way there and Justin helped me tremendously. He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and got right to it. The whole experience took about 30 - 35 minutes from start to finish. I was super impressed! Having had past experiences in other dealerships where I had to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change, this was certainly unexpected and a breath of fresh air. They also took a look at my wheel alignment (at my request) and fixed it. I was charged for the inspection but not the repair because I was told it was just slightly off so it was waived. I really don't know of many other dealerships who would do that. Thank you so much to the staff at the Quick Lane Auto Center for always keeping my experience consistent. It really helps to know that I will always get great service each time I head that way.

A special shout-out to Barry Ross from Chicago , my sales representative, who went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect vehicle. Barry Ross was incredibly knowledgeable about the different models and features, patiently answering all my questions and guiding me through the options. His friendly demeanor and genuine passion for helping customers made the entire car-buying process enjoyable and stress-free. The financing process was also smooth, with transparent information and no hidden fees. I left with a fantastic car and a great feeling about my purchase. If you're in the market for a used vehicle, definitely head to Ford Mullinax and ask for Barry Ross from Chicago —he's the best!

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. It was an excellent experience, and we would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you Juan and Joshua!

Salesman Devon King was very responsive and helpful during and after our visit to the dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with him. The dealership was easy to get to and very clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My one disappointment was the truck could have been cleaned and washed better. Windows had numerous streaks and bed liner was dirty.

This was such a pleasant experience. From the moment we entered and were not circled by sharks to the finance finish. Our salesman Devin Dempsey was excellent. This young man was respectful, and not pushy in any way. Mullinax had a fair price and didn’t try to add on extras we didn’t want. Will definitely recommend them.

I have nothing but good things to say about my new truck buying experience with Mullinax Ford, Apopka. My salesman Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly, as was Chris. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. Big thanks to Tyler and the rest of the Mullinax Apopka team for making my buying experience as pleasant as it was!!!

I want to give a shout out to Dwight Dowe, I took my Edge there due to Prestige Ford messing it up and he helped me out so much with getting it fixed right, giving me a loaner for 2 days while they fixed my truck. Dwight is a out standing advisor and I would send anyone to him, he is up front and honest. The dealer had the 201a safety package on my 2024 mustang echoboost premium, while other Mullinex dealers, were not. Noah my salesman, was extremely helpful. We made a deal over the phone mostly and the car was ready to pickup. Well worth my 2hr drive.
