I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Mullinax. I put an inquiry in on the availability of a specific Mustang GT Premium through their website late Saturday night and was contacted by Alan Bowers on Sunday. He very quickly got me their bottom line price. They do not charge any fees like documentation fee, taxable fees, etc. that I've seen on the pencils at other dealerships. They don't try to sneak in warranty or other upcharges - it's offered as optional and fully explained when you're signing your finance paperwork. I was even able to finalize all the details of financing AND my trade in via text before going to the dealership so that when I got there, all I had to do was turn in my keys on the trade, sign my paperwork, and get a walkthrough on my new car. And special thanks to Alan for not only being a nice guy but for being so patient when my bank took an hour and a half to lift the transaction limit on my account so I could pay my downpayment. Even though it wasn't done until an hour after the dealership closed, he still sat with me in the car and made sure I understood the functions and could at very least operate it well enough to get home. Halan even checked in on me today to see how my daughter liked the vehicle after I mentioned it was a surprise! Mullinax is over 2 hrs away from me and there are at least 10 Ford dealerships between my home and them, but I would never go anywhere else ever again.
