Benjamin in Sales was amazing

Just bought a new F250. My sales associate, Benjamin, was amazing. He had the truck ready to go when I needed it. He advised others that we commuted 2 1/2 hours one way to complete the deal (on minimal sleep, this was the day after hurricane Helene). Overall nothing could have made this transaction any better. Kudos to Benjamin for giving us TOPNOTCH service. My wife and I thank you so much!!!

I was highly skeptical of the other reviews I read online because I didn’t believe a positive vehicle buying experience existed in a traditional dealership model. I couldn’t have been more incorrect. This was the most painless experience I’ve ever had purchasing and it was all accomplished without ever setting foot on a Mullinax location. Benjamin was my primary contact and he addressed all of my questions throughout every phase of the process and maintained excellent communication throughout the transaction, both via phone and text. The truck was delivered to my home this morning and is exactly as described. I will definitely be referring anyone and everyone I know who is interested in purchasing a Ford to work with Mullinax.
