Went in to look at purchasing 2 vehicles, a Bronco for my wife and an F150 Lariat for myself. Found the F150 I liked and in the price range I was looking for and the sales person, Juan, even told me when we were looking at the truck that is the correct upfront price no additional fees added on. I asked Juan to work the numbers for my trade and the F150 and the price came in $10k higher then the window price "sales price" and he explained that the price on the windshield was incorrect and would not honor the pricing they had marked. In turn the lost 2 sales out of trying to do a bait and switch! This was a horrible experience and unless you truly like being dragged by a dealer I would recommend checking out other dealers. UPDATE**** The dealer called me and had a consultant named Brent completely take care of me. This is not paid for nor did they give me any special discount this 1 star to 5 star review is purely based on the customer service that Brent and management showed me they have and that they do actually care!! I highly recommend Brent and mullinax as I also did a lot of shopping and bought both the bronco for my wife and the f150 for me here! Save time and money and come to mullinax
