Excellent customer service. I felt like a VIP through the entire experience. The salesman Michael S. was great no BS sales and a straight shooter. Finance manager Cesar was also a pleasure to work with as well as the manager. Definitely will be purchasing future vehicles with this team. I’ve never owned a Ford, but just wanted to test drive a bronco sport. Not only was our salesman Dennis kind, but he took me into the vehicle and gave me a wonderful presentation and explained things very thorough. He was professional and never pushy. Then as we moved on with to finance, Cesar was welcoming and felt like an old friend as we sat there doing the paperwork. Everything made us feel like we were old friends. And it was so natural because they have all been there for years and are treated well, so they do that same thing with the customers. They all went above and beyond in such an easy going environment. (And all of this being extremely busy). Very happy with my purchase and the entire experience. We will be back soon for my husbands purchase next!

I ordered a Maverick Hybrid with Mullinax Ford of Central Florida in November 2021. I have finally received today, 2/25/23. This was at no fault to the dealer as Ford and most other business have challenges now-a-days. I will start off by saying that I originally did not receive much updates from the dealer at the beginning, but I understand as they only communicate what Ford tells them. November 2022 I reached out and found out that I had to rollover my order from 2022 model year to 2023. Had that completed and started tracking the order on my own. As it got nearer, I was given a new sales person, Dale, who was very responsive and easy to work with. The day I was finally able to pick up the truck, everything was practically ready for me as Dale asked and prepared for everything needed upon my arrival. He was diligent and I had not a single issue. Hands down, best car buying experience I’ve had. I had come with pre-approval so when I got to finance, it went just as smooth. Cesar from finance asked about any other products we were interested in, but did not pressure us at all. Extremely pleasant experience and was mindful of our time. The great customer service as well as NO dealer fees and NO pressure was shocking. If I am needing a Ford in the future, I will make the 2 hour drive AGAIN just to receive this excellent service.

No tricks, no BS, just an honest man trying to take care of our needs.
