This was my second trip to Mullinax. I purchased my Chevrolet Silverado about 2 years ago from Sonny. My wife needed to upgrade to a bigger car, so we gave Sonny a call again. Sonny, Anastasia, and Chris were wonderful to us. We were able to trade in her car for a Chevrolet Traverse. I drive Chevrolet but I will always come to Mullinax first because of Sonny and the staff. We are incredibly satisfied with Mullinax Ford. Thank you!

The team over at mullinax is next to none I had an unforseen nearly unpredictable issue (that wasnt theyre fault) with my previous truck and they went above and beyond to make sure they took care of me and I certainly left there smiling. The experience of buying my new Mach E at Mullinax Ford has been absolutely the best I’ve experienced. Kevin has been super chill, accommodating, and is not pushy unlike most salespeople I’ve experienced from other dealerships. He was really pleasant and tried his absolute best in making the sale efficiently and straightforward to the point where I was able to enjoy my new car very quickly. Chris was also very pleasant and was also accommodating with me with regards to understanding the warranty of my new vehicle while also including a little something extra for my new car. They both have treated me like a valued customer and have made my experience of buying a new car the best I’ve had in a very long time. I seriously recommend talking to Kevin if you ever need to buy a new Ford car and Chris for the paperwork and warranty information. They are in my opinion the GO-TO at Mullinax. Chris and Rick were great and I did’t get passed around higher up to the hard selling bosses like other dealers.

Chris White, my sales person was great! He was patient and very courteous with me. He listened what I ask for and didn’t try to steer me in a different direction. Took a few test drives until I decided on the right vehicle. Very satisfied with the whole process.

This is our 2nd time buying a vehicle at Mullinax and it truly is the easiest car buying experience! They are very responsive to questions and are happy to communicate with whatever works best for you. For me it’s texting and each time they provide me great information which really helped my wife and I do thorough comparisons. While our first sale associate, Freddy, had been transferred to another store he still responded to my text to let me know he had moved. This time we had the pleasure of working with Justin Demyan who again was super responsive and helpful. While we went knowing about 90% the truck we wanted he patiently took us around to look at similar ones and answered all of our questions. We did wind up buying the truck we went there to see and I couldn’t be happier! For the financing we did get to work again with Chris and of course were not disappointed in the level service. He took time to walk through all of the numbers, went though various options for both the purchase price as well as the optional products. Everyone at Mullinax was great to work with. I had worked with Chris in the internet department and ended up going on his one day off. But Justin, also with the internet department, was ready to help me with my car purchase. The general manager, Sean, was also very involved in the purchase. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. When I arrived, it turned out that some of the vehicles listed as available on the website and Ford’s website were actually already gone from the lot (so keep that in mind when shopping for a vehicle online). But that didn’t stop the staff from working with me and making the shopping experience an enjoyable one. I didn’t arrive expecting to have to kick the tires on a few different trucks, but they worked with me to find the perfect fit and I left with a brand new truck that everyone loves.

It did take two weeks to get the facility door code... That took them less than the time of a test drive. We had to go back in person to ensure it happened. Chris the finance guy, and Juan the salesman are stand up guys, and made it right. They personally came to talk to me... And then my wife and I bought a second car there today.

I recently purchased a 2024 Ranger. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Hasson. He was great throughout the entire process. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He wasn’t pushy or over bearing, I felt like I was buying a car from a good friend. Chris the finance manager was also great. He helped me with a bunch of questions and helped me make the right decision on what warranty to go with. Michael and Chris made a great team they both went above and beyond. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Mullinax I’ll be purchasing my 4th from Michael when the time comes.

We bought a 2025 Explorer over the weekend. The entire process with Mullinax-Apopka was incredible and very smooth. A lot of the pre-work had been done (e.g., financing) prior to us arriving. We were seen immediately after arriving at our appointment time. There were no (zero) surprises throughout the purchase process. The total time from walking through the door to driving off the lot was on 2.5 hours. Chris was incredible and able to answer all of our questions. There was no high pressure sales for warranty, just a very straight forward presentation of the choices. This is my second time buying through Mullinax (previous buy was through Mullinax-Kissimmee).
