I had been looking for several weeks for an F150, and had ran across several dealers who were way over the sticker price. Mullinax Ford gave me a straight answer on every question I had, and there were absolutely no shenanigans at closing. What you see is what you pay. Reserving, ordering and waiting for Ford to fill my Bronco order seemed like forever. There were hundreds of upset and disappointed future Bronco owners posting on the Bronco6g site how they were very upset with Ford and their dealerships for poor service, communication, and not honoring agreed upon pricing. It was a 2+ year wait before I received my Bronco but the team at Mullinax took excellent care of me and honored our original price agreement and all the Ford incentives as a result of the factory delays. Dale was very informative and did not put any pressure on me purchasing. After my purchase, he walked me through the various features and input my home address and my son's address into the navigation menu. Our experience started off a bit rocky with the internet department, but we decided to just go in and see what we could make happen. If you go to this dealership, ask for DALE BROWN. Hands down one of the best salesmen in the dealership. He was not pushy, very knowledgeable + communication was spot on. He took care of everything smoothly and we are extremely satisfied. Although I have to add, in person, everyone in the dealership is extremely friendly. Julio offered to get us waters + help find Dale when we walked in. The General Manager came over and chatted with us and was a very nice gentleman. I would recommend going to the dealership and experiencing in person how great they are. Dale will have our business for as long as we live in Central Florida!

Great people and especially our salesman, Dale. Very professional and courteous while dealing over the phone. Days later we went in person to purchase a truck that we saw on the internet and when we arrived we changed our minds. Dale listen to our needs and was not a pushy salesman.
