Made my 3rd purchase of a vehicle at a Mullinax store in as many years, and all were very positive experiences. I had purchased a used Escape at the Apopka store a little over 3 years ago, and just traded it in to lease a new 2022 Ranger. I was able to complete almost the entire process online and over the phone. The salesperson, Dan was very helpful and available (even texted me once while he was on vacation) and worked hard at understanding what I wanted, what my circumstances were, etc. Rangers are hard to get right now, but Dan encouraged me to put a hold on one that he expected would arrive in late April. Happily, the car showed up early and Dan quickly coordinated with me to move forward and lease the truck. At the store, all went smoothly, completed the credit app, trade in process and lease paperwork in about 3 hours. I've also had a good experience purchasing a new Escape at the Mullinax Kissimmee store, so I believe the Mullinax organization is one of the better Ford dealerships to do business with.

I was searching for a new truck in September of 2020 and all the dealers that had F350 Dually trucks wanted to add 10k+ to the sticker. I found Mullinax and spoke to Dan Niekraszewicz and he helped me order a new one from the factory in October. It arrived and I picked it up yesterday and it was in Pristine condition. As agreed I paid sticker price and also received a $3000.00 rebate on the deal. I would recommend Mullinax for any Ford that you are looking to purchase, 5 STAR Rating

I had a stress free experience purchasing my Explorer from Mullinax. Dan was great to work with over the phone and had everything ready and waiting for me when I got there is person. I usually leave a dealership with a migraine, but this was the smoothest process I’ve ever had!

Mullinax was easy to work with on my mustang order. Ford took 5 months to deliver (9/24/2022) my mustang ecoboost. Mullinax would keep me up to date on status whenever I asked. Dan was great when the vehicle arrived walking us through every step. When signing all the papers with the finance guy be aware Mullinax will ask you to sign a waiver indicating they will send some of your tax payment to the private Hope Scholarship. If you want to decline paying private schools with public tax revenue you can decline to sign it. They were good about that.

I researched a lot! before coming to this dealer, I live in another city but did not want to go to my closest Ford dealer for their bad reviews; instead in Mullinax their reviews were great, not just for sales but also for service. (Yes I am that kind of nuts that reads all the reviews, specially the bad ones. I won't give my money and time to have a bad experience) Mullinax delivers, great satisfaction, great service, fast and easy easy process. Salesman Dan Niekraszewicz was such a charming guy, Dan has great experience, professionalism and is willing to facilitate the process in any manner. He gave us the test drive, answer all our questions, and his sense of humor is the cherry on top. In our case, we could not go to get the car, due to work until in a couple of days, instead Dan offered to deliver the car to us, we are so happy with our buy. They also have a tag office inside their location, so our car came already with the new tag. What else can you ask? Maybe just a Starbucks and enjoy the ride! Beep beep! :)
