Dennis was amazing! He is the number one go to in sales. A smooth experience with no headache. As far as Ford! Do your homework on what's currently going on to the strike. You will be surprised at what they don't offer the customer anymore, so to shortage in parts and supply! Mullinax services are not so great, but sales hands down Dennis is your guy!

You will be surprised at what they don't offer the customer anymore because of the shortage in parts and supply! That's on their top if the line platinum too!Mullinax services are not so great. How do you sell someone a defective brand new 2023 vehicle and can not even get in to fix the part until the end of the month? Who does that!, Thanks Ford, by the way charging people PLATINUM money without all the bells and whistles and saying the vehicle has the stuff offered in it is false advertising. Then, rolling the vehicle out of production with known defects isn't cool either. Test driving doesn't reveal everything, unfortunately.

Ariel let me know the expected cost for the visit before the repair work was started.
