I bought my car here a few years ago . I was having an issue . Dervin told me to bring my car in the a.m . He had it fixed in about 45 minutes out the door . He listens to your concerns and is compassionate . He’s an asset to Mullinax for sure .

April and Dervin at Mullinex Quick Lube took care of me and my mustang when I was stranded with a very flat tire. They had a new tire in stock since mine was not fixable. I was in and out in no time! I felt like a VIP. Thank you!!

2 STARS for starters, changed to 5 STARSMy son in law recommended this dealer for an oil change (said it's his go to), had an appointment for 2 PM, arrived at 1:45 and checked in to the fast lane and they said since I had a 2 PM I should be out of there by 3-330 (seems excessive but they were busy) got finished at 2:45 so that was a plus, I realize it takes time to check all they check and to drain/fill oil with what they have to remove to get to the plug and filter so this is acceptable, I get back to the house and check my ford app and see they didn't reset the oil life monitor nor was the service added to the app (UNACCEPTABLE, IT'S PART OF THE SERVICE), after DERVIN CARTY reached out to me and resolved my issue I changed my review to a 5 star for his resolution to the problem AND ONLY DUE TO HIM. THANKS.
