Jesse was great to work with! He was very polite, and kept us informed throughout the whole process, and called us the minute our car we were searching for became available. Ordered Maverick Lariat AWD 2.0 10/21. Finally took delivery 10/22 after production delays. No gimmicks, no games. Deal made over the internet including a trade in. Jesse Friederichs was awesome and Richy in finance was fast. Great dealership experience. In and out about 90 minutes including a test drive.

I want to say what a pleasure it was working with Mullinex Ford of Apopka, and Jesse Friederichs. This is my second Ford that I purchase from Mullinex Ford this year. I have a 2022 Ford Bronco which was delivered the first week in January and I have now a 2023 Ford maverick hybrid that was delivered the first week of March. as we all know do of the popularity of these Fords that Bronco took 26 months for delivery, and the Maverick took 14 months for delivery. During that whole time my sales person Jesse Friederichs was always there for me to answer any of my questions and help me with any of my concerns. Mullinex Ford Apopka is what a Ford dealer Experience should be like. I chose this dealership because of their reputation and the fact that they’re at a dealership that stands behind their word. there was no additional dealer fees, no mark ups, no - no pressure sales. Ford Motor Company, this is what the Ford dealership experience should be. I have been very happy to go onto all social media and tell everyone what a great experience Mullinex Ford of Apopka. People mostly only hear the bad stories. This is two vehicles, two of the hottest Ford vehicles in America, And both experiences I could not ask for any better results every Ford franchise should be like Mullinex Ford of Apopka. I want to thank the service folks at Mullinax Ford as they are consistently amazing and they are attentive to my needs every time I bring my F150 in for service. Recently I was there for a noise in my 2020 F150's rear end and the keypad entry was loose. I was leaving for vacation in 3-days so David Collimore; my Service Advisor fast-tracked the issues and had Jesse (the technician) ride with me. Jesse immediately knew what the issue was with my F150 and checked to see if the parts were available. One part was and the other part was available at another location. I had my vehicle repaired and returned to me the same day. I have worked with 3 other dealerships and have never experienced the respect and service I get from Mullinax. These are great folks.

I was under a time constraint due to living 2.5 hours away and working full time. Jessie was able to answer all my questions and to help me put me in my new F - 150! The dealership was ready with the truck washed when I arrived. Jesse gave me the tour of all the components on my new truck. He then made me some coffee while we put together the paper work. After paperwork he helped me transfer my items from the old truck to the new one. Final paper work was signed and then I was out the door. During the process I was greeted by a couple other salespeople, and probably three different managers all making sure things were going well. Awesome Experience!!!!
