This is one of the best Ford dealerships I have had the pleasure of shopping at. Joe Light the salesman worked with me on a custom order for a Ford Maverick and he provided updates throughout the process. They also kept everything clear with no hidden surprises and kept the cost at MSRP for the pre-order. When I arrived to test drive the truck, there was no pressure and it was an overall great experience. I highly suggest shopping here to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. Just bought my 2022 maverick from Mullinax ford after placing an order on the ford website. The entire process was a pleasure. Joe light was my salesman and kept me updated on what was happening from the day I placed the order to the day before I picked up my truck. I had ordered a 2022 f350 back in February of 22. After 8 long months it finally came in, this is no fault of the dealer. I came in with everything in order and Joe Light was my sales man. Found a truck I was interested on the Mullinax website. Even though it was physically located at a sister site out of state, my salesman, Joe Light, arranged for immediate transport and delivery. Additionally, Joe provided a list of required documents to be processed prior to me visiting the dealership which expedited the process of signing the final paperwork and turning over the vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the allowable trade-in allowance of my current truck. All-in-all, a very friendly and responsive service, admin, and sales staff! I never felt rushed, pressured, or ignored during the entire process on what I would consider a very busy day at the dealership. We ordered our 2023 Maverick through Joe Light at Mullinax in September of 2022. It took until December 6, 2023 for Ford to get us our Maverick (a 2024 model, delay not due to anything involving Joe or Mullinax). Joe and the staff at Mullinax helped us navigate the transition from 2023 to 2024 model throughout the process. The actual delivery and purchase on December 6th was one of the smoothest and pleasant we have ever had. We would highly recommend Joe Light and Mullinax to anyone seeking to purchase or lease a vehicle.

Buying a car from Mullinax is like visiting old friends and family. There is no pressure….they just want to help you get into the car that’s right for you. You are greeted by a warm and friendly person as soon as you walk in. A salesperson is called to assist you and you are offered a cold bottle of water. This was my first time ordering a custom vehicle. The team went out of their way to be sure I knew what each feature was and whether it was right for me. From the day we started the process in September 2023 to the day we picked it up at the dealer on February 20, 2024 we were kept up to date on the entire process of building my new Transit Van. Ford sent me emails and text updates. It was very exciting. At one point I realized that I had forgotten to check off the 360 camera option. Joe Light came to the rescue and made it happen while the vehicle was ready to go into production. My personal make it happen team of Joe, Yordan and Cesar gave me a great trade price on my old van and got me the best rates for financing my new vehicle. Joe took me right to my beautiful fully loaded van first thing so I could actually sit behind the wheel of the vehicle I have been dreaming of.
