No BS on pricing, no dealer fees, great communication, genuinely nice people at every level and an owner who believes in customer service. I actually look forward to going to Mullinax even if it just to say hi.

We just received delivery of our new 2022 Ford Bronco at Mullinax. Though it took nearly 2 years from the order being placed, it was worth the wait. And everyone at Mullinax with whom we dealt was first class - Michael, Warren, Esteban, and Ritchie. From the date we were notified the Bronco had shipped from the factory, we were kept up to speed as to the status. When we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by Michael and Warren. They were as excited as we were. And Michael’s understanding of the Bronco is off the charts - the Bronco Whisperer. The overall experience was excellent. Thank you for making it so.

Purchased a 2023 Ford F150 XLT on July 3 setting up the deal from Ohio. I appreciate the ease of the transaction and clear pricing which gave me confidence I wouldn't be surprised when I flew down from Ohio.. Alan and Mike answered my questions before and during the actual purchase and the transaction went smoothly on day of pickup. Dealer staff was friendly while very busy with other customers. I was amazed at the large inventory of F150s and other models compared to my local Ohio dealers which gives purchasers many choices without resorting to a custom order. Mullinax Ford of Central Florida provides the type of service a car buyer could only dream of. I will never buy a car from any other dealership other than a Mullinax. In 2019, I bought a jeep wrangler for them and I was shocked by how easy and relaxing the experience was. It was no question I was making the 1 hour, 45 min ride to pick up my dream car - 2023 Ford Bronco Sport! Also, I feel weird even calling the wonderful man i worked with a “salesman” he was more of an ally! Michael Scapicchio was an absolute pleasure to work with!!
