Nelson Santana does a great job. I’ve purchased 5 vehicles from him at Mullinax in Apopka. He’s always helpful and efficient. I like Mullinax’s no haggle pricing and no dealer fees.

We met with Nelson Santana as we arrived Sunday morning. He was extremely helpful and courteous, taking us around the lot numerous times looking for the perfect vehicle. Buying a new car from Mullinax was a pretty good experience. We worked with Nelson S. at the Central Florida location in Apopka. He went above and beyond by coming in on his day off so we could test drive at a time that worked for us. The no haggle pricing was a positive and we appreciated that there wasn’t much pressure to purchase the extra service options. All in all, we will definitely return to see Nelson at Mullinax of Central Florida when we’re in the market for another car!

Nelson was a courteous and competent professional. Having been out of the new car market for about 10 years, we were shocked at the “market adjustment” pricing that many vehicle models are advertised at these days. Once we accepted this new reality, we decided to purchase though Mullinax. The experience was great and the no negotiation price was fair considering the current market. I ordered a Hybrid Maverick 13 months ago. I got to drive it home tonight 11/10/23. This is my very first time ordering a vehicle like this and so I have no idea how long it would take, trust me i almost gave up half way through the waiting period but I am so happy that I got Nelson Santana who would update me every now and then and always encouraged me to wait. He said “trust me, it’s gonna be worth the wait”. He was right!. Pretty smooth ride and awesome gas mileage for a small pickup truck. I would like to thank Mullinax Ford (Apopka) for their wonderful service especially Mr Santana for taking care of us like family although the whole process.
