I am very happy with my experience at this dealership. Initially, I spoke back-and-forth via email with Randy who was great, and then I started working with Andy and I was not disappointed. He worked with us on the price and all the paperwork.. he made it super easy to understand and explained each paper there was, everything took less than two hours to complete and get out the door. I’m very happy with the truck I got and I would highly recommend this Ford dealership. I looked at about four other dealerships before settling on this vehicle at this location. I would highly recommend this location.

He even helped me find a very reasonably priced shipper to bring the car to my door. Randy answered every question, sent every picture imaginable so I'd feel confident buying this car without seeing it in person.

Great buying experience. I called and got in touch with Randy who was courteous on the phone and when I scheduled an appointment he was easy to deal with, never pushy. While I test drove the car my trade in was appraised. They offered a fair trade for my wife's Chrysler T&C and I got a brand new F150 for a good price. No haggle on price, just simple deal. All paperwork was handled by one person. And believe me, I have looked at other dealers, no one came close on trade or Price. Salesman. Randy McDonald was pretty great and the finance guy whose name is Lee was extremely nice. But even better yet, this place advertises. No dealer fee and they stand behind that and do not charge that exorbitant obscene insulting dealer fee that some of the other dealers do charge.

I had an excellent car buying experience at Mullinax Ford. My salesperson Randy was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and respectful of my wishes for what I was looking for in a car. All the staff as well were super accommodating and helpful and I am so happy with my new Ford Escape. I bought the titanium and it is loaded with cool and safe driving features like blind spot detect, lane assist, cruise control assist, built- in navigation, memory seats - it’s the most comfortable car I’ve ever driven. As a crossover it’s the perfect size for me and looks snazzy in the ice blue color I picked. I recommend Mullinax Ford to anyone looking to purchase a car.
