He helped us through the entire on-line buying experience, organized everything and made the process flow very smoothly, including the delivery to Ocala. Ironically, we found out that Randy originally sold this truck to the original buyer who lived in Ocala. The truck lived it’s entire life in Ocala. Now Randy sold the same truck again to us and the truck will once again live in Ocala. I would highly recommend Randy McDonald at Mullinax to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I had an excellent car buying experience at Mullinax Ford. My salesperson Randy was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and respectful of my wishes for what I was looking for in a car. All the staff as well were super accommodating and helpful and I am so happy with my new Ford Escape. I bought the titanium and it is loaded with cool and safe driving features like blind spot detect, lane assist, cruise control assist, built- in navigation, memory seats - it’s the most comfortable car I’ve ever driven. As a crossover it’s the perfect size for me and looks snazzy in the ice blue color I picked. I recommend Mullinax Ford to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Great buying experience. I called and got in touch with Randy who was courteous on the phone and when I scheduled an appointment he was easy to deal with, never pushy. While I test drove the car my trade in was appraised. They offered a fair trade for my wife's Chrysler T&C and I got a brand new F150 for a good price. No haggle on price, just simple deal. All paperwork was handled by one person. And believe me, I have looked at other dealers, no one came close on trade or Price.
