I've been to Offleaseonly, Greenway Ford, and CarMax, and I can tell you that CarMax was pretty good, but Mullinax Apopka was the best experience I've had at a dealership. I've grown a bit testy with dealerships over the years, but Tyler took really good care of us, patiently enduring my poor attitude. I must say, he made the experience better than any other I've had, and I drove away feeling great. The finance guy's name escapes me (he referred to himself as the finance guy, so that didn't help haha), but he made the final steps easy, (dare I say?) fun, and very quick. The whole process went smooth start to finish, and I really appreciate these two guys for their efforts in make things go so well. Thanks Tyler and the finance guy!

They advertise upfront pricing with no added fees and that is what I got. Even got a good value for my trade in. Tyler did an awesome job handling the details. I would highly recommend.

Truly one of the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had!! We found the vehicle we wanted to look at online. I was contacted via text by Tyler Trucillo. Advised him we could stop by in a few days time. He asked if we were trading in a vehicle. I told him Yes and he started the process to get my trade evaluated before we got there. I was sent a buyers order that I provided to my credit union for pre approval. I walked into their dealership at 6pm on a Wednesday night. Test drove my 2020 Jeep Gladiator for roughly ten minutes. Told Tyler we would take it. And two hours later we drove away in our “new to us” adventure mobile! No haggle pricing. No dealer fees. Clean facility. Friendly and easy to deal with staff. We would definitely use this dealer again.
