Great Service ! I had a recall for my suv and they scheduled me right away for the inspection! Parts are on back order but at least I am in line to get it fixed ! I also purchased my suv with Mullinax ! Love them !

Absolutely awesome experience! We had very poor experiences with two other Ford dealerships in the last couple weeks, but we had a wonderful experience here, which is why we bought our brand new F150 Raptor here! The selection was awesome, and our salesperson Kaitlynn had absolutely no pressure throughout the process. We highly recommend kaitlynn as well as Mullinax Ford.

Ford service has always been good as far as servicing our vehicle. Oil changes, tire rotations, etc. But when we took it in to have The torque converter replaced the price was extremely high as far as the hourly labor rate. We found a certified ASE mechanic using original Ford parts to fix our issue at half the price. My advice is to get a second opinion like we did

I compared Mullinax to three other dealers and they gave me the best price upfront without any negotiation. We had a little back a fourth on the price for my trade-in but they gave me a fair price. No dealer fees is great! Most other dealers tack on some high fees after they advertise low prices. Price including my trade in was very good. My sales man was very knowledgeable and very responsive to my requests.

We had an excellent experience buying our new ford Maverick for my wife from Mullinax Ford. Paris was our sales rep., and she truly was a pleasure to work with. Paris was pleasant, answered all our questions, and was never pushy about anything. She even went as far as to deliver the vehicle herself at the end of the day to accommodate our work schedule. Everyone I interacted with were very helpful and patient, not pushy to get you in a car. I knew the car I wanted and being it was a used scion xb, it was a great deal for what I needed...and licky it was still available haha. I also want to say as someone who did detail work before, the detail team did an amazing job in cleaning the car, even vacuumed the ceiling!! It looked like it was a brand new vehicle! I brought my 2025 Ford Explorer ST into Mullinax Ford thinking my appointment was that day, only to find out I was actually a week early. Despite that, Dwight went above and beyond to help me out. He still got my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation right away and took the time to explain that my original appointment was actually scheduled for a transmission inspection, assuring me he’d personally take care of it when that appointment date comes. Dwight’s professionalism, communication, and genuine care for customers really stood out. He made what could have been an inconvenient situation smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his dedication and attention to detail. On top of that, the service department itself is state of the art, easily one of the nicest service centers I’ve been to. The lounge area was also pretty sweet and made the short wait comfortable and enjoyable. Went in just to look around. Andy was quick to assist me and show me everything they have in stock based on what I was asking for and nothing else. He allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles that day till I found the one I didn't expect to find! From there, Chris assisted me with all the warrenty and financing agreements and information. Never pressured just honest information to base my decisions and finances. They exceeded my expectations and ended up with the truck I wanted at a great price!! Only warning is to be cautious just going to look, you may end up driving one home!!

Made the deal all prior to coming into the dealership. No bait and switch, all up front price on the truck I got. Price I agreed to prior to coming in was the price I ended up signing for. OTD was the lowest of any Ford dealership around hands down. Ended up trading in my old truck after and they gave me more than what I was expecting. Sales manager Gary was awesome. I initially came in to look at some F-150s, however I was a little confused as to all of the different trims that were available. That was where Andrew came in and he very knowledgeably explained each trim level, along with showing me first hand an example of each option on the lot. He let me test drive a few different options to find the right fit for me and his customer service was all around phenomenal. He was very patient and a great problem solver. Once we came back to finalize our decision, we met Jesse. Same as with Andrew he was very knowledgeable and patient. He was very attentive to our needs and honestly went really out of his way to accommodate us throughout the entire process. He even came out in the pouring rain with some spray and a rag to clean some smudges for us because he refused to let us leave without having a truck we were completely happy with. Once we got to finance, we met Russ, at first I was a little turned off and uncomfortable being there but then I quickly realized it was because he was a Seminoles fan, so once I got over that fact things went smoother. I’m just kidding, Russ was awesome, he walked us through all of the different warranties offered and broke each one down very well. He even brought in an entire toy table for my 2 year to play with so we could look over the paperwork. It was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had and at no point did I feel any pressure to buy. These guys were amazing and I highly recommend coming here!

I’ve been to this Ford dealership several times, and I always make sure to work with Kevin. He is not only extremely professional and on top of everything, but he’s also genuinely a great guy and always incredibly friendly. Kevin does an excellent job of keeping me updated whenever my truck is in for service. He consistently checks in throughout the process and always asks what he can do to make the experience as easy and convenient as possible. He also takes the time to really listen when I bring up an issue with my truck. He makes sure he fully understands what I’m experiencing so he can accurately communicate it to the service technicians, which I really appreciate. Most recently, I was traveling out of town for a couple of weeks while my truck was being serviced. Kevin made sure everything was taken care of while I was gone, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even wished me well on my travels. That kind of personal attention and customer service goes a long way. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, communication, and genuine friendliness as well as Kevin does. I’ll continue coming back to this dealership and specifically asking for him. updated review, Zach is still a great guy, the service is still attentive, and the people great to be around - Brian Francis called me not even 2 hours after posting my original review of the car running a check engine light and coding for a thermostat. He asked if I had talked to anyone and I simply stated that I knew I bought the car as is and I was already over the 300mi warranty. He told me to come in and they will take care of it, and he did. The thermostat did need replacing. I’ve never heard of any dealership repairing their recently sold used car after the signed warranty became void. This dealership gave me something to eat, drink, and a place to work as I was coming in during my work hours. They will have my business for all car buying in the future

I actually drive about 45 minutes to have my vehicle serviced here, even though there’s a Ford dealership only five minutes from my home. Worked with Brian Serrage to purchase a lightly used 2025 Expedition. He worked diligently with mgmt. to get us top market value for our trade in. Ended up being an after hours deal due to the large volume of cars being sold but Brian stayed to make sure everything went smoothly. First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again.
