Why I buy from Mullinax Ford - During covid-19 lockdown my lease on my Ford Truck expired. During that time cars were very expensive and so I decided to buy my Truck. I had purchased the lease from Kendall Ford in Kendall, FL. They would not honor the lease buyout without adding a $2000 processing fee which was a violation of the terms of the Lease. Nothing could be done the general manager could have cared less. Then I asked Sawgrass Ford since I had a vehicle purchased with them at the time and they were adding $2000 processing fee as well, I went to AutoNation and they were adding $1800 fee, I then tried calling Ford Finance and they too could not do anything to help avoid the fees being charged even though the lease buyout contract expressly said they could not charge anything additional. I then called the largest Ford Dealer in Florida Brandon Ford and they as well were adding a fee. However, Brandon Ford suggested Mullinax Ford since they do not charge fees. Thank you Brandon Ford. Well we contacted Mullinax Ford and they did in fact process my lease purchase WITHOUT any fees. At that point Mullinax Ford had earned my business for the future. I have now ordered my New Truck and it has been built and will be delivered soon through Mullinax Ford and my wife is up for a new vehicle and we will be purchasing her vehicle through Mullinax. It is not wonder that they have a 4.7 star rating which is very high for a dealership. Mullinax knows good business and I am confident that in the future they will treat me fairly. I dealt with Julio Acevedo and the team there and am a life long customer. Thank you Mullinax for being a great company and earning my trust.

First thing out of the gate, my 2025 Platinum with the 430 gear really hauls the mail. It’s been a pleasant experience working with Alan Bowers here at Mullinax Ford Apopka. It’s been straight forward and the extended warranty that was offered is something I would not purchase but… considering the electronics included with the Platinum package it is a 100% no brainer so I pulled the trigger and bought it. My prior truck was a 2015 that I bought here had 170k on the clock and NEVER left me in a jamb. The ‘25 was twice the money but it’s more than twice the truck and I feel confident that the ‘25 will keep me satisfied for years too. Can’t wait to break the motor in a start towing the 7,000 lb boat and 8,000 lb travel trailer. I don’t think Godzilla will ever know if there’s anything back there. Thanks, Alan!

I just test drove a Maverick at Mullinax Ford. Larry was the sales guy who showed me the truck. He was awesome! He was interested in helping not selling me. I avoid car dealerships and looking at cars due to the sales and disingenuous vibes. None of that at Mullinax. I'd recommend stopping by here.

My wife and I have bought our last three vehicles from Mullinax Ford, most recently an F150 yesterday. Everyone we encountered, from Dale Brown our Sales Consultant to Russ in Finance and Warren the Sales Manager were very friendly, professional and respectful toward us. As in the past, there was NEVER any sales pressure, brow-beating, or attempted intimidation that is typical in most dealerships. I have always said that a buying experience involving five or six figure dollar amounts should be a GOOD experience. Everyone at Mullinax in Apopka seems to understand that. We had a great time test driving the trucks and having interesting and funny conversations with everyone we dealt with. Anyone reading this owes it to themselves to pay a visit to Mullinax Ford in Apopka if they're car shopping. If you find yourself sitting at "Brand X" dealership in your misery, losing your sanity, remember Mullinax Ford. Get up, walk out and go to where you will be appreciated as a valued customer. You will not regret it. If you do your research, you will find that their "no-haggle" pricing and their trade allowances are more than fair. And the "no dealer fees" IS A REAL THING. Purchased a new vehicle here yesterday. I had previously shopped around and knew exactly what I was looking for. Found the best deal at Mullinax. I sent a request info over in the morning and got matched up with Joe. He answered all my questions and we got most of the preliminaries done over the phone. Was able to go down there in the evening and do paperwork and pick up my new truck. The whole team was honest, respectful, never pushy, and helped me get things done quickly and efficiently. Mullinax Ford of Apopka's service department is amazing. I've had my truck in for service multiple times and dealt with many of their service department staff. Every single one of them is friendly and helpful. I've never experienced this at another Ford dealer and it's a cut above even Subaru service (which is known for good customer service). They go way above and beyond by offering mobile and valet service - where someone picks up your truck and brings it back all taken care of. Because of this god-tier customer service they've earned all of my future vehicle purchase business.

First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Andrew our sales men was not pushy just listened to what we thought and let us pick the vehicle that we wanted. I suggest you shop here for your next vehicle.

Saw the vehicle we wanted online at the right price, we then drove 2 hours to this dealership. We liked the vehicle and bought it on the spot no hidden fees it was great! Super simple process, Al our salesman was great and straight to the point. 5 stars but I will add some constructive criticism, when you first walk in it was not the not the most friendly or welcoming. The girls up front did not acknowledge us at all or ask if we needed help with anything and we felt awkward just standing there waiting to meet with our salesperson. I encourage as a sales professional my self to create a more welcoming/friendly environment when people come inside to get help. Overall if you want great prices, great vehicles, no hidden bs, this is your place to car shop. They also gave us the highest value for our trade than any other dealership. Thank you Mullinax Ford!!! Their cars move fast, make sure to double check availability before you come.

I had the most wonderful experience with Nova and Anastasia(financing). I live out of state and am 9 months pregnant and nova made this process seamless! She was quick, responsive, super polite and kind the entire time. I had to get my car shipped as im out of state and she was awesome in making sure my car was ready to go and sent on its way! I saw the BMW i3 online and was looking for a low mileage and black car with a range extender. I tried calling and using Mullinax web contact. But no response . So after work I met up with Barry Ross who said he came from Chicago and new to Florida . He came over to me and help out looking for a car.We looked at a Lexus 350. I like it and went inside.while inside he saw my request for the BMW i3. I asked if still available and we found it charging and test drove. I like the car and went inside. Your financial department Angela made it happened and I left with my new car. Absolutely satisfied.

Alan sold us a used vehicle at Mullinax in Apopka that was in pristine condition for a great price! The whole experience was positive. He was not pushy at all. He let us take our time and make a thoughtful decision. We could look at the car as many times as we wanted. They were truly no dealer fees, which is rare and amazing. In fact, they didn't even reach out until the next day because they weren't in a rush. Nestor was my salesman and he was top notch. I requested a remote purchase and trade in because I have VERY limited time due to my work schedule. Nestor listened to my needs and actually sent me what I was asking for, NOT what he was interested in selling me. What a crazy idea! All other car dealers should take notes. THIS is how you treat customers. I was curious to get into an F-150 and Nestor made it happen. All in all, the entire transaction took less than 3 hours remotely. Nestor hand delivered the vehicle to me and left in my trade. Easy as that. Not only am I a Mullinax convert now, but I'm already considering what my daughter's first car and my wife's next car will be. The only thing for certain is that they will both be Ford's from Mullinax Ford.

BIG THANKS TO JOHN!!!! Bought a 2019 Ford Expedition back in November and the team did amazing with the deal! Few months later I came back for a 2nd vehicle and I have me now a 2019 ram 1500. John did amazing with all the cars he showed me and the information he gave me on each car and its history. Was very patient during the whole process of me looking at so many cars. I've been coming for like 3 or 4 days as I shopped around their inventory and tried to make my decision. I even left and shopped around outside mullinax and ended up coming back and closing the deal on the ram. If you're looking to shop here ask for John! Probably the one word I can use to describe the environment and team we dealt with is calm. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. The dealer had the 201a safety package on my 2024 mustang echoboost premium, while other Mullinex dealers, were not. Noah my salesman, was extremely helpful. We made a deal over the phone mostly and the car was ready to pickup. Well worth my 2hr drive.
