Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

When I entered Mullinax Ford Dealership right away I felt at home. I am an older handicap female and I did not feel discriminated against at all. Consultant Mr Nestor and his team made my transaction a smoothed one. When I returned back home with my new Ford Escape I made sure that my neighbors know of my wonderful experience at Mullininax Ford of Apopka. I took my Lincoln navigator to the dealership because my AC wasn’t working correctly. I spoke to Micah Miller’s. He’s the only person I communicated in the past about my vehicle. I trust Mike he’s very communicative overall he takes care of me while I am there.. Overall, I’m very pleased with the experience that I had. I did get my vehicle back on time. Update 10/2/25 Still a fantastic place to get your cars and the mobile service saves you from having to miss a day of work.They come to you to repair /fix/oil change etc if needed. As always. Had a wonderful experience at Mullinax. It had been 11 years since I last purchased a vehicle and I was dreading the experience tbh. Mullinax’s no dealer fees and upfront pricing made the experience great however. John Morales in sales promptly responded to my online inquiry and we set up some time to meet the next day. The vehicle I wanted to test drive was parked up front when I arrived. After the test drive, I went back and forth between what models, features, and price points I was interested in. John was very patient with me and happy to trek across the lot on multiple occasions to look at a few different vehicles. Ultimately we landed on a vehicle that was slightly above my desired price point, but had the features I wanted. Working through the finance options, we got to a monthly amount that fit my budget and the rest is history! Of note, Mullinax is busy! That’s a good sign, but don’t wait till 7:30pm (just before closing) to make your selection. There were 7 customers in there on a Wednesday evening at this time and finance team was drowning in paperwork.

Another excellent buying experience at Mullinax Ford Apopka. I bring my entire family and friends to my salesman Devon King. He's very understanding, patient and aims to ensure we are satisfied with our vehicle choice. And trust me, I know you don't normally hear this at all, but I was actually satisfied with my trade value. Everyone here was very kind and attentive. Also, the managers were very helpful in the buying process of my 25 Ford F150, lightning making the purchase very fast, fun and easy. We purchased a new 2025 Ford F150 Lariat from Mullinax Ford in Apopka, FL. From the greeting at door all the way through the process we couldn’t have been treated more fairly, friendly and courteously! Both Brian and Dennis were not only friendly but also exceptional concerning their knowledge of the truck and how it is equipped. The upfront pricing and no games at Mullinax is refreshing. In the finance office Sonny had every aspect of the process laid out so that decisions were easy to make. Brian explained and assisted us in the delivery process getting us started with new equipment functionality. This was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences we’ve ever had! We highly recommend Mullinax Ford to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.

Dale, Nestor and Richie saved us in a crisis. We were 8 hours from home and our truck had mechanical problems. We would never have gotten it back from a mechanic in time to make it home. Mullinax Ford of Apopka's service department is amazing. I've had my truck in for service multiple times and dealt with many of their service department staff. Every single one of them is friendly and helpful. I've never experienced this at another Ford dealer and it's a cut above even Subaru service (which is known for good customer service). They go way above and beyond by offering mobile and valet service - where someone picks up your truck and brings it back all taken care of. Because of this god-tier customer service they've earned all of my future vehicle purchase business. UPDATE: I ended up buying a new vehicle from them recently and the purchase experience was equally as good. Wes Joseph was one of the nicest and most helpful salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to save me money.

Malik made this so quick and fast. hes very honest too. he does help work with budgets. this other dude that was here (another customer) he had to leave his truck and the guy was gonna walk back home but malik offered a ride and insisted he didnt walk that long. he ordered an air filter and made a clearing for the next day to fit me in. this guy really made it super easy. and my oil change was lighting fast dudeee. i suggest this place very muchhh

Recall repairs were scheduled and the repairs were made without any issues. The service department is very good about keeping you informed as to the progress of the repairs. They also inspect the vehicle to check for needed repairs. I used the Valet Service for the first time and found the drivers were professional and polite. The only concern I have was the car was not picked up from my home at the scheduled time and there was a delay in returning the car to me after the repairs were completed. What was anticipated to be a half day turned into a whole day without my car. I had plans in the afternoon which I canceled due to the late start on the work and the delay returning the car. Had I known that there could be driver delays I would have planned my day accordingly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Service Center and the work that was done. I would highly recommend them.

We have been looking for a truck for 9 months and we came across Mullinax Ford on the Internet. We actually live in Tennessee and couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. We seen a Toyota Tacoma listed on the website and called and talked to our salesman Dale Brown and within a hour he sent us a complete invoice with what the price was out the door. We sent a deposit and they held the truck for a week until we could get to Florida. They had everything ready for us as soon as we got there it took maybe a hour between the test drive and is dropping off the rental car we drove to Florida. We knew everything about the financing from our interest rate to our monthly payment before we left Tennessee with no hidden add on's. The entire experience was great from the first phone call to (Dale) the salesman to the sales manager and finance gentleman talking to us.We could not believe the price. A Toyota dealership in North Carolina that I sent the invoice to told me I had better jump on the deal they couldn't even come close to the price. Review Update 08/25/2026 This was my first experience using the free valet service at Mullinax Ford. My car was picked up on time. My Quick Lane service advisor, Luis, did an excellent job of insuring that my car was serviced with the requested "Works" package on time and he kept me informed about the process from start to finish. I received a video via text of the service tech summarizing the results of the inspection including video evidence of the areas needing attention. Luis called me to discuss the recommended items needing to be addressed. Once I gave my approval, he followed through with the service tech to insure everything was completed efficiently and quickly. He then expedited the return of my car by the valet service. While I was a little apprehensive about using the valet method to have my car serviced, I have to say it was great and turned out to be much better than driving the car in myself and waiting for it to be serviced. I will definitely use the valet service again. Thanks to Luis and the entire team at Quick Lane for an outstanding experience. Review Update 02/21/2024: My service advisor, Ariel Santiago, was extraordinary in every way during the entire service experience today. From the time that he greeted me when I arrived for my appointment, listening attentively to my description of the problem and then keeping me informed every step along the way until my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Ariel let me know the expected cost for the visit before the repair work was started. In my opinion, Ariel is a prized associate for Mullinax Ford in Apopka and I will certainly ask for him on future service visits. The best used car buying experience. They head and shoulders above all dealerships I have had a car or truck purchase deal. The sales person, Mr Paul Pineda was very professional straight shooter. Was very well prepared answered all our questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to go again to Mullinax Ford for my next purchase. The vehicle was well prepared, clean in and out, fresh oil and filter. Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

Consultant Mr Nestor and his team made my transaction a smoothed one. Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. I have nothing but good things to say about my new truck buying experience with Mullinax Ford, Apopka. My salesman Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly, as was Chris. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. The dealer had the 201a safety package on my 2024 mustang echoboost premium, while other Mullinex dealers, were not. Noah my salesman, was extremely helpful. We made a deal over the phone mostly and the car was ready to pickup. Well worth my 2hr drive.
