I've never had an enjoyable purchase at a car dealership. EVER. I've always felt pressured and taken advantage of when purchasing a vehicle, new or used, at every dealer I've ever been to. That was until Mullinax. I entered my info in order to get an online estimate, and honestly didn't intend to make a deal. This was the third dealer I researched and the only one that really wanted to sell a car. From the moment Ellie reached out to me, there was never a feeling of being pressured. In fact, they didn't even reach out until the next day because they weren't in a rush. Nestor was my salesman and he was top notch. I requested a remote purchase and trade in because I have VERY limited time due to my work schedule. Nestor listened to my needs and actually sent me what I was asking for, NOT what he was interested in selling me. What a crazy idea! All other car dealers should take notes. THIS is how you treat customers. I was curious to get into an F-150 and Nestor made it happen. All in all, the entire transaction took less than 3 hours remotely. Nestor hand delivered the vehicle to me and left in my trade. Easy as that. Not only am I a Mullinax convert now, but I'm already considering what my daughter's first car and my wife's next car will be. The only thing for certain is that they will both be Ford's from Mullinax Ford.

My appointment for service was made quickly within a couple of days of my calling. I love the fact that they Provide vehicle pick up as well as delivery back to my house. I was kept informed via text and email of every aspect of my pick up and delivery, providing a picture and name of the agent picking up and delivering my vehicle.. BIG THANKS TO JOHN!!!! Bought a 2019 Ford Expedition back in November and the team did amazing with the deal! Few months later I came back for a 2nd vehicle and I have me now a 2019 ram 1500. John did amazing with all the cars he showed me and the information he gave me on each car and its history. Was very patient during the whole process of me looking at so many cars. I've been coming for like 3 or 4 days as I shopped around their inventory and tried to make my decision. I even left and shopped around outside mullinax and ended up coming back and closing the deal on the ram. If you're looking to shop here ask for John! I also had Alan and Paul help me out when I showed up and John wasn't there and they did great helping me out. I would recommend those 2 if John isn't around

We were promptly greeted when we arrived. Everyone throughout the experience did not pressure us and were very professional. Pricing on the vehicle purchased and my trade in were very fair and reasonable and created a no haggle environment. Probably the one word I can use to describe the environment and team we dealt with is calm. Everyone from the time we walked in to the time we left was calm and relaxed and it made for a very low stress experience, which is something I never thought I would say about buying a car.

It was quick and easy and the salesman we had and the managers that aided us seemed to be very genuine people. Our sales associate even stayed late so we could get our car past hours as we couldn't make it during the dealership hours to pick it up. Juan sales rep, Richie in finance, Sean GM, Warren sales manager. These guys are the best we traded one vehicle it was the most hassle free experience I ever had buying a truck. and it wasn't just the inside staff, the behind the scenes stuff that you don't deal directly with was extremely quick and efficient with everything throughout the process. We had an appointment with Juan when we got there he pulled up the vehicle we were interested in and immediately went for a test drive. When we got back to the dealership we made the decision to move forward with the purchase and the process moved very efficiently and quickly. We also sold my wife's 2018 Explorer to them that took even less time. When we arrived they took the car checked it out came back within 20 minutes with an offer. Within an hour we were out of the dealership. We briefly waited for paperwork processing etc. and multiple staff members stop and spoke to us, brought us bottles of water on more than one occasion. Sean the general manager stopped to just speak with us for a few minutes also asking if there was anything we needed to please let him know. However we had no need as his Staff was Awesome! if you want to buy a vehicle in a totally hassle free environment go to Mullenax Ford of Apopka!!

We began looking seriously online and I finally committed 1 Escape at Mullinax Ford of Central Florida. My contact was Julio Acevedo who helped thru the initial phase and set up a test drive for us. We drove our chosen Escape and then looked at several others before deciding on the first one. Julio was a fantastic help with each decision we had to make. Purchasing our recent truck from Mullinax Ford Apopka was hands down the easiest car buying experience we’ve had. I came from out of town to make the purchase. Vehicle pricing was good from the start, no added dealer fees or anything related to that is a huge bonus. Out the door was vehicle + tax, tag and title, nothing hidden in there. We received a very fair trade value virtually, and that didn’t change at the time of sale in person. Our salesman Chris White was very helpful from the start, answered all questions quickly and thoroughly, he didn’t follow up with multiple pressuring calls or emails. Post vehicle sale he was equally helpful in addressing a request that we made. Financing was easy, also without high pressure add-ons pushed in signing. Went in with a good rate from our credit union and they were able to beat it in house. We couldn’t be happier with Mullinax Apopka.

Salesman Andew Thunberg, was outstanding, polite and on the ball! Contacted off internet interaction, called, listened to what vehicle wanted. He suggested two and said he would have them pulled up in front of dealership waiting for my arrival. We arrived and the vehicles were sitting waiting as stated. Salesman was so polite and helpful. I flew to Orlando from Washington state to buy a used F-150 from Mullinax. Dan Niekraszewicz made a video of the truck and sent it to me before I came, so there were no surprises. It showed a couple drill holes in the bed liner where a ladder was mounted and one tiny ding on the driver side door. He didn't want me coming all the way to Florida without knowing this first. When I went to the dealership, Dan went over every feature on the truck and on the test drive he let the truck speak for itself. No pressure whatsoever. It was Dan's day off, but he gladly came in and went through everything with me. It was a wonderful experience, and Dan was a joy to work with. I highly recommend him and Mullinax Ford!

Update: May 2025. Still really happy with the Maverick, so this year, when I was thinking about getting a cheap, reliable car for my daughter, I started by looking at the Mullinax website. A 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT caught my eye, but it was a 6 speed manual, which daughter can't drive. So I got it for myself, and she can take my 2011 Elantra (hey, I know what I like. Once again, Tyler made the car buying experience easy, and Mullinax made sure the car was as close to perfect as a used car can be. This has been most certainly one of the best purchases I’ve made when it comes to a dealership. The attention and the smooth process, all my questions were answered and was advised in which were my better options when it came to the finance department. The best used car buying experience. They head and shoulders above all dealerships I have had a car or truck purchase deal. The sales person, Mr Paul Pineda was very professional straight shooter. Was very well prepared answered all our questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to go again to Mullinax Ford for my next purchase. The vehicle was well prepared, clean in and out, fresh oil and filter. Mr Pineda, demeanor, professionalism and no nonsense approach when dealing with me made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Joel was excellent at presenting information about the broncho. I was very happy with how quickly I got in and out. My only complaint is after spending $70,000 on a truck they could at least offer to detail it! I had to remove the sticker from the window which is not much but was a pain!!!

Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Andrew our sales men was not pushy just listened to what we thought and let us pick the vehicle that we wanted. I suggest you shop here for your next vehicle.

We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Dealer is clean, organized and all staff are professional. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

The best used car buying experience. They head and shoulders above all dealerships I have had a car or truck purchase deal. The sales person, Mr Paul Pineda was very professional straight shooter. Was very well prepared answered all our questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to go again to Mullinax Ford for my next purchase. Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

When I entered Mullinax Ford Dealership right away I felt at home. I am an older handicap female and I did not feel discriminated against at all. Consultant Mr Nestor and his team made my transaction a smoothed one. Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. It was an excellent experience, and we would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you Juan and Joshua!

I have nothing but good things to say about my new truck buying experience with Mullinax Ford, Apopka. My salesman Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly, as was Chris. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. The dealer had the 201a safety package on my 2024 mustang echoboost premium, while other Mullinex dealers, were not. Noah my salesman, was extremely helpful. We made a deal over the phone mostly and the car was ready to pickup. Well worth my 2hr drive.
