Mullinax has a wide selection of inventory, great sales people and great price. They are also there to help post sale which a lot of other places are not so accommodating. If you're in need of a new or use vehicle I would highly recommend Mullinax

Purchasing our recent truck from Mullinax Ford Apopka was hands down the easiest car buying experience we’ve had. I came from out of town to make the purchase. Vehicle pricing was good from the start, no added dealer fees or anything related to that is a huge bonus. Out the door was vehicle + tax, tag and title, nothing hidden in there. We received a very fair trade value virtually, and that didn’t change at the time of sale in person. Our salesman Chris White was very helpful from the start, answered all questions quickly and thoroughly, he didn’t follow up with multiple pressuring calls or emails. Post vehicle sale he was equally helpful in addressing a request that we made. Financing was easy, also without high pressure add-ons pushed in signing. Went in with a good rate from our credit union and they were able to beat it in house. We couldn’t be happier with Mullinax Apopka.

He got me checked in right away an explained to me what was going on with my truck when the diagnostic test was done. My wait time was very short. 2020 Expedition began leaking from what turned out to be my water pump. Dealership picked up truck from residence, completed service all paid through extended warranty, then returned vehicle to my residence. So convenient!!!!

Just took delivery of my truck. This has been the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Wes and John went above and beyond what is expected . They blew my mind on how transparent they were about the vehicle the price everything. No dealer fees no dealer addons no hidden fees just the price for the truck and registration . This sounds straight forward but it’s not, every other dealership in Florida does bait and switch pricing . I drove all the way from Tampa to get this truck and Mullinax delivered it to me for free!!. I am beyond words . Hands down the best dealership ever I am still in shock on how great they treated me since I am used to sleazy car dealerships. Thanks Wes!

After shopping for many weeks, we found exactly what we were looking for at Mullinax Ford. Helpful staff, honest dealership and transparent pricing. The “no dealer fee” model is so refreshing after the bait and switch tactics of other dealers that have up to $2,000 (or more) in added fees. I will certainly be checking with Mullinax on any future purchases.

I live here in Florida just year and half before Mullinax Ford , I went to 2 other Ford Dealers and let me tell you those Dealers are nothing compared with Mullinax Ford, the Customer service is awesome, they tell you everything up front, so you know how much have to pay , no hidden fees etc... the best Ford Dealer in the area.

This is my second vehicle from Mullinax Ford, I live over an hour away from the dealership so I start the process online to see if the vehicle I'm looking at will fit my budget,Joshua Barrett texted me back with figures on my trade a financing, everything looked good to me so we drove to the dealership,Joshua had the vehicle ready and everything went very smoothly from there,there was no bait and switching and no pressure to buy from anyone there, It's always a pleasure doing business there and no dealer fees,When it's time to trade this vehicle in I'll make the drive to Mullinax Ford again for the great buying experience.

Salesman Andew Thunberg, was outstanding, polite and on the ball! Contacted off internet interaction, called, listened to what vehicle wanted. He suggested two and said he would have them pulled up in front of dealership waiting for my arrival. We arrived and the vehicles were sitting waiting as stated. Salesman was so polite and helpful. He made the experience a great one. Was always a step ahead of my questions and very informative. The whole sales transaction took about two hours, much faster than previous sales. Highly recommended Andrew Thunberg run that dealership! If looking for a Ford product go look Andrew up will be impressed.

I flew to Orlando from Washington state to buy a used F-150 from Mullinax. Dan Niekraszewicz made a video of the truck and sent it to me before I came, so there were no surprises. It showed a couple drill holes in the bed liner where a ladder was mounted and one tiny ding on the driver side door. He didn't want me coming all the way to Florida without knowing this first. When I went to the dealership, Dan went over every feature on the truck and on the test drive he let the truck speak for itself. No pressure whatsoever. It was Dan's day off, but he gladly came in and went through everything with me. It was a wonderful experience, and Dan was a joy to work with. I highly recommend him and Mullinax Ford!

Update: May 2025. Still really happy with the Maverick, so this year, when I was thinking about getting a cheap, reliable car for my daughter, I started by looking at the Mullinax website. A 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT caught my eye, but it was a 6 speed manual, which daughter can't drive. So I got it for myself, and she can take my 2011 Elantra (hey, I know what I like. Once again, Tyler made the car buying experience easy, and Mullinax made sure the car was as close to perfect as a used car can be. March 2024: Tyler Tucillo and Mullinax Ford were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to get our 2024 Ford Maverick in our driveway.

Just traded in my 06 Mustang gt that I bought from Mullinax back in 06 for a new Maverick and I'm loving it. I'm a return customer because they did me right the first time. Chris White was my salesman this time he was great, he answered all my questions and I never felt pressured. I found what I was looking for online Friday night and Chris contacted me early Saturday to let me know the vehicle was still there. The whole process took about 4 hrs for the test drive, valuing my trade in, detailing my new ride and signing the paperwork. I do plan on returning in a few years when I retire to purchase a bigger truck to pull an RV.

I was amazed. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help me. I bought a used expedition at another dealership but needed an extended warranty. Richy in finance jumped right on it with a phone call, text messages from his off hours (just to take care of a potential customer) and working through some nuances with what I was looking for. Then I went to Quick Lane, which wasn’t necessarily quick? However the staff in there (April and another gentlemen but I didn’t get his name) we so friendly, super respectful , informative and really cared about making sure I was happy. When I was in the sales building I asked for help getting setup with FordPass on my phone. Katelyn (salesperson) stepped away from her main job In selling and spent 10 minutes helping me get connected. She didn’t have to do that. No one ever really wants to go to a dealership but I’m very pleased that over the next five years with my car, I will have an enjoyable experience at Mullinax Apopka. Thank you all!

First thing is first, no no pressure with UpFront pricing was a no brainer. Second, No Dealer Fees. Don't need a review for that. My Sales rep Noah greeted me at the door, handshake like the good ole days. When asked what I was looking for, I took him right outside to the 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid XLT with the Hot Pepper Red color that I have been eyeing for 4 months. He had the keys in less than 5 mins, and out to the test drive we went. While on the test drive, i noticed a minimal issue with the front driver tire (probably from sitting on the lot for over a year.) still was in love with the truck. he taught me some things that i was unaware off, and i taught him a few after my many hours of research as i have never bought a brand new car before. Once back at the dealership, we went inside and started the process. I let him know I was already pre approved for financing through Capital one and I would most likely go with that process as I knew how much I was putting down, a rough estimate of my trade in, and knew what my monthly payment would be with the interest rate. We started the credit app and i let him know it would be okay to run a few other banks to see if they could beat it. (no bank did) Noah let me know they have a 4 bank limit to help the customer not receive a large ding on their credit. Once the credit app was done, they went outside to value my trade in. To be honest, this was the only bad part of the process and really was not their fault as I knew my car would not be the best, but they were only $250 down from my value that I wanted. Then it was off to the Finance Manager where they usually gut you from what I have been reading and watching. Lee the Finance Manager was not like i read, he was not demanding, did not push too hard, i did end up purchasing an additional warranty based on the amount of miles i drive in a typical year to extend my warranty another year. But again, it really felt like my decision as I made a logical decision to calculate how much it was and compare it to what a major repair would have cost. Just seemed to have it and not need it, then to not have it. Then the Dealership Manager Warren introduced himself, and threw in a free shirt (I know it was the least they could do). It was a pretty cool shirt, they dubbed it “Maverick Mania” and the Maverick pictured was one in the Hot Pepper Red. I let them know that they couldn’t use this shirt anymore as I purchased the last Maverick in this color and they 2025 did not have the color as an option anymore. Once all documents were said and done, it was time to make the actual down payment. We walked over to the front desk, handed over all the cash for the down payment, and the truck was ready from its detail. Noah took me out to the truck, showed me how to connect the FordPass app to the truck and we were on our way. I can not stress how great this experience was and I would definitely do business with this team again in the future.

I purchased from Mullinax Ford of Central Florida in Apopka, FL and they were great! Julio was my sales advisor and I would recommend him to anyone. He is very friendly, not pushy and amazing with communication. Richie in the finance department was pretty awesome too and I wouldn't want another finance guy. They were both very attentive, friendly and the communication was awesome! I drove 1 hour and 40 minutes to purchase from them, when I had 2 other Ford dealerships within 25 minutes of me, but they didn't seem to want my business, as they never communicated with me. Julio is the man, so ask for him!

One of the friendliest dealerships I have ever been in. Loved the fact that they have no haggle pricing and no dealer fees. Gave me a good deal on my trade in and the truck I purchased was priced right. They had just taken the truck in and it had not been serviced yet, when I was inspecting the truck I noticed the tires were shot. I was told when the vehicle was serviced by the dealership new tires would be put on. When I went to pickup the truck sure enough it had new tires, not only new but expensive Nitto Ridge Grapplers which retail about$1,600 for a set of 4! My salesman Wes took excellent care of me and kept me well informed during the sale. Highly recommend Mullinax if you're shopping for a new or used vehicle, their inventory is huge.

We recently purchased a new 2025 Ranger Raptor from Mullinax Ford of Central Florida. We had a great no pressure sales experience, with Kaitlyne Jusino. Standard dealership fare. I was forced to pay the diagnostic fee for some upholstery repairs, and was promptly told the parts required were obsolete. Sourced the part (a single, standard SCREW) myself with ten minutes of googling. Guys also tried to convince me my suspension needed work after I had just gotten it repaired several months ago. Second opinions from local shops warranted their suggested repairs unnecessary. Don’t waste your time. Update: Mullinax CS was kind enough to refund the diagnostic fee after realizing the error.

I used to buy and have all of our cars serviced at Don Reid (now Peacock). There service dept as well as their customer service in general has gone straight downhill. I started searching other dealership that were in my area and decided to try Mullinax. I discovered that one of my old service advisors from Don Reid/Peacock David Collimore had relocated to Mullinax. I was very pleased to see that he was now at Mullinax as he has always been an awesome advisor previously. He is always very helpful and diligent in helping me solve any service issues I may have. I have also started to use the Quicklane services and had exceptional experiences when I have had my car battery changed out under warranty, oil changes, etc. The manager Derwin and service rep Michael Santiago went above and beyond to help make my last experience Fantastic. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Mullinax Ford. The entire experience was very pleasant and easy. The staff are courteous and very accommodating. This includes the salesperson, finance officer and the manager. There were no surprises or pressure of any kind. The inventory is outstanding. The pricing is fair and way better than any other dealer in central and north Central Florida. The process does take some time but that isn’t the dealerships fault. Buying and vehicle just takes time.

This was the third dealer I researched and the only one that really wanted to sell a car. From the moment Ellie reached out to me, there was never a feeling of being pressured. In fact, they didn't even reach out until the next day because they weren't in a rush. Nestor was my salesman and he was top notch. I requested a remote purchase and trade in because I have VERY limited time due to my work schedule. Nestor listened to my needs and actually sent me what I was asking for, NOT what he was interested in selling me. What a crazy idea! All other car dealers should take notes. THIS is how you treat customers. I was curious to get into an F-150 and Nestor made it happen. All in all, the entire transaction took less than 3 hours remotely. Nestor hand delivered the vehicle to me and left in my trade. Easy as that. Not only am I a Mullinax convert now, but I'm already considering what my daughter's first car and my wife's next car will be. The only thing for certain is that they will both be Ford's from Mullinax Ford.

BIG THANKS TO JOHN!!!! Bought a 2019 Ford Expedition back in November and the team did amazing with the deal! Few months later I came back for a 2nd vehicle and I have me now a 2019 ram 1500. John did amazing with all the cars he showed me and the information he gave me on each car and its history. Was very patient during the whole process of me looking at so many cars. I've been coming for like 3 or 4 days as I shopped around their inventory and tried to make my decision. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again.
