I bought a new Bronco Sport last month from Mullinax Ford in Apopka. My sales associate was Ms. Kaitlyne Jusino. I had an excellent, effortless sales experience…they had exactly what I wanted in stock, and great pricing. Ms. Jusino was a consummate professional…totally upfront and trustworthy. It was a pleasure working with her. This is my first Ford purchase in decades, and I would happily buy another vehicle from Ms. Jusino and Mullinax Ford. The entire process went smoothly and I was extremely pleased. It was the way an automobile purchase should be done. I’m very impressed and happy with the vehicle. I highly recommend Ms Jusino and the dealership.

QUICKLANE SERVICE- I want to say, its been a year since i bought my vehicle. My experience is still TOP NOTCH. Most recently, i worked with April in the Quicklane service Center. Excellent service. They went out of their way to work wigh me. UPDATE: I've owned this Bronco for 5 months now. I'm so happy with my purchase. I bought a certified used car and they have done everything that I have ask as far as service goes. Micah is the best! The most painless buying experience I have EVER had. My sales associate (Brent) was fantastic. Absolutely ZERO pressure! I came in with a trade-in and was out with a new car in just a couple of hours (this included a test-drive, financials and assessment of my trade). Things couldn't have gone more smoothly.

Mullinax Ford at Apopka were very easy going and upfront. Just like they say they are. My wife and I had not been to a dealership in years. We decided to give them a try and it was a very down to earth experience. We love our new Bronco Big bend. Mullinax in Apopka is a fantastic, no stress, no BS dealership with great staff. They have no dealer fees, no upsell bump-sticker pricing, nor any nonsense in their business. Went to get an oil change and bought a truck. These people from the service to the sales department were amazing. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and I felt very comfortable making a big purchase at this dealership. Devin my sales guy was super friendly and even delivered my truck to my house so I wouldn’t have to make two trips when returning the car I had serviced. The general manager also came out and gave us water bottles and engaged us in friendly conversation. This was a very positive experience and I will be back.

Update to the below review...I was contacted by the service manager, Kelly, who genuinely took an interest into what happened and how to make it better. Even through my traveling and being away he communicated very effectively and took ownership of his service department...something leaders sometime lack. He not only made sure I was taken care of but his follow up was fantastic. I'm not the easiest guy to impress as I have super high standards and he impressed me. I'm not going to delete my review but I do want to add my follow up. Kelly not only kept me as a customer but I will recommend Mullinax Ford service department to anyone needing their vehicle repaired. Original review - I was really hoping to add to the great reviews that I've seen online but I have to admit that I'm pretty disappointed. Everything started off great. I had an appointment to have a recall done on my truck along with an inspection. The recall went very well and the inspection found a leaking oil pan and MyKey was active. I don't have the Admin key to turn MyKey off so I had my service advisor (Dwight) go ahead and order the key...cost was around $250. Dwight said he would call when the key arrived. I waited 2 weeks and no phone call. I called for Dwight and had to leave a message. I did not receive a call back. About a week...maybe 2, later I called again and had to leave a message for Dwight. I did not receive a call back. I then called for the service manager. He was out for a family issue...I completely understand. I asked for the assistant service manager. They don't have one. I had to leave another message to have someone...anyone...call me back. I received no call back. It's now been about a month and a half. I just called again and had to leave another message. Let's see if I get a call after leaving this review.

My car buying experience with Brent at Mullinax Ford was exceptional. I haven’t bought a car in a decade, so I had some reservations going into this experience. I was hyping myself up and preparing to battle the salesman to try get what I wanted. Turns out that wasn’t needed at all! Brent was an awesome salesman. He listened to my questions and gave me great answers and advice. I was prepared to be wheeled and dealed, but Brent was patient and didn’t try to upsell me or pressure me into a deal. He was patient as we went through a couple test drives and gave my wife and me plenty of time to make a decision. His advice was grounded and honest and helped me make an informed decision. There was even a small blemish with the paint on the car and when I pointed it out he didn’t hesitate to make it right and have it repaired. The paperwork was smooth and they made sure it was easy for me to understand. When I’m in the market for another car, I’m definitely coming back and I’ll be asking for Brent when I do.

I bought from Mullinax a decade ago and came back for my next vehicle since the experience was great. Mullinax didn't disappoint! Their selection was great and the sales team knew their product. Their up front pricing makes it easy to know the cost of a vehicle and their prices are great. I got an F250 Lariat for nearly $10k less than what another dealer offered me for a similarly equipped F250 XLT.

I assume it leaves room for haggling. Mullinax gives you their lowest price and most of the time, it’s posted on the front window so you don’t need a salesperson to look up every vin to see the price. Nelson and Noah from the Apopka location were awesome. No pressure to buy and didn’t complain about standing in the July heat while I pondered rim colors and walking back to the office to grab another key. Very happy with my experience and my new Lariat!

Subject: Commendation for Outstanding Service Recovery and Professionalism To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to follow up on my prior complaint regarding my service experience on June 23, 2025, at Mullinax Ford. While my initial visit left me frustrated and disappointed, I believe it is equally important to recognize and commend the remarkable service recovery that followed. Shortly after submitting my complaint, the same manager I had encountered reached out to me personally. He offered a sincere and repeated apology and took full ownership of the situation. His attitude during this follow-up was the complete opposite of what I initially experienced. He was respectful, professional, and genuinely focused on making things right. Not only did he take responsibility, but he also went above and beyond in resolving the issue. He arranged for my Ford F-450 to be picked up from my residence and returned after a full service was completed. The team performed a complete oil change, replaced the filters, and took care of all necessary maintenance with care and efficiency. The gentleman who came to pick up and drop off the vehicle was punctual, courteous, and professional. I do not recall his name, but he and the service team did a phenomenal job. Every step of the process was handled with great attention to detail and customer care. As a result of these corrective actions, my trust and confidence in Mullinax Ford have been fully restored. I appreciate the effort, flexibility, and professionalism shown throughout this resolution. Mistakes can happen, but what truly defines a company is how it chooses to handle them. In this case, Mullinax Ford handled it exceptionally well. I remain a loyal client and hope to continue receiving this high level of service in the future. I had a great leasing experience with Al Fernandez at Mullinax Ford. He is a “no nonsense, straight shooter” that answered my phone call and assured me that I could buy a New 2024 Bronco remotely and with confidence. He made many promises and has kept them all! If your looking for a Ford, Al Fernandez will deliver a lot more than just the best price without any dealer fees, he will listen to you, be attentive, answer your phone calls, make the best use of your time, send you videos of your selection as well as give you detailed explanations of the remote sales process while keeping you well informed both with text and phone calls. Al also has a great finance team, led by Chris Williamson, who made the remote signing a pleasant and easy experience. These two pro’s teamed up for an awesome leasing experience! In less than 72 hours of initial contact I am cruising the countryside of Dade City and enjoying my new 2024 Ford Bronco in Hot Chili Pepper Red! This is my second experience with Mullinax Ford Apopka - specifically with Connor T., who sold me my used (new to me) Kia Sportage, and also sold my partner her new Ford Bronco before that. Both times were literally the smoothest, most stress free (as stress free as buying a car can be) experiences I could possibly imagine. Mullinax likes to keep your "family" with the same sales person so you know who you are dealing with, you're comfortable, and so you know who to call when you have questions etc., which I already think is a pretty great practice. Connor answered alllll of our questions, was able to help us BOTH, and we were in very different situations (her with great credit, a great trade in value, and a large down payment, me with not great credit, no trade in, and a smaller down payment), but he found things that fit both of our needs/wants/budgets, etc., each time. Mullinax's no haggle situation makes the process feel less intimidating, and like you really can rely on your sales person to help you make good decisions. Connor specifically made sure to tell us when he thought a car we were interested in was truly just a bad idea and why, based on what we said we wanted in the long run. I also got to experience a little bit of the service side of things, as I took my car in for an overall used car inspection with Kia once I purchased it and they found a few things they said were wrong that they wanted me to replace. When I touched base with Mullinax and Lee who was my finance advisor, (as I have a warranty), he advised me to bring it in, and if it was anything that wasn't covered they were going to try & push to get it fixed for me as a courtesy if possible because I had just purchased the car afterall, etc.. Long story (not so short), it turns out none of those things were actually even necessary, and it was a small money grab attempt by the Kia dealership since I had not actually purchased the car from them. Mullinax will not take your money if they don't need to - and they make sure to help every step of the way. I was also given a temporary plate as my car I was purchasing was a recent trade in and the new plate would be coming to me in the mail once the lien was released. Well the day when my tag expires is creeping closer and I never received my plate. I touched base with Starr in the title department who was able to see the lien had just been released, and she got a plate in the mail to me that day. Fast forward a week, still no plate, I got in touch with Starr again who was able to help me bypass the USPS issue that was happening (they lost my package), and she even filled out the application for me to get a replacement plate at the DMV, and had a check cut ready to reimburse me so I could go pick up my new plate before the temporary one expired. SO THIS WAS A LONG REVIEW - I know. I know. But do you see what I'm saying here? EVERY SINGLE PERSON at Mullinax Apopka is on your team. EVERY SINGLE PERSON is on your side, and is going to do whatever it takes to earn your business respectfully, professionally, and they have earned two customers for LIFE. Go buy your car there, the end!

Update 6/30/2025- Used Car sales Manager Brian Francis has made this right.. they ordered the proper spare wheel/tire and even covered the tow bill. I recently bought a certified Ford Blue Advantage vehicle (2019 Ram 1500) from Mullinax Apopka and discovered the day after purchase that the spare tire provided is completely incompatible with the upgraded wheels and tires installed on the truck. It’s useless in an emergency. It was not even 24 hours after I bought the vehicle that I was on the side of the road with a flat tire and had no choice but to have it towed due to having the wrong size spare. Despite this being a Ford certified vehicle, the dealership has refused to provide a correct spare, and Ford Cares also declined to help. I expected better from a CPO program that promotes safety and reliability. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on both the dealership and Ford’s certification standards. The response the used car manager said the tire provided matched perfectly to the stock wheels but they knew the wheels were aftermarket and never even gave the option to purchase with stock wheels. I would like to add my salesman Wes has been great throughout the car buying process. Also my family has bought multiple vehicles from Mullinax and usually always have good experiences. This could be a 5 star review if Mullinax management decides to make this right.

Q was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He really took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt confident in our decision. Q Sabir was awesome. I work 3rd shift so time was precious as I had only a couple hours in a.m. to look and test drive. I wanted the car and Q set everything in place to return in the morning. I’ve been to this Ford dealership several times, and I always make sure to work with Kevin. He is not only extremely professional and on top of everything, but he’s also genuinely a great guy and always incredibly friendly. Kevin does an excellent job of keeping me updated whenever my truck is in for service. He consistently checks in throughout the process and always asks what he can do to make the experience as easy and convenient as possible. He also takes the time to really listen when I bring up an issue with my truck. He makes sure he fully understands what I’m experiencing so he can accurately communicate it to the service technicians, which I really appreciate. Most recently, I was traveling out of town for a couple of weeks while my truck was being serviced. Kevin made sure everything was taken care of while I was gone, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even wished me well on my travels. That kind of personal attention and customer service goes a long way. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, communication, and genuine friendliness as well as Kevin does. updated review, Zach is still a great guy, the service is still attentive, and the people great to be around - Brian Francis called me not even 2 hours after posting my original review of the car running a check engine light and coding for a thermostat. He asked if I had talked to anyone and I simply stated that I knew I bought the car as is and I was already over the 300mi warranty. He told me to come in and they will take care of it, and he did. The thermostat did need replacing. I’ve never heard of any dealership repairing their recently sold used car after the signed warranty became void. This dealership gave me something to eat, drink, and a place to work as I was coming in during my work hours. They will have my business for all car buying in the future

Worked with Brian Serrage to purchase a lightly used 2025 Expedition. He worked diligently with mgmt. to get us top market value for our trade in. Ended up being an after hours deal due to the large volume of cars being sold but Brian stayed to make sure everything went smoothly. We found a few things on the vehicle we wanted repaired such as a broke headrest and some paint chips needing touchup. He made sure to have all that worked into the deal. First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

This is my second vehicle from Mullinax Ford, I live over an hour away from the dealership so I start the process online to see if the vehicle I'm looking at will fit my budget,Joshua Barrett texted me back with figures on my trade a financing, everything looked good to me so we drove to the dealership,Joshua had the vehicle ready and everything went very smoothly from there,there was no bait and switching and no pressure to buy from anyone there, It's always a pleasure doing business there and no dealer fees,When it's time to trade this vehicle in I'll make the drive to Mullinax Ford again for the great buying experience.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. My one disappointment was the truck could have been cleaned and washed better. Windows had numerous streaks and bed liner was dirty.

I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Mullinax Ford is a friendly dealership. The sales people are open, friendly and available without be pushy or overbearing. My new truck was clean inside and out with a full tank of gas.

I have nothing but good things to say about my new truck buying experience with Mullinax Ford, Apopka. My salesman Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly, as was Chris. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. Big thanks to Tyler and the rest of the Mullinax Apopka team for making my buying experience as pleasant as it was!!!

I want to give a shout out to Dwight Dowe, I took my Edge there due to Prestige Ford messing it up and he helped me out so much with getting it fixed right, giving me a loaner for 2 days while they fixed my truck. Dwight is a out standing advisor and I would send anyone to him, he is up front and honest. Dwight thank you so much from the bottom of my heart on taking care of the mess that Prestige Ford did to me and fixing it in a timely matter you ROCK.

The dealer had the 201a safety package on my 2024 mustang echoboost premium, while other Mullinex dealers, were not. Noah my salesman, was extremely helpful. We made a deal over the phone mostly and the car was ready to pickup. Well worth my 2hr drive.
