This was probably the easiest experience we’ve had when purchasing a vehicle. The site was easy to navigate, the team there made everything simple and straightforward, and they were happy to help us when looking at their other dealerships in find the right vehicle for us. Literally spent an hour looking to see what was right for us and came back the next day because we felt comfortable here. Probably we were in and out of the dealership with paperwork done within 2 hours max. And they stayed later past close to help us out. Barry was great to work with. He had all the information we wanted to know right away, gave us a number of options to look at to find the vehicle we wanted, and just overall made the experience more organic as compared to transactional. And was incredibly patient and knowledgeable when we wanted to look at multiple options for financing and leasing over 2-4 years. Didn’t push us towards one option and was happy to discuss all scenarios. If you go here, ask for Barry. Great to work with and makes the process simple. Would definitely work this team again.

Why I buy from Mullinax Ford - During covid-19 lockdown my lease on my Ford Truck expired. During that time cars were very expensive and so I decided to buy my Truck. I had purchased the lease from Kendall Ford in Kendall, FL. They would not honor the lease buyout without adding a $2000 processing fee which was a violation of the terms of the Lease. Nothing could be done the general manager could have cared less. Then I asked Sawgrass Ford since I had a vehicle purchased with them at the time and they were adding $2000 processing fee as well, I went to AutoNation and they were adding $1800 fee, I then tried calling Ford Finance and they too could not do anything to help avoid the fees being charged even though the lease buyout contract expressly said they could not charge anything additional. I then called the largest Ford Dealer in Florida Brandon Ford and they as well were adding a fee. However, Brandon Ford suggested Mullinax Ford since they do not charge fees. Thank you Brandon Ford. Well we contacted Mullinax Ford and they did in fact process my lease purchase WITHOUT any fees. At that point Mullinax Ford had earned my business for the future. I have now ordered my New Truck and it has been built and will be delivered soon through Mullinax Ford and my wife is up for a new vehicle and we will be purchasing her vehicle through Mullinax. It is not wonder that they have a 4.7 star rating which is very high for a dealership. Mullinax knows good business and I am confident that in the future they will treat me fairly. I dealt with Julio Acevedo and the team there and am a life long customer. Thank you Mullinax for being a great company and earning my trust.

First thing out of the gate, my 2025 Platinum with the 430 gear really hauls the mail. It’s been a pleasant experience working with Alan Bowers here at Mullinax Ford Apopka. It’s been straight forward and the extended warranty that was offered is something I would not purchase but… considering the electronics included with the Platinum package it is a 100% no brainer so I pulled the trigger and bought it. My prior truck was a 2015 that I bought here had 170k on the clock and NEVER left me in a jamb. The ‘25 was twice the money but it’s more than twice the truck and I feel confident that the ‘25 will keep me satisfied for years too. Can’t wait to break the motor in a start towing the 7,000 lb boat and 8,000 lb travel trailer. I don’t think Godzilla will ever know if there’s anything back there. Thanks, Alan!

I just test drove a Maverick at Mullinax Ford. Larry was the sales guy who showed me the truck. He was awesome! He was interested in helping not selling me. I avoid car dealerships and looking at cars due to the sales and disingenuous vibes. None of that at Mullinax. I'd recommend stopping by here.

My wife and I have bought our last three vehicles from Mullinax Ford, most recently an F150 yesterday. Everyone we encountered, from Dale Brown our Sales Consultant to Russ in Finance and Warren the Sales Manager were very friendly, professional and respectful toward us. As in the past, there was NEVER any sales pressure, brow-beating, or attempted intimidation that is typical in most dealerships. I have always said that a buying experience involving five or six figure dollar amounts should be a GOOD experience. Everyone at Mullinax in Apopka seems to understand that. We had a great time test driving the trucks and having interesting and funny conversations with everyone we dealt with. Anyone reading this owes it to themselves to pay a visit to Mullinax Ford in Apopka if they're car shopping. If you find yourself sitting at "Brand X" dealership in your misery, losing your sanity, remember Mullinax Ford. Get up, walk out and go to where you will be appreciated as a valued customer. You will not regret it. If you do your research, you will find that their "no-haggle" pricing and their trade allowances are more than fair. And the "no dealer fees" IS A REAL THING. Purchased a new vehicle here yesterday. I had previously shopped around and knew exactly what I was looking for. Found the best deal at Mullinax. I sent a request info over in the morning and got matched up with Joe. He answered all my questions and we got most of the preliminaries done over the phone. Was able to go down there in the evening and do paperwork and pick up my new truck. The whole team was honest, respectful, never pushy, and helped me get things done quickly and efficiently. Mullinax Ford of Apopka's service department is amazing. I've had my truck in for service multiple times and dealt with many of their service department staff. Every single one of them is friendly and helpful. I've never experienced this at another Ford dealer and it's a cut above even Subaru service (which is known for good customer service). They go way above and beyond by offering mobile and valet service - where someone picks up your truck and brings it back all taken care of. Because of this god-tier customer service they've earned all of my future vehicle purchase business.

Saw the vehicle we wanted online at the right price, we then drove 2 hours to this dealership. We liked the vehicle and bought it on the spot no hidden fees it was great! Super simple process, Al our salesman was great and straight to the point. 5 stars but I will add some constructive criticism, when you first walk in it was not the not the most friendly or welcoming. The girls up front did not acknowledge us at all or ask if we needed help with anything and we felt awkward just standing there waiting to meet with our salesperson. I encourage as a sales professional my self to create a more welcoming/friendly environment when people come inside to get help. Overall if you want great prices, great vehicles, no hidden bs, this is your place to car shop. They also gave us the highest value for our trade than any other dealership. Thank you Mullinax Ford!!! Their cars move fast, make sure to double check availability before you come.

I had the most wonderful experience with Nova and Anastasia(financing). I live out of state and am 9 months pregnant and nova made this process seamless! She was quick, responsive, super polite and kind the entire time. I had to get my car shipped as im out of state and she was awesome in making sure my car was ready to go and sent on its way! I saw the BMW i3 online and was looking for a low mileage and black car with a range extender. I tried calling and using Mullinax web contact. But no response . So after work I met up with Barry Ross who said he came from Chicago and new to Florida . He came over to me and help out looking for a car.We looked at a Lexus 350. I like it and went inside.while inside he saw my request for the BMW i3. I asked if still available and we found it charging and test drove. I like the car and went inside. Alan sold us a used vehicle at Mullinax in Apopka that was in pristine condition for a great price! The whole experience was positive. He was not pushy at all. Recall repairs were scheduled and the repairs were made without any issues. The service department is very good about keeping you informed as to the progress of the repairs. They also inspect the vehicle to check for needed repairs. I used the Valet Service for the first time and found the drivers were professional and polite. The only concern I have was the car was not picked up from my home at the scheduled time and there was a delay in returning the car to me after the repairs were completed. What was anticipated to be a half day turned into a whole day without my car. I had plans in the afternoon which I canceled due to the late start on the work and the delay returning the car. Had I known that there could be driver delays I would have planned my day accordingly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Service Center and the work that was done. I would highly recommend them.

We have been looking for a truck for 9 months and we came across Mullinax Ford on the Internet. We actually live in Tennessee and couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. We seen a Toyota Tacoma listed on the website and called and talked to our salesman Dale Brown and within a hour he sent us a complete invoice with what the price was out the door. We sent a deposit and they held the truck for a week until we could get to Florida. They had everything ready for us as soon as we got there it took maybe a hour between the test drive and is dropping off the rental car we drove to Florida. We knew everything about the financing from our interest rate to our monthly payment before we left Tennessee with no hidden add on's. The entire experience was great from the first phone call to (Dale) the salesman to the sales manager and finance gentleman talking to us.We could not believe the price. A Toyota dealership in North Carolina that I sent the invoice to told me I had better jump on the deal they couldn't even come close to the price. Review Update 08/25/2026 This was my first experience using the free valet service at Mullinax Ford. My car was picked up on time. My Quick Lane service advisor, Luis, did an excellent job of insuring that my car was serviced with the requested "Works" package on time and he kept me informed about the process from start to finish. I received a video via text of the service tech summarizing the results of the inspection including video evidence of the areas needing attention. Luis called me to discuss the recommended items needing to be addressed. Once I gave my approval, he followed through with the service tech to insure everything was completed efficiently and quickly. He then expedited the return of my car by the valet service. While I was a little apprehensive about using the valet method to have my car serviced, I have to say it was great and turned out to be much better than driving the car in myself and waiting for it to be serviced. I will definitely use the valet service again. Thanks to Luis and the entire team at Quick Lane for an outstanding experience. Review Update 02/21/2024: My service advisor, Ariel Santiago, was extraordinary in every way during the entire service experience today. From the time that he greeted me when I arrived for my appointment, listening attentively to my description of the problem and then keeping me informed every step along the way until my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Ariel let me know the expected cost for the visit before the repair work was started. In my opinion, Ariel is a prized associate for Mullinax Ford in Apopka and I will certainly ask for him on future service visits. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again.
