We have received excellent service from Nelson Santana in sales for many years now. I think this is the sixth or seventh Carr or truck that we have bought from him. He is very knowledgeable and usually has the right vehicle picked out for us even before we get to the store. He helped us with another excellent truck today.

I’ve been to this Ford dealership several times, and I always make sure to work with Kevin. He is not only extremely professional and on top of everything, but he’s also genuinely a great guy and always incredibly friendly. Kevin does an excellent job of keeping me updated whenever my truck is in for service. He consistently checks in throughout the process and always asks what he can do to make the experience as easy and convenient as possible. He also takes the time to really listen when I bring up an issue with my truck. He makes sure he fully understands what I’m experiencing so he can accurately communicate it to the service technicians, which I really appreciate. Most recently, I was traveling out of town for a couple of weeks while my truck was being serviced. Kevin made sure everything was taken care of while I was gone, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even wished me well on my travels. That kind of personal attention and customer service goes a long way. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, communication, and genuine friendliness as well as Kevin does. I’ll continue coming back to this dealership and specifically asking for him. I’ve built a great relationship with Kevin over my visits, and I highly recommend him to anyone bringing their vehicle in for service. Thanks again, Kevin!

This is my second purchase from Mullinex and it was just as good if not better than9 my first. Brent was my salesman this time and he went over and above to make sure i was happy. Everyone there was extremely friendly and always asking if we needed anything. At the end we went to Ceasar's office to finish up the paperwork and he like Brent made sure we were happy before we left. As long as I drive a Ford I will always put my trust in Mullinex!

This was my 5th vehicle I've purchased from Mullinax in Apopka. From a Crown Vick to a F-250 then a 2024 Mustang then Ford Escort now a 2025 Maverick. All but my 1st one had Dennis taking care of business for me. Now I like that. Who knows there just might be another next year. Guess what ? 1000/10! I had a great experience with my salesmen John M, and the whole Mullinex team. I had a few ideas on cars that I wanted to look at and we took our time really diving into each one. I appreciated the patience John had as I didn’t feel rushed or pressured once. I recently purchased a vehicle from Mullinax Ford. I chose them because they had a car I wanted and the price was right too. I also liked that they advertised NO DEALER fees - and you know what? It’s true! My sales person Joshua was professional, patient, and polite. Richey, the finance person was very helpful and took his time to explain everything. Warren even stopped by the desk just to hand me a bottled water and I treated dice himself. There is a real family atmosphere here. It’s not fake - or a show - these folks are genuine. As someone who buys more vehicles than the average person, I can honestly say that this was one of the best, if not THE best car buying experiences I’ve ever had! My 2021 F150 went in recently with transmission problems. I CANNOT BE MORE PLEASED with my experience with this dealer. The best dealership I have dealt with in nearly 50 years! They were relentless in diagnosing the problem, kept me informed the whole way through, and completed all the work on time. I highly recommend Mullinax to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Remember, it's not just the car but also the backup of the dealership. 5 Stars!!!

updated review, Zach is still a great guy, the service is still attentive, and the people great to be around - Brian Francis called me not even 2 hours after posting my original review of the car running a check engine light and coding for a thermostat. He asked if I had talked to anyone and I simply stated that I knew I bought the car as is and I was already over the 300mi warranty. He told me to come in and they will take care of it, and he did. The thermostat did need replacing. I’ve never heard of any dealership repairing their recently sold used car after the signed warranty became void. This dealership gave me something to eat, drink, and a place to work as I was coming in during my work hours. They will have my business for all car buying in the future

I can’t say enough good things about Mullinax Ford and especially my service advisor, Kevin. I actually drive about 45 minutes to have my vehicle serviced here, even though there’s a Ford dealership only five minutes from my home. The difference in customer service, professionalism, and overall experience is absolutely worth the drive every single time. This visit really stood out. I arrived late and completely frazzled after a frightening experience with an Uber driver that left me stranded and shaken. Kevin immediately noticed something was wrong and took the time to listen, reassure me, and make sure I was okay. His calm demeanor, kindness, genuine concern, and sense of humor were exactly what I needed in that moment. I never expected that level of compassion during a routine service appointment, but it meant more than I can express. Beyond that, Kevin was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, personable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was extremely responsive, communicated clearly, and made the entire process easy. I own several vehicles and have worked with many dealerships over the years, so I know how frustrating the process can be with unnecessary add-ons and complications. Just purchased a car from here, they guy who helped me was Zacharee, really transparent process and honestly the best experience I've had before buying a car, I also felt the honesty from the salesman, did a good job. Zacharee also heard about my needs, he overheard I needed an adapter for tesla superchargers to charge my ford mustang mach e, and he got me one for FREE. Honestly a very good salesman that listens to everything his clients say. Had so much value added to the deal, I'd definitely come back if I have to and i'd recommend to anybody

Mr. Devon King greeted us at the dealership and showed us around the inventory and showed us the vehicles we were interested in and answered all of our questions. Devon was very knowledgeable on the vehicles we had questions about and helped us make a good decision on the new Ford Truck. While the paperwork was in progress Devon had the truck cleaned and washed and ready for delivery and went with us to fill up the 1st tank of gas from the dealership. A very good and clean dealership and good to do business with.

Just a great experience without the usual dealer B S No add ons for thousands of dollars for stuff you don't want or need. My sales rep ( Dale Brown) went out of his way to make the whole process fast and pleasant. So in closing if you want a straight up deal without the Dealer runaround go to Mullinax Ford Of Apopka Fl. Are sales person was Jesse Friederichs at the dealership in Apopka, FL. Jesse has always been a great help with our vehicle purchases. Our friends and family members have purchased several vehicles from Mullinax and Jesse Friederichs is the best. We drove up on a Tuesday from Hollywood, FL. just to purchase a vehicle we saw on the website and Jesse Friederichs made it happen. Andy was an absolute delight to work with. Anything you’d expect from a sleazy car salesman, expect the opposite from Andy. We came on a Friday to test drive some vehicles. Never even made it into the building as Andy could tell we were just looking and narrowing things down. This is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. All 3 times it has been an easy, hassel free experience. The salesmen have not been pushy. They gave me on the higher end on all 3 of my trade-ins (pleasantly surprised). The most recent purchase (F250) was very easy and they even had to bring the truck down from their Mobile, AL location. I was in the market for a CPO luxury car, or a new Mustang. Due to the available financing rates, I wanted to find a Mustang. There was exactly 1 that was built exactly like I wanted, and my salesperson, Kaitlyne Jusino, made sure I had all of my questions and concerns fully addressed. She got a fair deal done, and I’d be happy to purchase another car from her again. The dealership facilities were clean and nice, the sales staff and finance folks were affable, and the pricing they offer is usually very fair. David, my service advisor, is also awesome.

Kevin and the team at Mullinax were very professional, courteous and kind. I searched appropriately two weeks for the Maverick and price I wanted with other dealers closer to me . Offers made by other dealers in my area, had price markups with all kinds of different crap. I can’t stand those surprise markups with crap you don’t need.They low balled my trade in right off the cuff. Mullinax Ford does not add crap to the price, not even a dealer fee. Tax / tag and that’s it! The sticker is what I paid! Absolutely no dealer or Ridiculous fees! As far as the 2024 Maverick. I’m a little disappointed in a couple issues with this little truck. One big issue. When you exit the vehicle, several times the doors lock, with the keys in the truck / even in the ignition. I had to return home the other morning after leaving my wallet. I jumped out of the truck, running, phone inside and the doors locked. May have has the spare key with her in case something happens. She had to turn around, almost to work, to unlock the door. I am worried about stopping for gas and getting locked out. I’m use to jumping out, closing the door and usually leave the keys and my phone because the doors aren’t suppose to lock automatically! My other car had push button start, so the key was just in my pocket! I hope this is something that Ford finds a fix for and am curious if any other Maverick owners are experiencing this issue!?

Both Ben and Juan were great to work with. I only have one regret - I should have put a $100 hold on the Azure Grey 2024 Ranger XLT because it was sild before we drove the 2 hours down the next day - it was on it's way to another customer. Juan helped us to select a Metallic blue with all the same features. It was late so we put the $100 down and scheduled to rwturn the next day at 1 pm. The next day he called ro confirm we were coming and we were already on our way. He went ahead to confirm if parts had the selected add-on we wanted before we arrived. The entire dealership went above and beyond with our purchase. It was one of the best experiences I have had in the purchase of a vehicle. I am 75 and have purchased over 20 in my lifetime so I know a good dealership when I find one. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP FROM JUAN AND BEN.

No surprises in the negotiation. Everything like clockwork just like when I had my car purchase from here before. My salesman Dan kept me apprised in the order process and offered advice on speeding up the process. The finance manager was cordial and helpful with zero pressure. Can’t get better! Edit. I can’t seem to find away to start a separate google review, so I’ll add it to the first. If the IT moderator can edit this into a separate review, I’m fine with that. Anyways, another 5 star review for Mullinax, this time for the Service department. A couple months ago I was packing my truck for a long trip to Washington DC area of Virginia for my granddaughter’s birthday party. When I got into the truck to move it a few feet forward it wouldn’t start— nothing not even a click. ( I had just moved it an hour earlier— now nothing— except a big warning to get off the road??? Plus a possible battery issue? I have a ‘21 F150 Hybrid. I wasn’t sure what battery. I tried to jump it and charge it w/o success. I was getting nervous since I was leaving in about 36 hours on the trip. So I called for a tow to the Mullinax Service Dept. When I got to service, I let Patrick Turner and Ariel Santiago know the difficulty I was having. By now it is 6 pm Monday. I have to leave 8 am Wednesday. It was a couple weeks before they can work me in. So my 2nd priority was to get a rental vehicle using my Ford ESP enhanced rental warranty. Not just any vehicle. I needed the biggest Expedition possible by Tuesday so I can repack it with everything that was in my truck bed. Both guys looked at each other like I had asked for a miracle. Well I got a call from Ariel early Tuesday and he and Patrick had tracked down exactly what I needed and it would be at the rental dealer by 1 pm on Tuesday. So I was able to pack and leave by Wednesday 8 am and got to my granddaughters party in time. Meanwhile Ariel was taking care of my truck while I was gone giving me updates. After it was fixed, Ariel gave it a test drive to make sure all was fine. Two weeks later when I arrived at the dealer, Ariel said he would return the rental so he gave me my truck keys and I gave him the Expedition rental car keys and I was heading back home. Can’t believe how easy that was. That was truly a great effort to track down exactly what I needed for the rental, and maintain contact with the techs to insure the completion of my truck while I was 1000 miles away for the 2 week period. Thanks again to Ariel and Patrick.

I bought a 2024 Maverick XLT. I have been searching for about 2 weeks. I was looking online at Mullinax this morning and Kevin called me. This was after talking nonsense with local dealers to me in the Ocala area. Kevin was very professional and easy to deal with. He was quite patient with me as well, as I changed my mind a couple times on colors. Everyone at the dealership was polite and professional. Mr. Lee in finance displayed a great knowledge of his job and also very professional and personable. I liked that he was not pushy on the warranty packages. I did purchase a couple however. During my last visit, I noticed an increased of staff working on all different kind of makes and models that aren’t Ford vehicles. My service advisor, April, and she was courteous and friendly. She checked the computer for my scheduled appointment for that day for oil change and tire rotation. She estimated that my 2019 Lincoln Navigator will be ready within 1 to 1.5 hour. My vehicle was finished within an hour and a half.as expected. I’ve been coming here since 2016, and every time I visited this location, you can see changes, the increased of staffing, and they serviced the vehicles in a timely manner. The waiting area are clean, with comfortable sitting area and they have cold bottle water and a coffee machine for the customer’s convenience. You can watch a big screen TV or watch your vehicle being serviced. Overall, I highly recommend Quick Lane for your vehicle service needs.

Mullinax Ford of Central Florida is Excellent. My salesperson (Devon King) answered all of my questions, about the Maverick. I told him what options I wanted and he found a vehicle, for me to test drive. Devon explained what the touch screen did and what the console buttons did. He showed me where the fluids are checked, under the hood and where the hybrid battery was located. The price on the window sticker (MSRP) was the price. My sales tax was 7% and that was it. I was delighted by the experience of buying a $30,000 hybrid truck.

We found what we wanted online, contacted the site to ensure the vehicle was still there, traveled 2 hrs from home and purchased same day. Brent Osbourne was the representative who helped us and he really took the time to explain and provide all relevant information without all the typical “sales pitch” tactics. I appreciate the honest and genuine approach that he took with us. My experience was the best and I cannot wait for my partner to be ready to upgrade his vehicle because we will absolutely be making our way back over to Mullinax Ford of Central Florida (totally worth the 2 hr drive) for the next one!!

The price of the vehicle was a good price and they charged nothing extra. They checked out the vehicle fixed whatever needed to be fixed offered me a warranty and an extended warranty probably the most pleasant dealership that I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with a lot of them they’re very busy so plan on spending some time.

Had a 5-Star buying experience with Alan Bowers! Found vehicle on line and contacted dealership. Alan was lucky salesman for the sale. Arranged the terms and set up a pick-up date. First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Devon was phenomenal and made sure that I left happy with my purchase. He went above and beyond to find the truck I wanted and made sure that I had everything I needed. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly making it one of the best experiences buying a new vehicle.
