I've never had an enjoyable purchase at a car dealership. EVER. I've always felt pressured and taken advantage of when purchasing a vehicle, new or used, at every dealer I've ever been to. That was until Mullinax. I entered my info in order to get an online estimate, and honestly didn't intend to make a deal. This was the third dealer I researched and the only one that really wanted to sell a car. From the moment Ellie reached out to me, there was never a feeling of being pressured. In fact, they didn't even reach out until the next day because they weren't in a rush. Nestor was my salesman and he was top notch. I requested a remote purchase and trade in because I have VERY limited time due to my work schedule. Nestor listened to my needs and actually sent me what I was asking for, NOT what he was interested in selling me. What a crazy idea! All other car dealers should take notes. THIS is how you treat customers. I was curious to get into an F-150 and Nestor made it happen. All in all, the entire transaction took less than 3 hours remotely. Nestor hand delivered the vehicle to me and left in my trade. Easy as that. Not only am I a Mullinax convert now, but I'm already considering what my daughter's first car and my wife's next car will be. The only thing for certain is that they will both be Ford's from Mullinax Ford.

My appointment for service was made quickly within a couple of days of my calling. I love the fact that they Provide vehicle pick up as well as delivery back to my house. I was kept informed via text and email of every aspect of my pick up and delivery, providing a picture and name of the agent picking up and delivering my vehicle.. BIG THANKS TO JOHN!!!! Bought a 2019 Ford Expedition back in November and the team did amazing with the deal! Few months later I came back for a 2nd vehicle and I have me now a 2019 ram 1500. John did amazing with all the cars he showed me and the information he gave me on each car and its history. Was very patient during the whole process of me looking at so many cars. I've been coming for like 3 or 4 days as I shopped around their inventory and tried to make my decision. I even left and shopped around outside mullinax and ended up coming back and closing the deal on the ram. If you're looking to shop here ask for John! I also had Alan and Paul help me out when I showed up and John wasn't there and they did great helping me out. I would recommend those 2 if John isn't around

Paul and the team were great, process to get my new Ford Lightning was super smooth and transparent. Sales and Finance not pushy at all, and entire process was around 3 hours, even when the dealer was super busy on a saturday morning/afternoon. The no dealer fee is real!

We were promptly greeted when we arrived. Everyone throughout the experience did not pressure us and were very professional. Pricing on the vehicle purchased and my trade in were very fair and reasonable and created a no haggle environment. Probably the one word I can use to describe the environment and team we dealt with is calm. Everyone from the time we walked in to the time we left was calm and relaxed and it made for a very low stress experience, which is something I never thought I would say about buying a car.

I had what was probably the best experience I have ever had when getting my car serviced.i brought my car in for an oil change and the employee I dealt with was absolutely amazing.Her name was April.She was very polite and friendly and explained everything in detail.But what caught my attention the most was how she was with my son who is Autistic.He was very hyper/bouncy and even though I kept apologizing April reassured me that it wasn't a problem and she even interacted with him and he calmed down which he usually doesn't do with strangers.So my overall experience was a definite 10 and I definitely will be back and will tell everyone about the experience there...

Just picked up my 2025 f150 ! Took over a year for me to decide on which options I wanted to order on my new truck. I met Andrew online. I sent a request for an out the door price. He responded quickly with my great price. He ordered my truck. Later that day I got a confirmation from ford welcoming to the family of ford. Was given updates on when the truck would be built until delivered! Andrew reached out to me when the truck came in. Went in to pick up the truck and spent about an hour from start to finish! The final price was exactly as promised. No nonsense at all. Andrew has a great future ahead of him! He is an awesome young man. Just an extra note. We did everything online. I didn’t meet or talk to him until I picked up the truck

Amended Review from Eddie. 2 hours for an appointment oil change is on the long side. I wanted synthetic & got Dino oil. They shorted themselves $. But they tried to upsell tire rotation 3 times. I get that free with where I bought my tires across the street. They're not awful, but come on, Can't you get an Oil Change to satisfy the customer. Maybe Walmart understands this most basic service call! So Ford responded to my Review and talked with me about my experience. They have resolved the Issue, They said I got a Synthetic Blend & it's just not on the Receipt. I'm happy they understood the Customer's view point. Also they are expanding the Service area and say there shouldn't be a waiting problem in the future!

Everyone at the dealership was helpful and answered all questions I had. They have a huge inventory and don't tack on dealer fees. I searched a lot of Ford dealers and they were the best deal I could find.

Excellent experience,Up front pricing is the only way to go. My sales rep Nestor quoted an out the door price.My final cost was actually $62 less. Mullinax shows price of car, sales tax and transfer tag fee, no dealer fee, doc fee or certification fee. I would highly recommend a visit to this dealership when shopping for a new or used vehicle. Took vehicle in for a battery issue that was corrected. I had a Doctor appointment so they gave me a loaner to drive..A nice phone call when truck was serviced and easy pickup

Great place to buy a car. If you don't have a trade in. Went to plenty of dealerships with my friend before he bought his car here, it was hidden fees ranging from 1000 to 3000 extra. Sometimes, more than one fee, but with Mullinax all you pay is taxes and tag on top of the cars price. A vehicle that's $13000 will be about 14000 out the door instead of close to 20000 like with many other dealerships. You definitely won't get the most for your trade here. They still make a bit of profit on the back end from that, but if you're buying a car with cash down and no trade, there isn't a better dealership to shop at.

Wow, this was the best car buying experience I have every had. I started online and sent inquiry and within 5 min, Lance called me. He was amazing....even on New Years eve, he was there to answer all my questions and if he didnt know, he found out. After the holiday and texts, calls with Lance, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. The dealership was 2 hours from me, but Lance had it all ready to go. I went in to do the paperwork and finalize the deal and it was under 3 hours. Everyone that I had to talk to, deal with at Mullinax have been so wonderful. I never thought I would ever say I had a great experience at a car dealership.....but I DID!!!! Lance helped me get my new (to me) car all set up before I drove off the lot. i’ll preface this review by saying I absolutely LOATHE car shopping. generally plagued by pushy sales people and financial manipulation, etc. My experience at Mullinax Ford was completely opposite of what I expected. I put in a simple inquiry online for specific models I was looking for and within minutes I was contacted by an all star employee by the name of Benjamin Kindler. Ben was available at all times and remained cognizant of my hectic work schedule. Ben worked with me and was patient when it came to finding the right vehicle. At one point, my wife had her eyes set on a specific model that was above my intended price range. Ben was super chill about letting us walk away and have lunch so that we could mull it over and return a few days later. We never felt rushed or cornered to make a split decision right away. After a few days, I reached out to Ben and he was more than accommodating at helping us get our favorite truck. He was able to make the shopping experience as painless as possible even when we ran into some small hurdles with proof of residence and insurance documents (my fault). We’re over the moon excited about our truck and even as I type this I’m getting ready to go outside and give her a nice bath after some off roading! Mr. Kindler has still been available even when I have small questions here and there. Russ (might be spelling his name wrong) was our finance guy at the dealership. He broke everything down so my peanut brain could understand the nuts and bolts of warranties and payments. He was so easy to talk to and I could really tell he enjoyed his job. We spoke about family, careers, life, etc. while all the banking confirmations went through. If you’re like me and you want a bad ass truck and don’t feel like dealing with a bunch of clown activity— Mullinax Ford in Apopka is a wonderful experience. Thanks for making pleasurable. Time to go wash this lifted beast!

The best used car buying experience. They head and shoulders above all dealerships I have had a car or truck purchase deal. The sales person, Mr Paul Pineda was very professional straight shooter. Was very well prepared answered all our questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to go again to Mullinax Ford for my next purchase. The vehicle was well prepared, clean in and out, fresh oil and filter. Mr Pineda, demeanor, professionalism and no nonsense approach when dealing with me made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Joel was excellent at presenting information about the broncho. I was very happy with how quickly I got in and out. My only complaint is after spending $70,000 on a truck they could at least offer to detail it! I had to remove the sticker from the window which is not much but was a pain!!!

Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Andrew our sales men was not pushy just listened to what we thought and let us pick the vehicle that we wanted. I suggest you shop here for your next vehicle.

Dealer is clean, organized and all staff are professional. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again.
