Absolutely the best dealership i have experienced over my 50+ years of car ownership. Our sales associate, Juan, was professional, patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We found exactly what we wanted - I've never seen such a large selection - 56 cars in the Bronco Sport alone to choose from. I should also comment that we had left the dealership at 9 pm with our car... and next day were disappointed with the physical condition of the under side of the vehicle.... our salesperson Juan responded immediately to our concerns, his manger Michael also called. We brought it back and they corrected the situation to our complete satisfaction . This is why i know we are in good hands and plan on giving them years of repeat business.

Fantastic sales team and management. These guys made sure that my purchase of a used pickup was treated the same as if I were buying 10 new trucks. Mr. Devon King greeted us at the dealership and showed us around the inventory and showed us the vehicles we were interested in and answered all of our questions. Devon was very knowledgeable on the vehicles we had questions about and helped us make a good decision on the new Ford Truck. While the paperwork was in progress Devon had the truck cleaned and washed and ready for delivery and went with us to fill up the 1st tank of gas from the dealership. A very good and clean dealership and good to do business with.

Just a great experience without the usual dealer B S No add ons for thousands of dollars for stuff you don't want or need. My sales rep ( Dale Brown) went out of his way to make the whole process fast and pleasant. So in closing if you want a straight up deal without the Dealer runaround go to Mullinax Ford Of Apopka Fl. Oh and did I mention NO DEALER F E E !!!!

Mr. Dennis is a great salesman and treated us with open arms. His years of experience showed how knowledgeable he is with Ford and the Maverick we were interested. Very patient and understanding and gave us alot of information about Ford awards and warranties Ford is offering. 100 percent customer satisfaction with all the employees that helped with our purchase and very welcoming atmosphere. I am very blessed to have met Aramis at Mullinax. Dealing with him and the Mullinax team was one of the smoothest and most respectful business transactions I’ve ever had, particularly for a purchase as substantial as a new truck. I’d been shopping for about 3 months and was so fed up with the “Let me talk to my Finance Manager” game - it is so outdated, inefficient, and untrustworthy. Andy was an absolute delight to work with. Anything you’d expect from a sleazy car salesman, expect the opposite from Andy. We came on a Friday to test drive some vehicles. Never even made it into the building as Andy could tell we were just looking and narrowing things down. After visiting a few other dealerships the answer became clear that we wanted a Maverick and more importantly we wanted to work with Andy. Saturday afternoon we were back a few hours later driving a new car home.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. My one disappointment was the truck could have been cleaned and washed better. Windows had numerous streaks and bed liner was dirty.

This is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. All 3 times it has been an easy, hassel free experience. The salesmen have not been pushy. They gave me on the higher end on all 3 of my trade-ins (pleasantly surprised). The most recent purchase (F250) was very easy and they even had to bring the truck down from their Mobile, AL location. It only took about 4 days. I highly recommend Mullinax Ford!

I was in the market for a CPO luxury car, or a new Mustang. Due to the available financing rates, I wanted to find a Mustang. There was exactly 1 that was built exactly like I wanted, and my salesperson, Kaitlyne Jusino, made sure I had all of my questions and concerns fully addressed. She got a fair deal done, and I’d be happy to purchase another car from her again. The dealership facilities were clean and nice, the sales staff and finance folks were affable, and the pricing they offer is usually very fair. David, my service advisor, is also awesome.

Kevin and the team at Mullinax were very professional, courteous and kind. I searched appropriately two weeks for the Maverick and price I wanted with other dealers closer to me . Offers made by other dealers in my area, had price markups with all kinds of different crap. I can’t stand those surprise markups with crap you don’t need.They low balled my trade in right off the cuff. Mullinax Ford does not add crap to the price, not even a dealer fee. Tax / tag and that’s it! The sticker is what I paid! Absolutely no dealer or Ridiculous fees! As far as the 2024 Maverick. I’m a little disappointed in a couple issues with this little truck. One big issue. When you exit the vehicle, several times the doors lock, with the keys in the truck / even in the ignition. I had to return home the other morning after leaving my wallet. I jumped out of the truck, running, phone inside and the doors locked. May have has the spare key with her in case something happens. She had to turn around, almost to work, to unlock the door. I am worried about stopping for gas and getting locked out. I’m use to jumping out, closing the door and usually leave the keys and my phone because the doors aren’t suppose to lock automatically! My other car had push button start, so the key was just in my pocket! I hope this is something that Ford finds a fix for and am curious if any other Maverick owners are experiencing this issue!?

Both Ben and Juan were great to work with. I only have one regret - I should have put a $100 hold on the Azure Grey 2024 Ranger XLT because it was sild before we drove the 2 hours down the next day - it was on it's way to another customer. Juan helped us to select a Metallic blue with all the same features. It was late so we put the $100 down and scheduled to rwturn the next day at 1 pm. The next day he called ro confirm we were coming and we were already on our way. He went ahead to confirm if parts had the selected add-on we wanted before we arrived. The entire dealership went above and beyond with our purchase. It was one of the best experiences I have had in the purchase of a vehicle. I am 75 and have purchased over 20 in my lifetime so I know a good dealership when I find one. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP FROM JUAN AND BEN.

On Abril 17, 2025, decided to trade in my 2011 Honda Accord ELX. After reading the Mullinax Ford Dealership in Apopka. Contacted Mr. Nelson Santana after reading his 5 stars reviews decided to make an appointment. I was looking for a small pick up that will fit my needs. Mr. Nelson informed me of the current Ford promotion, Employees Price during this month. I decided to purchased the Ford Maverick XLT model. Mr. Nelson made the process seamless from the first minute. The trade in inspection was done prompt. After that the entire purchasing of the Maverick was an excellent experience. I went to Mullinax Ford after doing a large amount of research. The car I bought was priced comparably to other dealerships with no unadvertised mark ups or dealer fees. The trade in offer I received on my old vehicle was fair. Yordan and Dan were my salesmen and both were very personable and friendly. No surprises in the negotiation. Everything like clockwork just like when I had my car purchase from here before. My salesman Dan kept me apprised in the order process and offered advice on speeding up the process. The finance manager was cordial and helpful with zero pressure. Can’t get better! Edit. I can’t seem to find away to start a separate google review, so I’ll add it to the first. If the IT moderator can edit this into a separate review, I’m fine with that. Anyways, another 5 star review for Mullinax, this time for the Service department. A couple months ago I was packing my truck for a long trip to Washington DC area of Virginia for my granddaughter’s birthday party. When I got into the truck to move it a few feet forward it wouldn’t start— nothing not even a click. ( I had just moved it an hour earlier— now nothing— except a big warning to get off the road??? Plus a possible battery issue? I have a ‘21 F150 Hybrid. I wasn’t sure what battery. I tried to jump it and charge it w/o success. I was getting nervous since I was leaving in about 36 hours on the trip. So I called for a tow to the Mullinax Service Dept. When I got to service, I let Patrick Turner and Ariel Santiago know the difficulty I was having. By now it is 6 pm Monday. I have to leave 8 am Wednesday. It was a couple weeks before they can work me in. So my 2nd priority was to get a rental vehicle using my Ford ESP enhanced rental warranty. Not just any vehicle. I needed the biggest Expedition possible by Tuesday so I can repack it with everything that was in my truck bed. Both guys looked at each other like I had asked for a miracle. Well I got a call from Ariel early Tuesday and he and Patrick had tracked down exactly what I needed and it would be at the rental dealer by 1 pm on Tuesday. So I was able to pack and leave by Wednesday 8 am and got to my granddaughters party in time. Meanwhile Ariel was taking care of my truck while I was gone giving me updates. After it was fixed, Ariel gave it a test drive to make sure all was fine. Two weeks later when I arrived at the dealer, Ariel said he would return the rental so he gave me my truck keys and I gave him the Expedition rental car keys and I was heading back home. Can’t believe how easy that was. That was truly a great effort to track down exactly what I needed for the rental, and maintain contact with the techs to insure the completion of my truck while I was 1000 miles away for the 2 week period. Thanks again to Ariel and Patrick.

I bought a 2024 Maverick XLT. I have been searching for about 2 weeks. I was looking online at Mullinax this morning and Kevin called me. This was after talking nonsense with local dealers to me in the Ocala area. Kevin was very professional and easy to deal with. He was quite patient with me as well, as I changed my mind a couple times on colors. Everyone at the dealership was polite and professional. Mr. Lee in finance displayed a great knowledge of his job and also very professional and personable. I liked that he was not pushy on the warranty packages. I did purchase a couple however. I went in looking for a Ford Maverick XLT. They had a wide selection and talked to Dale Brown, who got me a test drive and then closed the sale. All told took three hours from getting to the dealership and home with my new car. The price they show on the internet is the price you get so it is pretty straight forward. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Such an amazing experience. I spoke to a Mr. King one day when swinging by to view a 2024 Mustang he was very nice and helpful. The following day a gentleman named Johnnier reached out from their online sales, he was such an amazing help! I decided to go back in and view the car, they gave me to Mr.bowers (Alan) he was the sweetest. I took the car on a test drive and knew it was the one. This is hands down the best Ford dealership in Florida. Upon arriving and browsing the car lot shortly I was greeted by the astonishingly helpful Devon King who was very patient in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Mullinax Ford's no hassle policy when it comes to pricing is both comforting and encouraging. Devon helped me look at different options for both leasing and financing with no issues whatsoever. When i was wrapping everything up I was helped by the wonderful Cesar Molano who not only was very welcoming and experienced, but also went above and beyond to get me the best rate for my auto loan. During my last visit, I noticed an increased of staff working on all different kind of makes and models that aren’t Ford vehicles. My service advisor, April, and she was courteous and friendly. She checked the computer for my scheduled appointment for that day for oil change and tire rotation. She estimated that my 2019 Lincoln Navigator will be ready within 1 to 1.5 hour. My vehicle was finished within an hour and a half.as expected. I’ve been coming here since 2016, and every time I visited this location, you can see changes, the increased of staffing, and they serviced the vehicles in a timely manner. The waiting area are clean, with comfortable sitting area and they have cold bottle water and a coffee machine for the customer’s convenience. You can watch a big screen TV or watch your vehicle being serviced. Overall, I highly recommend Quick Lane for your vehicle service needs.

Recall repairs were scheduled and the repairs were made without any issues. The service department is very good about keeping you informed as to the progress of the repairs. They also inspect the vehicle to check for needed repairs. I used the Valet Service for the first time and found the drivers were professional and polite. The only concern I have was the car was not picked up from my home at the scheduled time and there was a delay in returning the car to me after the repairs were completed. What was anticipated to be a half day turned into a whole day without my car. I had plans in the afternoon which I canceled due to the late start on the work and the delay returning the car. Had I known that there could be driver delays I would have planned my day accordingly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Service Center and the work that was done. I would highly recommend them.

We have been looking for a truck for 9 months and we came across Mullinax Ford on the Internet. We actually live in Tennessee and couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. We seen a Toyota Tacoma listed on the website and called and talked to our salesman Dale Brown and within a hour he sent us a complete invoice with what the price was out the door. We sent a deposit and they held the truck for a week until we could get to Florida. They had everything ready for us as soon as we got there it took maybe a hour between the test drive and is dropping off the rental car we drove to Florida. We knew everything about the financing from our interest rate to our monthly payment before we left Tennessee with no hidden add on's. The entire experience was great from the first phone call to (Dale) the salesman to the sales manager and finance gentleman talking to us.We could not believe the price. Review Update 08/25/2026 This was my first experience using the free valet service at Mullinax Ford. My car was picked up on time. My Quick Lane service advisor, Luis, did an excellent job of insuring that my car was serviced with the requested "Works" package on time and he kept me informed about the process from start to finish. I received a video via text of the service tech summarizing the results of the inspection including video evidence of the areas needing attention. Luis called me to discuss the recommended items needing to be addressed. Once I gave my approval, he followed through with the service tech to insure everything was completed efficiently and quickly. He then expedited the return of my car by the valet service. While I was a little apprehensive about using the valet method to have my car serviced, I have to say it was great and turned out to be much better than driving the car in myself and waiting for it to be serviced. I will definitely use the valet service again. Thanks to Luis and the entire team at Quick Lane for an outstanding experience. Review Update 02/21/2024: My service advisor, Ariel Santiago, was extraordinary in every way during the entire service experience today. From the time that he greeted me when I arrived for my appointment, listening attentively to my description of the problem and then keeping me informed every step along the way until my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Ariel let me know the expected cost for the visit before the repair work was started. In my opinion, Ariel is a prized associate for Mullinax Ford in Apopka and I will certainly ask for him on future service visits. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again.
