I've never had an enjoyable purchase at a car dealership. EVER. I've always felt pressured and taken advantage of when purchasing a vehicle, new or used, at every dealer I've ever been to. That was until Mullinax. I entered my info in order to get an online estimate, and honestly didn't intend to make a deal. This was the third dealer I researched and the only one that really wanted to sell a car. From the moment Ellie reached out to me, there was never a feeling of being pressured. In fact, they didn't even reach out until the next day because they weren't in a rush. Nestor was my salesman and he was top notch. I requested a remote purchase and trade in because I have VERY limited time due to my work schedule. Nestor listened to my needs and actually sent me what I was asking for, NOT what he was interested in selling me. What a crazy idea! All other car dealers should take notes. THIS is how you treat customers. I was curious to get into an F-150 and Nestor made it happen. All in all, the entire transaction took less than 3 hours remotely. Nestor hand delivered the vehicle to me and left in my trade. Easy as that. Not only am I a Mullinax convert now, but I'm already considering what my daughter's first car and my wife's next car will be. The only thing for certain is that they will both be Ford's from Mullinax Ford.

My appointment for service was made quickly within a couple of days of my calling. I love the fact that they Provide vehicle pick up as well as delivery back to my house. I was kept informed via text and email of every aspect of my pick up and delivery, providing a picture and name of the agent picking up and delivering my vehicle.. BIG THANKS TO JOHN!!!! Bought a 2019 Ford Expedition back in November and the team did amazing with the deal! Few months later I came back for a 2nd vehicle and I have me now a 2019 ram 1500. John did amazing with all the cars he showed me and the information he gave me on each car and its history. Was very patient during the whole process of me looking at so many cars. I've been coming for like 3 or 4 days as I shopped around their inventory and tried to make my decision. I even left and shopped around outside mullinax and ended up coming back and closing the deal on the ram. If you're looking to shop here ask for John! I also had Alan and Paul help me out when I showed up and John wasn't there and they did great helping me out. I would recommend those 2 if John isn't around

We were promptly greeted when we arrived. Everyone throughout the experience did not pressure us and were very professional. Pricing on the vehicle purchased and my trade in were very fair and reasonable and created a no haggle environment. Probably the one word I can use to describe the environment and team we dealt with is calm. Everyone from the time we walked in to the time we left was calm and relaxed and it made for a very low stress experience, which is something I never thought I would say about buying a car.

He never made me feel pressured or tried to upsell me, just truly felt like he was trying to find the perfect car for my budget and get the best possible deal. I noticed my floor mats were missing after the cleaning and he helped resolve it right away, even texting me personally that they were ready for pickup! First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Our experience with Mullinax Ford of Central Florida was exceptional. I had picked out a car online and then went in for a test drive. We met our online rep Julio Acevedo who took us on a test drive,showed us other cars at our request and then helped us get through the purchase process. He was great to work with. Dealer is clean, organized and all staff are professional. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

I have nothing but good things to say about my new truck buying experience with Mullinax Ford, Apopka. My salesman Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly, as was Chris. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. I was very pleased with the purchase of my new 2024 King Ranch Expedition. Larry took time with me to compare different styles and even showed me a Bronco to consider. He went out of his way and went to Kissimmee to pick one up for me in the color I wanted. I love my new Expediton and I have no complaints about the whole experience. Larry's partner in sales, Al, and the the finance guy, Adam, were all great. I love that there was no wheelin' and dealin' - everything was very straight forward. My only complaint is that I would have liked a paper manual and I don't want to spend $50 to order one. It's not convenient to alwasy have to look online or on the car's system to find something. I miss my manual.

This dealer is great! I started by asking for an out-the-door price on a Maverick, but it didn't have the particular options I wanted. I talked with Jesse Friederichs and shared my must have option and asked if he'd keep a look out for a car matching my needs. After a couple of weeks, he sent e-mail saying he was trying to contact me and he had a car for me. From first discussion to completed sale was less than 24 hours. Jesse set up all of the paperwork ahead of time, so our time at the dealership was limited. I cannot recommend Jesse and Mulinax highly enough.

This dealership went above and beyond. Starting with the sales man Sonny. He took and showed us what we wanted to see then he shared his knowledge of the vehicles we were looking at. He answered our questions they let us test drive which made us comfortable that they trust us to return. We then later return to look at something different and Sonny was more than willing to make sure we were happy with the decision that we made. It didn’t stop at Sonny the finance manager Cesar Was down to earth very easy person to talk to. He also share knowledge on different plans to purchase. The entire experience at this dealership tended to us on all levels of friendliness. Very clean as well employees were very well dressed along with pride in the work place. We couldn’t get over how large your dealership was and how we were treated. We will highly recommend for sure!!

Purchased a brand new F150 here and honestly was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealer. My rep Joe was the best from start to finish and always was on top of everything. Even the financing department was top notch. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced new vehicle go here. No dealer markup on my F150. No hassle in finance. No unfair fees or anything. Can’t say another FL that does that.

I walked into the Service Department at the main building with the intention of scheduling an appointment to have my 2 recalls looked at, when they informed me that these recalls could be handled by the Quick Lane Auto Center. So I made my way there and Justin helped me tremendously. He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and got right to it. The whole experience took about 30 - 35 minutes from start to finish. I was super impressed! Having had past experiences in other dealerships where I had to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change, this was certainly unexpected and a breath of fresh air. They also took a look at my wheel alignment (at my request) and fixed it. I was charged for the inspection but not the repair because I was told it was just slightly off so it was waived. I really don't know of many other dealerships who would do that. Thank you so much to the staff at the Quick Lane Auto Center for always keeping my experience consistent. It really helps to know that I will always get great service each time I head that way.

We just purchased my daughter's first car this dealer. In less than 30 minutes over the internet we got estimate and an approval for the car.
