I’ve been to this Ford dealership several times, and I always make sure to work with Kevin. He is not only extremely professional and on top of everything, but he’s also genuinely a great guy and always incredibly friendly. Kevin does an excellent job of keeping me updated whenever my truck is in for service. He consistently checks in throughout the process and always asks what he can do to make the experience as easy and convenient as possible. He also takes the time to really listen when I bring up an issue with my truck. He makes sure he fully understands what I’m experiencing so he can accurately communicate it to the service technicians, which I really appreciate. Most recently, I was traveling out of town for a couple of weeks while my truck was being serviced. Kevin made sure everything was taken care of while I was gone, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even wished me well on my travels. That kind of personal attention and customer service goes a long way. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, communication, and genuine friendliness as well as Kevin does. I’ll continue coming back to this dealership and specifically asking for him. I’ve built a great relationship with Kevin over my visits, and I highly recommend him to anyone bringing their vehicle in for service. Thanks again, Kevin!

This is my second purchase from Mullinex and it was just as good if not better than9 my first. Brent was my salesman this time and he went over and above to make sure i was happy. Everyone there was extremely friendly and always asking if we needed anything. At the end we went to Ceasar's office to finish up the paperwork and he like Brent made sure we were happy before we left. As long as I drive a Ford I will always put my trust in Mullinex!

All but my 1st one had Dennis taking care of business for me. Now I like that. Who knows there just might be another next year. Guess what ? I recently purchased a vehicle from Mullinax Ford. I chose them because they had a car I wanted and the price was right too. I also liked that they advertised NO DEALER fees - and you know what? It’s true! My sales person Joshua was professional, patient, and polite. Richey, the finance person was very helpful and took his time to explain everything. Warren even stopped by the desk just to hand me a bottled water and I treated dice himself. There is a real family atmosphere here. It’s not fake - or a show - these folks are genuine. As someone who buys more vehicles than the average person, I can honestly say that this was one of the best, if not THE best car buying experiences I’ve ever had! My 2021 F150 went in recently with transmission problems. I CANNOT BE MORE PLEASED with my experience with this dealer. The best dealership I have dealt with in nearly 50 years! They were relentless in diagnosing the problem, kept me informed the whole way through, and completed all the work on time. I highly recommend Mullinax to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Remember, it's not just the car but also the backup of the dealership. 5 Stars!!!

updated review, Zach is still a great guy, the service is still attentive, and the people great to be around - Brian Francis called me not even 2 hours after posting my original review of the car running a check engine light and coding for a thermostat. He asked if I had talked to anyone and I simply stated that I knew I bought the car as is and I was already over the 300mi warranty. He told me to come in and they will take care of it, and he did. The thermostat did need replacing. I’ve never heard of any dealership repairing their recently sold used car after the signed warranty became void. This dealership gave me something to eat, drink, and a place to work as I was coming in during my work hours. They will have my business for all car buying in the future

I can’t say enough good things about Mullinax Ford and especially my service advisor, Kevin. I actually drive about 45 minutes to have my vehicle serviced here, even though there’s a Ford dealership only five minutes from my home. The difference in customer service, professionalism, and overall experience is absolutely worth the drive every single time. This visit really stood out. I arrived late and completely frazzled after a frightening experience with an Uber driver that left me stranded and shaken. Kevin immediately noticed something was wrong and took the time to listen, reassure me, and make sure I was okay. His calm demeanor, kindness, genuine concern, and sense of humor were exactly what I needed in that moment. I never expected that level of compassion during a routine service appointment, but it meant more than I can express. Beyond that, Kevin was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, personable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He made sure everything with my vehicle was taken care of and truly went above and beyond. This is actually my second time having Kevin as my service advisor, and he has been phenomenal both times. The entire team at Mullinax Ford consistently provides exceptional service, and it’s the reason I continue making the 45-minute drive instead of going to the dealership that’s practically in my backyard. I recently purchased a vehicle from this Ford dealership and had an outstanding experience—especially working with Brent Osborne. I was coming in from out of town, and everything was handled seamlessly from start to finish. I had a few simple requests on the vehicle (like removing dealership stickers), and Brent took care of everything quickly and without issue. He was extremely responsive, communicated clearly, and made the entire process easy. I own several vehicles and have worked with many dealerships over the years, so I know how frustrating the process can be with unnecessary add-ons and complications. That was absolutely not the case here. This was one of the smoothest and most straightforward dealership experiences I’ve had. Just purchased a car from here, they guy who helped me was Zacharee, really transparent process and honestly the best experience I've had before buying a car, I also felt the honesty from the salesman, did a good job. Zacharee also heard about my needs, he overheard I needed an adapter for tesla superchargers to charge my ford mustang mach e, and he got me one for FREE. Honestly a very good salesman that listens to everything his clients say. Had so much value added to the deal, I'd definitely come back if I have to and i'd recommend to anybody

Worked with Brian Serrage to purchase a lightly used 2025 Expedition. He worked diligently with mgmt. to get us top market value for our trade in. Ended up being an after hours deal due to the large volume of cars being sold but Brian stayed to make sure everything went smoothly. We found a few things on the vehicle we wanted repaired such as a broke headrest and some paint chips needing touchup. He made sure to have all that worked into the deal. I’m get all very happy with the service mullinax provided and how Brian made sure all of our needs were met. Salesmen like Brian are why this is our 2nd Mullinax vehicle!

First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Dealer is clean, organized and all staff are professional. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. I was very pleased with the purchase of my new 2024 King Ranch Expedition. Larry took time with me to compare different styles and even showed me a Bronco to consider. He went out of his way and went to Kissimmee to pick one up for me in the color I wanted. I love my new Expediton and I have no complaints about the whole experience. Larry's partner in sales, Al, and the the finance guy, Adam, were all great. I love that there was no wheelin' and dealin' - everything was very straight forward. My only complaint is that I would have liked a paper manual and I don't want to spend $50 to order one. It's not convenient to alwasy have to look online or on the car's system to find something. I miss my manual.

This dealer is great! I started by asking for an out-the-door price on a Maverick, but it didn't have the particular options I wanted. I talked with Jesse Friederichs and shared my must have option and asked if he'd keep a look out for a car matching my needs. After a couple of weeks, he sent e-mail saying he was trying to contact me and he had a car for me. From first discussion to completed sale was less than 24 hours. Jesse set up all of the paperwork ahead of time, so our time at the dealership was limited. I cannot recommend Jesse and Mulinax highly enough.

This dealership went above and beyond. Starting with the sales man Sonny. He took and showed us what we wanted to see then he shared his knowledge of the vehicles we were looking at. He answered our questions they let us test drive which made us comfortable that they trust us to return. We then later return to look at something different and Sonny was more than willing to make sure we were happy with the decision that we made. It didn’t stop at Sonny the finance manager Cesar Was down to earth very easy person to talk to. He also share knowledge on different plans to purchase. The entire experience at this dealership tended to us on all levels of friendliness. Very clean as well employees were very well dressed along with pride in the work place. We couldn’t get over how large your dealership was and how we were treated. We will highly recommend for sure!!

Even the financing department was top notch. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced new vehicle go here. No dealer markup on my F150. No hassle in finance. No unfair fees or anything. Can’t say another FL that does that.

I walked into the Service Department at the main building with the intention of scheduling an appointment to have my 2 recalls looked at, when they informed me that these recalls could be handled by the Quick Lane Auto Center. So I made my way there and Justin helped me tremendously. He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and got right to it. The whole experience took about 30 - 35 minutes from start to finish. I was super impressed! Having had past experiences in other dealerships where I had to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change, this was certainly unexpected and a breath of fresh air. They also took a look at my wheel alignment (at my request) and fixed it. I was charged for the inspection but not the repair because I was told it was just slightly off so it was waived. I really don't know of many other dealerships who would do that. Thank you so much to the staff at the Quick Lane Auto Center for always keeping my experience consistent. It really helps to know that I will always get great service each time I head that way.
