After visiting 4 different dealerships, the wife and I decided to give Mullinax a try. We don't regret that decision at all. The customer service was great from beginning to end. Our saleswoman Nova was amazing. She listened to our needs and showed us 3 different vehicles that met our needs. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. My wife was able to get the vehicle she desired. I definitely will be going back again and I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give Mullinax a try.

I want to give a shout out to Dwight Dowe, I took my Edge there due to Prestige Ford messing it up and he helped me out so much with getting it fixed right, giving me a loaner for 2 days while they fixed my truck. Dwight is a out standing advisor and I would send anyone to him, he is up front and honest. Dwight thank you so much from the bottom of my heart on taking care of the mess that Prestige Ford did to me and fixing it in a timely matter you ROCK.

The dealer had the 201a safety package on my 2024 mustang echoboost premium, while other Mullinex dealers, were not. Noah my salesman, was extremely helpful. We made a deal over the phone mostly and the car was ready to pickup. Well worth my 2hr drive.

Absolutely GREAT experience at Mullinax. After our new car purchase was sabotaged at another dealership by a $3,000 non-negotiable add on package of literal nonsense (nitrogen in tires?!), sought out a better deal at mullinax based on their “up front pricing/no dealer fee” pledge. Bought the exact same car from Mullinax without the nonsense markup. Very refreshing to have the purchase numbers make complete sense, and great service from sales (Dennis) and finance (Richie). Will never buy a Ford anywhere else again— thank you!!

Great dealership! Over the years I have purchased 3 vehicles from Mullinax, two were at this specific dealership. Despite moving to a different area, I choose to come back to this Mullinax when I need service because of the experience. I purchased my last vehicle about 5 years ago and when I'm in the market again, I will absolutely check out Mullinax first. The no haggle, and upfront fees make the process of purchasing a vehicle so much easier on the customer.

I had what was probably the best experience I have ever had when getting my car serviced.i brought my car in for an oil change and the employee I dealt with was absolutely amazing.Her name was April.She was very polite and friendly and explained everything in detail.But what caught my attention the most was how she was with my son who is Autistic.He was very hyper/bouncy and even though I kept apologizing April reassured me that it wasn't a problem and she even interacted with him and he calmed down which he usually doesn't do with strangers.So my overall experience was a definite 10 and I definitely will be back and will tell everyone about the experience there...

Just picked up my 2025 f150 ! Took over a year for me to decide on which options I wanted to order on my new truck. I met Andrew online. I sent a request for an out the door price. He responded quickly with my great price. He ordered my truck. Later that day I got a confirmation from ford welcoming to the family of ford. Was given updates on when the truck would be built until delivered! Andrew reached out to me when the truck came in. Went in to pick up the truck and spent about an hour from start to finish! The final price was exactly as promised. No nonsense at all. Andrew has a great future ahead of him! He is an awesome young man. Just an extra note. We did everything online. I didn’t meet or talk to him until I picked up the truck

Amended Review from Eddie. 2 hours for an appointment oil change is on the long side. I wanted synthetic & got Dino oil. They shorted themselves $. But they tried to upsell tire rotation 3 times. I get that free with where I bought my tires across the street. They're not awful, but come on, Can't you get an Oil Change to satisfy the customer. Maybe Walmart understands this most basic service call! So Ford responded to my Review and talked with me about my experience. They have resolved the Issue, They said I got a Synthetic Blend & it's just not on the Receipt. I'm happy they understood the Customer's view point. Also they are expanding the Service area and say there shouldn't be a waiting problem in the future!

Mullinax Ford has been phenomenal to work with. We bought a certified used mustang. The transaction was easy and took half the time than other dealers we've bought from. The service department makes it easy by using text messages. You can approve or decline a service or repair via text or you can call to discuss it if needed. I just purchased a truck from Mulinex Ford of Apoka. My salesman was Chris White. He was a pleasure to work with and was the best purchase experience I ever had buying a new truck. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and answered all questions I had. They have a huge inventory and don't tack on dealer fees. I searched a lot of Ford dealers and they were the best deal I could find.

Excellent experience,Up front pricing is the only way to go. My sales rep Nestor quoted an out the door price.My final cost was actually $62 less. Mullinax shows price of car, sales tax and transfer tag fee, no dealer fee, doc fee or certification fee. I would highly recommend a visit to this dealership when shopping for a new or used vehicle. Took vehicle in for a battery issue that was corrected. I had a Doctor appointment so they gave me a loaner to drive..A nice phone call when truck was serviced and easy pickup

Great place to buy a car. If you don't have a trade in. Went to plenty of dealerships with my friend before he bought his car here, it was hidden fees ranging from 1000 to 3000 extra. Sometimes, more than one fee, but with Mullinax all you pay is taxes and tag on top of the cars price. A vehicle that's $13000 will be about 14000 out the door instead of close to 20000 like with many other dealerships. You definitely won't get the most for your trade here. They still make a bit of profit on the back end from that, but if you're buying a car with cash down and no trade, there isn't a better dealership to shop at.

This was the third Ford truck I have purchased from Mullinax, and the third different location. The experience has always been very good. They always seem more down to earth than other dealers. The upfront cost with no hidden dealer fees made this a great experience buying an automobile. The salesman wasn’t pushy at all which was also great. Wow, this was the best car buying experience I have every had. I started online and sent inquiry and within 5 min, Lance called me. He was amazing....even on New Years eve, he was there to answer all my questions and if he didnt know, he found out. After the holiday and texts, calls with Lance, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. The dealership was 2 hours from me, but Lance had it all ready to go. I went in to do the paperwork and finalize the deal and it was under 3 hours. Everyone that I had to talk to, deal with at Mullinax have been so wonderful. I never thought I would ever say I had a great experience at a car dealership.....but I DID!!!! Lance helped me get my new (to me) car all set up before I drove off the lot. He was so pleasant to work with and I figured he had been selling for a long time.....but come to find out......this was Lance's 1st sale. CONGRATS LANCE!!!!!! You did amazing and you will go far. Highly recommend this dealership, I will not shop anywhere else in the future.

We went to several Ford dealerships and mullinex is by far the way to go. The warranties and no dealership fees makes it so worth it! As far as sales go, Devon K was amazing and helpful. The finance team was great too, we spoke directly with Chris and he was incredibly friendly. We walked in the dealership really late and we never felt rushed out even after closing. We will be back to see Devon for our next car!

They are straightforward pricing, no dealer fees, no paperwork, fees for online filing, only a tax and then registration and title, which in my case was a little over a $100 which is cheaper than I've ever had it and I bought about 50 new vehicles, I rate them very highly their very intelligent and you will be happy. Malik made this so quick and fast. hes very honest too. he does help work with budgets. this other dude that was here (another customer) he had to leave his truck and the guy was gonna walk back home but malik offered a ride and insisted he didnt walk that long. he ordered an air filter and made a clearing for the next day to fit me in. this guy really made it super easy. and my oil change was lighting fast dudeee. i suggest this place very muchhh

Recall repairs were scheduled and the repairs were made without any issues. The service department is very good about keeping you informed as to the progress of the repairs. They also inspect the vehicle to check for needed repairs. I used the Valet Service for the first time and found the drivers were professional and polite. The only concern I have was the car was not picked up from my home at the scheduled time and there was a delay in returning the car to me after the repairs were completed. What was anticipated to be a half day turned into a whole day without my car. I had plans in the afternoon which I canceled due to the late start on the work and the delay returning the car. Had I known that there could be driver delays I would have planned my day accordingly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Service Center and the work that was done. I would highly recommend them.

We have been looking for a truck for 9 months and we came across Mullinax Ford on the Internet. We actually live in Tennessee and couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. We seen a Toyota Tacoma listed on the website and called and talked to our salesman Dale Brown and within a hour he sent us a complete invoice with what the price was out the door. We sent a deposit and they held the truck for a week until we could get to Florida. They had everything ready for us as soon as we got there it took maybe a hour between the test drive and is dropping off the rental car we drove to Florida. We knew everything about the financing from our interest rate to our monthly payment before we left Tennessee with no hidden add on's. The entire experience was great from the first phone call to (Dale) the salesman to the sales manager and finance gentleman talking to us.We could not believe the price. A Toyota dealership in North Carolina that I sent the invoice to told me I had better jump on the deal they couldn't even come close to the price. Review Update 08/25/2026 This was my first experience using the free valet service at Mullinax Ford. My car was picked up on time. My Quick Lane service advisor, Luis, did an excellent job of insuring that my car was serviced with the requested "Works" package on time and he kept me informed about the process from start to finish. I received a video via text of the service tech summarizing the results of the inspection including video evidence of the areas needing attention. Luis called me to discuss the recommended items needing to be addressed. Once I gave my approval, he followed through with the service tech to insure everything was completed efficiently and quickly. He then expedited the return of my car by the valet service. While I was a little apprehensive about using the valet method to have my car serviced, I have to say it was great and turned out to be much better than driving the car in myself and waiting for it to be serviced. I will definitely use the valet service again. Thanks to Luis and the entire team at Quick Lane for an outstanding experience. Review Update 02/21/2024: My service advisor, Ariel Santiago, was extraordinary in every way during the entire service experience today. From the time that he greeted me when I arrived for my appointment, listening attentively to my description of the problem and then keeping me informed every step along the way until my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Ariel let me know the expected cost for the visit before the repair work was started. The best used car buying experience. They head and shoulders above all dealerships I have had a car or truck purchase deal. The sales person, Mr Paul Pineda was very professional straight shooter. Was very well prepared answered all our questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to go again to Mullinax Ford for my next purchase. The vehicle was well prepared, clean in and out, fresh oil and filter. Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

Consultant Mr Nestor and his team made my transaction a smoothed one. Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. It was an excellent experience, and we would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you Juan and Joshua!

I have nothing but good things to say about my new truck buying experience with Mullinax Ford, Apopka. My salesman Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly, as was Chris. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. The dealer had the 201a safety package on my 2024 mustang echoboost premium, while other Mullinex dealers, were not. Noah my salesman, was extremely helpful. We made a deal over the phone mostly and the car was ready to pickup. Well worth my 2hr drive.
