Chris went above and beyond. I just had shoulder surgery and he made everything simple. He arranged delivery of the new truck and then they picked up my trade This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve made. Thanks to the team At Mullinax Ford exceptional job as usual. I went to the dealership with my husband just to look around and expecting to have to bargain for a fair deal, but this is the opposite of what happened. Noah greeted us right outside, didn’t pressure us to look at anything specific. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the best vehicle for our family. I’d highly recommend anyone to go to Mullinax Ford and to work with Noah. If anyone from our family or friends need to get a new car, we will be referring them to Noah.

During the first oil change on my 2025 F-150 the technician performed the battery test and discovered a defective battery. The battery was replaced under warranty and probably kept me from having a problem later on. I'm always impressed with the service I get at Mulinax Ford.

My first experience at this dealer was getting my truck serviced, and that was a really cool experience. And I wanted a new truck and I saw they had one and I reached out and was connected to Jesse. Jesse is engaging and most helpful. Fair trade in. No hassle. No dealer fees. We bought the Raptor. Cesar and Shawn made the paperwork a breeze. Lastly, I enjoyed the coffee latte. Best!

Wow! No pressure? ✔️ Fair price? ✔️ Fair trade amount? ✔️ Great experience? ✔️ No dealer fees!! It's really true, and not a gimmick! And the upfront pricing is nice...no need to haggle (No sneaky 'required' options I've encountered before - I won't mention the other dealership, but I'll never go back there.) Purchasing a car is just one of those adulting things you have to do from time to time. And my husband and I had a great experience. Multiple calls and several visits to other dealers and I was no closer to getting a new car than when I started. I had done all my research, knew what I wanted, budgeted, planned...the whole nine yards and just couldn't get to where I needed to be with anyone. Then I made a call to Mullinax Ford in Apopka and spoke with a terrific consultant, Trudy. I call her a consultant, because that is the role she presented. There was no 'car salesman' vibe at all. She was polite, professional and personal. She LISTENED to what I wanted to achieve, and off we went on our journey. We appreciated her engagement with us very much. For anyone that isn't a fan of buying cars, go there and ask for her. She's terrific. I recommend the Dealership in general, and Trudy in particular. It'll be worth it!

Brent was solid and made the process easy. I came on a busy Saturday so things went a bit slow just because there was so many people there but it was expected and not a problem. I chose shopping there because there is no "sales tactics" to have me buy all these packages and plans and I was able to assess what I wanted and they gave me a price. If you do not like the sales side of car buying this is worth your time.

Bypass the other Ford dealerships and head to Mullinax. You won't be disappointed. When you see the same people each time you return to purchase your next car, that says a lot about the businesd. The same finance manager and same salesman is unheard of in this day and age. My previous purchase was 2022 and Brian once again exceeded our expectations. You won't find a better place to purchase your next vehicle.

I Had a Great Experience with Mullinax Ford located in Apopka, FL.They had a newly used F-150 Lariat truck in my favorite color with not only the options I needed but many more. The price was right. I initially wanted a XLT trim level because of my budget, but Mullinax had an incredible deal on this Lariat I couldnt pass up. My Sales person was Nelson Santana, who I found out worked at that location for 18 years. He was amazing to work with. Nelson bent over backwards to help me with a potential trade-in and many other challenges, I highly recommend Mullinax and ask for Nelson.

We have been looking for a truck for 9 months and we came across Mullinax Ford on the Internet. We actually live in Tennessee and couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. We seen a Toyota Tacoma listed on the website and called and talked to our salesman Dale Brown and within a hour he sent us a complete invoice with what the price was out the door. We sent a deposit and they held the truck for a week until we could get to Florida. They had everything ready for us as soon as we got there it took maybe a hour between the test drive and is dropping off the rental car we drove to Florida. We knew everything about the financing from our interest rate to our monthly payment before we left Tennessee with no hidden add on's. The entire experience was great from the first phone call to (Dale) the salesman to the sales manager and finance gentleman talking to us.We could not believe the price. A Toyota dealership in North Carolina that I sent the invoice to told me I had better jump on the deal they couldn't even come close to the price. We wouldn't go to any other dealership in the future. We highly recommend Mullinax ford.Thanks Dale.

Called Mullinax from home in Cape Coral FL, Saturday morning and spoke to Nestor Herrera, gave him photos and short video of my truck that I’d like to trade in, an hour later with a solid trade in offer from his colleagues, we were off for Apopke to get my new truck, 2026 Roush Edition F-250 Power Stroke. Nestor thank you, Cesar who closed out our paperwork, thank you. Flawless from start to finish ! Even did a pop-in and spent the night with our 4 grandkids in Oviedo. Review Update 08/25/2026 This was my first experience using the free valet service at Mullinax Ford. My car was picked up on time. My Quick Lane service advisor, Luis, did an excellent job of insuring that my car was serviced with the requested "Works" package on time and he kept me informed about the process from start to finish. I received a video via text of the service tech summarizing the results of the inspection including video evidence of the areas needing attention. Luis called me to discuss the recommended items needing to be addressed. Once I gave my approval, he followed through with the service tech to insure everything was completed efficiently and quickly. He then expedited the return of my car by the valet service. While I was a little apprehensive about using the valet method to have my car serviced, I have to say it was great and turned out to be much better than driving the car in myself and waiting for it to be serviced. I will definitely use the valet service again. Thanks to Luis and the entire team at Quick Lane for an outstanding experience. Review Update 02/21/2024: My service advisor, Ariel Santiago, was extraordinary in every way during the entire service experience today. From the time that he greeted me when I arrived for my appointment, listening attentively to my description of the problem and then keeping me informed every step along the way until my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Ariel let me know the expected cost for the visit before the repair work was started. In my opinion, Ariel is a prized associate for Mullinax Ford in Apopka and I will certainly ask for him on future service visits. Mullinax was fast and easy. I got a loan from my credit union on Monday morning and test drove the truck that afternoon, and got my buyer’s order from them the same afternoon. I got a great deal on the truck (low price and low mileage and a great record on the vehicle). I went back and got the truck Wednesday afternoon. Though it took 4 and and half hours from start to finish, it was a very good experience. They took care of us the whole time by offering water bottles and keeping us up to date on the process. I think it could have been a little quicker, but it was busy there and I think we got a good deal.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Mullinax Ford while shopping for a Ford Expedition. We had visited several dealerships during our search, including some other well-known and reputable dealers, and Mullinax stood out from the rest. First, the quality of their certified pre-owned vehicles was noticeably higher. The vehicles we looked at were clean, well cared for, desirable, and had gone through thorough multipoint inspections. We felt much more confident in the overall quality of their inventory. We also really appreciated Mullinax’s straightforward, value-driven pricing model. There was no haggling, no back-and-forth with a sales manager, and none of the games that can make buying a vehicle frustrating. The pricing and process were simple, transparent, and fair. The sales team was equally impressive. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, service-oriented, and never high-pressure. Drew and Alan worked together selflessly to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. One small example really demonstrated their level of service: after we drove away, Drew realized that the batteries in our key fobs were getting low. Without us even asking, he mailed us two new batteries so we could replace them. It was a small thing, but a great example of proactively looking for ways to take care of the customer and going above and beyond. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. If you’re shopping for a Ford, I highly recommend giving Mullinax Ford a chance. We will absolutely be back when it’s time for our next vehicle.

i’ll preface this review by saying I absolutely LOATHE car shopping. generally plagued by pushy sales people and financial manipulation, etc. My experience at Mullinax Ford was completely opposite of what I expected. I put in a simple inquiry online for specific models I was looking for and within minutes I was contacted by an all star employee by the name of Benjamin Kindler. Ben was available at all times and remained cognizant of my hectic work schedule. Ben worked with me and was patient when it came to finding the right vehicle. At one point, my wife had her eyes set on a specific model that was above my intended price range. Ben was super chill about letting us walk away and have lunch so that we could mull it over and return a few days later. We never felt rushed or cornered to make a split decision right away. After a few days, I reached out to Ben and he was more than accommodating at helping us get our favorite truck. He was able to make the shopping experience as painless as possible even when we ran into some small hurdles with proof of residence and insurance documents (my fault). We’re over the moon excited about our truck and even as I type this I’m getting ready to go outside and give her a nice bath after some off roading! Mr. Kindler has still been available even when I have small questions here and there. Russ (might be spelling his name wrong) was our finance guy at the dealership. He broke everything down so my peanut brain could understand the nuts and bolts of warranties and payments. He was so easy to talk to and I could really tell he enjoyed his job. We spoke about family, careers, life, etc. while all the banking confirmations went through. If you’re like me and you want a bad ass truck and don’t feel like dealing with a bunch of clown activity— Mullinax Ford in Apopka is a wonderful experience. Thanks for making pleasurable. Time to go wash this lifted beast!

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. I have nothing but good things to say about my new truck buying experience with Mullinax Ford, Apopka. My salesman Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly, as was Chris. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. Big thanks to Tyler and the rest of the Mullinax Apopka team for making my buying experience as pleasant as it was!!!

We have been purchasing our cars at Mullinax for over 20 years. The car buying experience is truly no haggle which we love because we don't have the time for it and don't enjoy it. The staff is like our family. We are welcomed with smiles, hugs, and appreciation! Shawn and Warren, who have been with Mullinax over 25 years are always so gracious to us, along with all of the Mullinax team, from sales to finance to service, we feel like family. Totally recommend!

I want to give a shout out to Dwight Dowe, I took my Edge there due to Prestige Ford messing it up and he helped me out so much with getting it fixed right, giving me a loaner for 2 days while they fixed my truck. Dwight is a out standing advisor and I would send anyone to him, he is up front and honest. Dwight thank you so much from the bottom of my heart on taking care of the mess that Prestige Ford did to me and fixing it in a timely matter you ROCK.

The dealer had the 201a safety package on my 2024 mustang echoboost premium, while other Mullinex dealers, were not. Noah my salesman, was extremely helpful. We made a deal over the phone mostly and the car was ready to pickup. Well worth my 2hr drive.

Salesman, Randy did a great job of communicating with us every step of the way. They were very easy to work with. Positive experience and didn’t sit in a dealership for hours. they offer upfront pricing and it’s true, no unexpected fees or charges. I would definitely return and highly recommend. Best dealership I have ever worked With.

Excellent experience at Mullinax Ford in Orlando. Huge inventory and the no nonsense upfront pricing is the best. Devon was phenomenal and made sure that I left happy with my purchase. He went above and beyond to find the truck I wanted and made sure that I had everything I needed. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly making it one of the best experiences buying a new vehicle. It’s tough to find great customer service at a dealership but I highly recommend Devon and Mullinax Apopka. Their prices are true and they make the dreaded car buying process a breeze.

Over the past few years I’ve purchased multiple new vehicles from Dan Niekraszewicz at Mullinax Ford in Apopka.
