Ordered Maverick Lariat AWD 2.0 10/21. Finally took delivery 10/22 after production delays. No gimmicks, no games. Deal made over the internet including a trade in. Jesse Friederichs was awesome and Richy in finance was fast. Great dealership experience. In and out about 90 minutes including a test drive.

I walked into the Service Department at the main building with the intention of scheduling an appointment to have my 2 recalls looked at, when they informed me that these recalls could be handled by the Quick Lane Auto Center. So I made my way there and Justin helped me tremendously. He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and got right to it. The whole experience took about 30 - 35 minutes from start to finish. I was super impressed! Having had past experiences in other dealerships where I had to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change, this was certainly unexpected and a breath of fresh air. They also took a look at my wheel alignment (at my request) and fixed it. I was charged for the inspection but not the repair because I was told it was just slightly off so it was waived. I really don't know of many other dealerships who would do that. Thank you so much to the staff at the Quick Lane Auto Center for always keeping my experience consistent. It really helps to know that I will always get great service each time I head that way.

I was an early reservation holder but had to wait almost 2 years to get my Bronco. My salesman (Joe Light) kept in touch with me and got back to me every time I had a question. He answered every question I threw at him with professionalism. Mr. Molano was very nice to work with on financing. The next day the car was delivered to my house in Broward county. This was, by far the best experience my family and have ever had. Thanks to the experience of Esteban Ramírez and his team. Thank you Esteban, for making this sometimes stressful process so simple that until I saw my daughter drive off to college I couldn't believe it. Sonny made my buying experience the best in all my years of purchasing vehicles. He was kind, courteous and well informed and never pressured me to buy. Mullinax’s no haggle pricing and no dealer fees was why I visited and I also want to say I was not pressured to purchase an extended warranty or gap insurance as my no answer wasn’t met with a debate. I've never had an enjoyable purchase at a car dealership. EVER. I've always felt pressured and taken advantage of when purchasing a vehicle, new or used, at every dealer I've ever been to. That was until Mullinax. I entered my info in order to get an online estimate, and honestly didn't intend to make a deal. This was the third dealer I researched and the only one that really wanted to sell a car. From the moment Ellie reached out to me, there was never a feeling of being pressured. In fact, they didn't even reach out until the next day because they weren't in a rush. Nestor was my salesman and he was top notch. I requested a remote purchase and trade in because I have VERY limited time due to my work schedule. Nestor listened to my needs and actually sent me what I was asking for, NOT what he was interested in selling me. What a crazy idea! All other car dealers should take notes. THIS is how you treat customers. I was curious to get into an F-150 and Nestor made it happen. All in all, the entire transaction took less than 3 hours remotely. Nestor hand delivered the vehicle to me and left in my trade. Easy as that. Not only am I a Mullinax convert now, but I'm already considering what my daughter's first car and my wife's next car will be. The only thing for certain is that they will both be Ford's from Mullinax Ford.

I've never had an enjoyable purchase at a car dealership. EVER. I've always felt pressured and taken advantage of when purchasing a vehicle, new or used, at every dealer I've ever been to. That was until Mullinax. I entered my info in order to get an online estimate, and honestly didn't intend to make a deal. This was the third dealer I researched and the only one that really wanted to sell a car. From the moment Ellie reached out to me, there was never a feeling of being pressured. In fact, they didn't even reach out until the next day because they weren't in a rush. Nestor was my salesman and he was top notch. I requested a remote purchase and trade in because I have VERY limited time due to my work schedule. Nestor listened to my needs and actually sent me what I was asking for, NOT what he was interested in selling me. What a crazy idea! All other car dealers should take notes. THIS is how you treat customers. I was curious to get into an F-150 and Nestor made it happen. All in all, the entire transaction took less than 3 hours remotely. Nestor hand delivered the vehicle to me and left in my trade. Easy as that. Not only am I a Mullinax convert now, but I'm already considering what my daughter's first car and my wife's next car will be. The only thing for certain is that they will both be Forest from Mullinax Ford.

BIG THANKS TO JOHN!!!! Bought a 2019 Ford Expedition back in November and the team did amazing with the deal! Few months later I came back for a 2nd vehicle and I have me now a 2019 ram 1500. John did amazing with all the cars he showed me and the information he gave me on each car and its history. Was very patient during the whole process of me looking at so many cars. I've been coming for like 3 or 4 days as I shopped around their inventory and tried to make my decision. I even left and shopped around outside mullinax and ended up coming back and closing the deal on the ram. If you're looking to shop here ask for John! We were promptly greeted when we arrived. Everyone throughout the experience did not pressure us and were very professional. Pricing on the vehicle purchased and my trade in were very fair and reasonable and created a no haggle environment. Probably the one word I can use to describe the environment and team we dealt with is calm. Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

Although I hated the 1 hr 40min drive. Josh and Chris were awesome to work with. I think the pricing for the vehicles at Mullinax makes sense, just give me the bottom line including "valve stems, air and installation". Still took a while but ... love the truck. Thanks

The best used car buying experience. They head and shoulders above all dealerships I have had a car or truck purchase deal. The sales person, Mr Paul Pineda was very professional straight shooter. Was very well prepared answered all our questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to go again to Mullinax Ford for my next purchase. Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again.
