This was our 5th vehicle purchased at Mullinax Ford in Apopka and the process was as smooth as silk! The process is exactly as stated in their ads: select your vehicle, add sales tax, tag and title to the listed price of the car and that's it. No hidden "fees", no dealer run around! I highly recommend Mullinax for anyone looking to have a hassle free automobile purchase.

I shopped for my new truck at Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna Beach, because they advertised that they do not charge add on dealer fees. Mullinax has upfront pricing, and they were fair with my trade-in. This dealership went above and beyond. Starting with the sales man Sonny. He took and showed us what we wanted to see then he shared his knowledge of the vehicles we were looking at. He answered our questions they let us test drive which made us comfortable that they trust us to return. We then later return to look at something different and Sonny was more than willing to make sure we were happy with the decision that we made. It didn’t stop at Sonny the finance manager Cesar Was down to earth very easy person to talk to. He also share knowledge on different plans to purchase. The entire experience at this dealership tended to us on all levels of friendliness. Very clean as well employees were very well dressed along with pride in the work place. We couldn’t get over how large your dealership was and how we were treated. We will highly recommend for sure!!

Purchased a brand new F150 here and honestly was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealer. My rep Joe was the best from start to finish and always was on top of everything. Even the financing department was top notch. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced new vehicle go here. No dealer markup on my F150. No hassle in finance. No unfair fees or anything. Can’t say another FL that does that.

I walked into the Service Department at the main building with the intention of scheduling an appointment to have my 2 recalls looked at, when they informed me that these recalls could be handled by the Quick Lane Auto Center. So I made my way there and Justin helped me tremendously. He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and got right to it. The whole experience took about 30 - 35 minutes from start to finish. I was super impressed! Having had past experiences in other dealerships where I had to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change, this was certainly unexpected and a breath of fresh air. They also took a look at my wheel alignment (at my request) and fixed it. I was charged for the inspection but not the repair because I was told it was just slightly off so it was waived. I really don't know of many other dealerships who would do that. Thank you so much to the staff at the Quick Lane Auto Center for always keeping my experience consistent. It really helps to know that I will always get great service each time I head that way.

We just purchased my daughter's first car this dealer. In less than 30 minutes over the internet we got estimate and an approval for the car. Great experience all around. Only dealership that I could find that doesn't pressure you or hit you up with a dozen differentsales pitches. No added "Dealers Fees" is true. Price was fair for the market. Drove almost 2 hours to purchase our Ford Explorer and would continue to do so as well for future purchases. I would highly recommend them if you are intimidated in dealerships and/or worried about getting screwed over in DOC and Dealer Fees. Car + Tax + State Fees for Title and Registration = Price! NO BS

Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle, no pressure, no haggle, they even gave me a rebate I was unaware of. And no dealer fee. The staff were awesome and Anastasia went all out, even looking up my tag number on an existing car on the DMV website to save me a few bucks and not have to buy a new tag.

Went there to order a new Bronco and Andrew was extremely helpful and courteous. I was also have service done at QuickLane. Those guys are great too! They ran into a pronlem with my truck, tried everything, then instead of admitting defeat, they pressed on and figured out a solution. Took a bit longer but I didn't mind since they got everything corrected.

Recall repairs were scheduled and the repairs were made without any issues. The service department is very good about keeping you informed as to the progress of the repairs. They also inspect the vehicle to check for needed repairs. I used the Valet Service for the first time and found the drivers were professional and polite. The only concern I have was the car was not picked up from my home at the scheduled time and there was a delay in returning the car to me after the repairs were completed. What was anticipated to be a half day turned into a whole day without my car. I had plans in the afternoon which I canceled due to the late start on the work and the delay returning the car. Had I known that there could be driver delays I would have planned my day accordingly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Service Center and the work that was done. I would highly recommend them.

I went to the dealership with my husband just to look around and expecting to have to bargain for a fair deal, but this is the opposite of what happened. Noah greeted us right outside, didn’t pressure us to look at anything specific. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the best vehicle for our family. During the first oil change on my 2025 F-150 the technician performed the battery test and discovered a defective battery. The battery was replaced under warranty and probably kept me from having a problem later on. I'm always impressed with the service I get at Mulinax Ford.

And the upfront pricing is nice...no need to haggle (No sneaky 'required' options I've encountered before - I won't mention the other dealership, but I'll never go back there.) Brent was solid and made the process easy. I came on a busy Saturday so things went a bit slow just because there was so many people there but it was expected and not a problem. I chose shopping there because there is no "sales tactics" to have me buy all these packages and plans and I was able to assess what I wanted and they gave me a price. We have been looking for a truck for 9 months and we came across Mullinax Ford on the Internet. We actually live in Tennessee and couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. We seen a Toyota Tacoma listed on the website and called and talked to our salesman Dale Brown and within a hour he sent us a complete invoice with what the price was out the door. We sent a deposit and they held the truck for a week until we could get to Florida. They had everything ready for us as soon as we got there it took maybe a hour between the test drive and is dropping off the rental car we drove to Florida. We knew everything about the financing from our interest rate to our monthly payment before we left Tennessee with no hidden add on's. The entire experience was great from the first phone call to (Dale) the salesman to the sales manager and finance gentleman talking to us.We could not believe the price. A Toyota dealership in North Carolina that I sent the invoice to told me I had better jump on the deal they couldn't even come close to the price. Review Update 08/25/2026 This was my first experience using the free valet service at Mullinax Ford. My car was picked up on time. My Quick Lane service advisor, Luis, did an excellent job of insuring that my car was serviced with the requested "Works" package on time and he kept me informed about the process from start to finish. I received a video via text of the service tech summarizing the results of the inspection including video evidence of the areas needing attention. Luis called me to discuss the recommended items needing to be addressed. Once I gave my approval, he followed through with the service tech to insure everything was completed efficiently and quickly. He then expedited the return of my car by the valet service. While I was a little apprehensive about using the valet method to have my car serviced, I have to say it was great and turned out to be much better than driving the car in myself and waiting for it to be serviced. I will definitely use the valet service again. Thanks to Luis and the entire team at Quick Lane for an outstanding experience. Review Update 02/21/2024: My service advisor, Ariel Santiago, was extraordinary in every way during the entire service experience today. From the time that he greeted me when I arrived for my appointment, listening attentively to my description of the problem and then keeping me informed every step along the way until my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Ariel let me know the expected cost for the visit before the repair work was started. In my opinion, Ariel is a prized associate for Mullinax Ford in Apopka and I will certainly ask for him on future service visits. Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

When I entered Mullinax Ford Dealership right away I felt at home. I am an older handicap female and I did not feel discriminated against at all. Consultant Mr Nestor and his team made my transaction a smoothed one. Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. I have nothing but good things to say about my new truck buying experience with Mullinax Ford, Apopka. My salesman Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly, as was Chris. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. The dealer had the 201a safety package on my 2024 mustang echoboost premium, while other Mullinex dealers, were not. Noah my salesman, was extremely helpful. We made a deal over the phone mostly and the car was ready to pickup. Well worth my 2hr drive.
