If you need service talk to Kevin the service advisor. He is a genuine guy and cares about all his customers. I got my 2019 F150 King Ranch cam phasers fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. You can't beat Mullinax service and customer care.

Just purchased a car from here, they guy who helped me was Zacharee, really transparent process and honestly the best experience I've had before buying a car, I also felt the honesty from the salesman, did a good job. Zacharee also heard about my needs, he overheard I needed an adapter for tesla superchargers to charge my ford mustang mach e, and he got me one for FREE. Honestly a very good salesman that listens to everything his clients say. Had so much value added to the deal, I'd definitely come back if I have to and i'd recommend to anybody

Great working with Mullinax crew, unfortunately got there to buy my car on a busy Sunday, 2 hour drive to get the Mach E I wanted. Great to meet the general manager and got some VIP treatment to expedite the purchase process. They even mailed me some stuff I left in the one-way rental car. I had to use to get there. Lots of bonus perks with the purchase, good value.

Worked with Brian Serrage to purchase a lightly used 2025 Expedition. He worked diligently with mgmt. to get us top market value for our trade in. Ended up being an after hours deal due to the large volume of cars being sold but Brian stayed to make sure everything went smoothly. We found a few things on the vehicle we wanted repaired such as a broke headrest and some paint chips needing touchup. He made sure to have all that worked into the deal. I’m get all very happy with the service mullinax provided and how Brian made sure all of our needs were met. Salesmen like Brian are why this is our 2nd Mullinax vehicle!

Took my truck in for major repair the Bill was well over 20,000 got my repairs done for 11,000. My truck has not ran this good since I bought it I thank you my Ford team for your expertise your constant calls with updates and as far as I’m concerned, this was the absolute best experience I’ve had. I would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family. I have been using them for years and bought several cars from them. They never disappoint and if somethings wrong, they fix it without hesitation. I had went to Mullinax a few times and just walked around the lot and looked at the Transit cargo van for my work. I found one I liked, I took a picture of the van and the vin number and came back to work the next day and talked with my staff about the van. I had late appointment the following day and stopped by the dealership thinking it was too late in the day to purchase the vehicle I thought I would just talk to a salesman and get a few questions I had answered. 1 hour and 10 minutes later I drove home in the van I wanted. They gave me $500.00 more for my trade than I was expecting. I didn't have to sit in the office while the salesman run back and forth to the managers office like most dealerships. My experience was a very pleasant one. This is my second Ford I have purchased from them and will do so in the future

Devin King was amazing to work with. He found the perfect SUV for my family. Very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Update: My family has purchased several vehicles from Mullinax. We’ve always looked forward to the no dealer fee and the helpful staff during and after the sale. In June of last year I purchased a new to me 2022 expedition. My expedition came with a bumper to bumper warranty for the remainder of initial mileage and age plus an extended 12,000 miles due to being certified pre owned. I was never once told of this warranty. Just 179 miles outside of that warranty I called due to transmission issues and was told the bumper to bumper had expired for powertrain was still in effect and would cover transmission repairs. I dropped my vehicle off and picked up a loaner. The loaner was dirty with food debris and sand, had sales sticker residue on all interior windows, was empty in washer fluid, and near empty on fuel. I had this vehicle for 10 days. When I picked up my vehicle after the repair, it was still having the same transmission issues but I was told I had to drive it for 1000 miles before I could call about the same problem. So 1000 miles later I scheduled the second service. Upon calling for both repair appointments, I had a 2 week wait for an appointment. I dropped off my vehicle for the second repair and 4 days later when I picked up up, same transmission problems. Waited 900 miles and called to maybe get a sooner appointment. Nope. Two weeks out again. Scheduled appointment. During scheduling of the appointment and every confirmation of the appointment, I made it clear I needed a loaner car. When I arrived for the third service appointment there was no loaner car. Ford is suppose to provide a loaner for all vehicles under warranty. This day I had family from England waiting for me to explore Florida and I couldn’t drop my car off and be left without a vehicle. I was told I could rent from enterprise. I had to cancel and reschedule. After spending more than two hours on this appointment, getting there and dealing with the issue. I mentioned that I could not wait another two weeks and they mysteriously had an appointment by the end of that week. I expected better from Mullinax but the sale and service of this vehicle has been anything but pleasant.

William made everything very easy and convenient. Due to living out of state, we did everything over the phone with pictures and via videos to purchase our daughter’s Ford Bronco. When we went into the dealership everything went quickly and smoothly. We even had to change the appointment time twice due to my daughter’s tournament. They were very accommodating. William went over the entire vehicle with us and even helped us set some things up. We will definitely be back when we look for my vehicle.

I bought a Ford Maverick from this dealership a year ago. I’ve had zero issues with the truck, and I have zero regrets. My salesman was Andrew Thunberg. Andrew was extremely personable and professional. He was not pushy in the slightest and was happy to allow me to take the truck on a test drive. The paperwork process was smooth and Andrew was happy to show me how to use the Ford app to remote start the truck (along with the other features). I would recommend others to ask for Andrew when looking to purchase a vehicle. I write this review not only because the truck is great, but Andrew was great too. I typically don’t write reviews. However, Andrew is knowledgeable, an attentive listener, and someone who will let you take your time looking at the vehicle selections. He won’t try to goad you into one decision or another. If I were to buy another vehicle at this dealership, I would want Andrew as my salesman again.

Micah in the service department is a miracle worker. From beginning to end the entire department was top notch. A true white glove service. They were able to work me in- same day, which is extremely rare for high volume service work. I was able to get a rental car through them with the expectation that they wouldn’t be able to finish the vehicle until the next day, based on the days work load. Only to receive a call three hours later that my vehicle was finished. This type of service is precisely why I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Mullinax ford apopka. Thank you Micah mills and everyone who comprises such an incredible service department!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Luis Torres at the Quick Lane at Mullinax Ford provided outstanding customer service. I came in for what I thought would be a routine oil change, but when the technicians discovered my oil pan was cracked, Luis went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. He expedited my repair, kept me informed throughout the process, and even found over $350 in Ford Rewards that I had no idea I had available, saving me a substantial amount of money. He didn’t have to take the extra time to look for those rewards, but he did, and that level of honesty and customer care is exactly why I continue bringing my truck back to this Quick Lane location. Luis genuinely cares about his customers, and it shows. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful repair such a positive experience!

An amazing dealership where integrity is #1. I walked into Mullinax Ford in Apopka without an introduction. I stepped up to the desk and waited about a 30seconds to talk to the receptionist who was finishing up with a call. A salesman Dennis asked if I needed any assistance. I told him I was considering a Ford and wanted to check out the dealership. I asked if he was a salesman. He said yes, and he could help me out. Another gentleman walked from the back a few feet away from us. Without missing a beat Dennis explained it was the other salesman's turn, and he didn't want to break the rules, but it was up to me. Wes came over and said we all work together so whatever you want to do he was fine with. I told him I follow rules, so I shook Dennis' hand and thanked him, turned to Wes and continued on. I was curious to see how it would workout. I have been to many dealerships in my life. One of the worst is an Orlando dealership I visited a few years ago to purchase a Jeep. I spoke to a salesman that I wasn't ready to buy that day, but I would remember him and be back tomorrow at a set time. The next day I walked into the dealership and didn't see the salesman I had spoken to on the previous day. A couple of new salesmen walked over. I explained I was looking for a certain salesman. They both laughed and explained he had quit. I explained it was too bad, but I really wanted to deal with the other salesman. As I started to talk to the new salesmen, I noticed the gentlemen I had spoken to across the room, so I walked away from those two and made my way across the dealership floor. I introduced myself and explained that I had walked in and asked for him, but his co-workers lied and told me he had quit. He wasn't too happy, but he explained it was pretty cutthroat. I ended up not buying the vehicle and asked my current salesman where the GM's office was. I walked over to the GM's office and explained what had just taken place. I also explained I had planned to buy a vehicle that day, showed the cashier's check but didn't appreciate being lied to. I guess I hurt his feelings, and he asked me "what am I supposed to do". I told him it's an integrity issue never mind and walked out. No wonder Mullinax Ford according to every review, and AI research software program states it's one of the best dealerships in the country. If you want a straight answer with integrity and know you are getting the absolute best deal, look no further than Mullinax Ford in Apopka. Please consider asking for either Dennis, or Wes from the sales team. You can't go wrong either way! Kudos to the GM who runs an amazing dealership and their salespeople.

First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. This was such a pleasant experience. From the moment we entered and were not circled by sharks to the finance finish. Our salesman Devin Dempsey was excellent. This young man was respectful, and not pushy in any way. Mullinax had a fair price and didn’t try to add on extras we didn’t want. Will definitely recommend them.

I have nothing but good things to say about my new truck buying experience with Mullinax Ford, Apopka. My salesman Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly, as was Chris. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. Big thanks to Tyler and the rest of the Mullinax Apopka team for making my buying experience as pleasant as it was!!!

I want to give a shout out to Dwight Dowe, I took my Edge there due to Prestige Ford messing it up and he helped me out so much with getting it fixed right, giving me a loaner for 2 days while they fixed my truck. Dwight is a out standing advisor and I would send anyone to him, he is up front and honest. Dwight thank you so much from the bottom of my heart on taking care of the mess that Prestige Ford did to me and fixing it in a timely matter you ROCK.

The dealer had the 201a safety package on my 2024 mustang echoboost premium, while other Mullinex dealers, were not. Noah my salesman, was extremely helpful. We made a deal over the phone mostly and the car was ready to pickup. Well worth my 2hr drive.

Devon was phenomenal and made sure that I left happy with my purchase. He went above and beyond to find the truck I wanted and made sure that I had everything I needed. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly making it one of the best experiences buying a new vehicle.
