Malik made this so quick and fast. hes very honest too. he does help work with budgets. this other dude that was here (another customer) he had to leave his truck and the guy was gonna walk back home but malik offered a ride and insisted he didnt walk that long. he ordered an air filter and made a clearing for the next day to fit me in. this guy really made it super easy. and my oil change was lighting fast dudeee. i suggest this place very muchhh

Recall repairs were scheduled and the repairs were made without any issues. The service department is very good about keeping you informed as to the progress of the repairs. They also inspect the vehicle to check for needed repairs. I used the Valet Service for the first time and found the drivers were professional and polite. The only concern I have was the car was not picked up from my home at the scheduled time and there was a delay in returning the car to me after the repairs were completed. What was anticipated to be a half day turned into a whole day without my car. I had plans in the afternoon which I canceled due to the late start on the work and the delay returning the car. Had I known that there could be driver delays I would have planned my day accordingly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Service Center and the work that was done. I would highly recommend them.

I went to the dealership with my husband just to look around and expecting to have to bargain for a fair deal, but this is the opposite of what happened. Noah greeted us right outside, didn’t pressure us to look at anything specific. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the best vehicle for our family. During the first oil change on my 2025 F-150 the technician performed the battery test and discovered a defective battery. The battery was replaced under warranty and probably kept me from having a problem later on. I'm always impressed with the service I get at Mulinax Ford.

My first experience at this dealer was getting my truck serviced, and that was a really cool experience. And I wanted a new truck and I saw they had one and I reached out and was connected to Jesse. Jesse is engaging and most helpful. Fair trade in. No hassle. No dealer fees. We bought the Raptor. Cesar and Shawn made the paperwork a breeze. Lastly, I enjoyed the coffee latte. Best!

Wow! No pressure? ✔️ Fair price? ✔️ Fair trade amount? ✔️ Great experience? ✔️ No dealer fees!! It's really true, and not a gimmick! And the upfront pricing is nice...no need to haggle (No sneaky 'required' options I've encountered before - I won't mention the other dealership, but I'll never go back there.) Purchasing a car is just one of those adulting things you have to do from time to time. And my husband and I had a great experience. Multiple calls and several visits to other dealers and I was no closer to getting a new car than when I started. I had done all my research, knew what I wanted, budgeted, planned...the whole nine yards and just couldn't get to where I needed to be with anyone. Then I made a call to Mullinax Ford in Apopka and spoke with a terrific consultant, Trudy. I call her a consultant, because that is the role she presented. There was no 'car salesman' vibe at all. She was polite, professional and personal. She LISTENED to what I wanted to achieve, and off we went on our journey. We appreciated her engagement with us very much. For anyone that isn't a fan of buying cars, go there and ask for her. She's terrific. I recommend the Dealership in general, and Trudy in particular. It'll be worth it!

Brent was solid and made the process easy. I came on a busy Saturday so things went a bit slow just because there was so many people there but it was expected and not a problem. I chose shopping there because there is no "sales tactics" to have me buy all these packages and plans and I was able to assess what I wanted and they gave me a price. If you do not like the sales side of car buying this is worth your time.

Bypass the other Ford dealerships and head to Mullinax. You won't be disappointed. When you see the same people each time you return to purchase your next car, that says a lot about the businesd. The same finance manager and same salesman is unheard of in this day and age. My previous purchase was 2022 and Brian once again exceeded our expectations. I Had a Great Experience with Mullinax Ford located in Apopka, FL.They had a newly used F-150 Lariat truck in my favorite color with not only the options I needed but many more. The price was right. I initially wanted a XLT trim level because of my budget, but Mullinax had an incredible deal on this Lariat I couldnt pass up. My Sales person was Nelson Santana, who I found out worked at that location for 18 years. He was amazing to work with. Nelson bent over backwards to help me with a potential trade-in and many other challenges, I highly recommend Mullinax and ask for Nelson.

We have been looking for a truck for 9 months and we came across Mullinax Ford on the Internet. We actually live in Tennessee and couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. We seen a Toyota Tacoma listed on the website and called and talked to our salesman Dale Brown and within a hour he sent us a complete invoice with what the price was out the door. We sent a deposit and they held the truck for a week until we could get to Florida. They had everything ready for us as soon as we got there it took maybe a hour between the test drive and is dropping off the rental car we drove to Florida. We knew everything about the financing from our interest rate to our monthly payment before we left Tennessee with no hidden add on's. The entire experience was great from the first phone call to (Dale) the salesman to the sales manager and finance gentleman talking to us.We could not believe the price. A Toyota dealership in North Carolina that I sent the invoice to told me I had better jump on the deal they couldn't even come close to the price. We wouldn't go to any other dealership in the future. We highly recommend Mullinax ford.Thanks Dale.

Called Mullinax from home in Cape Coral FL, Saturday morning and spoke to Nestor Herrera, gave him photos and short video of my truck that I’d like to trade in, an hour later with a solid trade in offer from his colleagues, we were off for Apopke to get my new truck, 2026 Roush Edition F-250 Power Stroke. Nestor thank you, Cesar who closed out our paperwork, thank you. Flawless from start to finish ! Even did a pop-in and spent the night with our 4 grandkids in Oviedo. Review Update 08/25/2026 This was my first experience using the free valet service at Mullinax Ford. My car was picked up on time. My Quick Lane service advisor, Luis, did an excellent job of insuring that my car was serviced with the requested "Works" package on time and he kept me informed about the process from start to finish. I received a video via text of the service tech summarizing the results of the inspection including video evidence of the areas needing attention. Luis called me to discuss the recommended items needing to be addressed. Once I gave my approval, he followed through with the service tech to insure everything was completed efficiently and quickly. He then expedited the return of my car by the valet service. While I was a little apprehensive about using the valet method to have my car serviced, I have to say it was great and turned out to be much better than driving the car in myself and waiting for it to be serviced. I will definitely use the valet service again. Thanks to Luis and the entire team at Quick Lane for an outstanding experience. Review Update 02/21/2024: My service advisor, Ariel Santiago, was extraordinary in every way during the entire service experience today. From the time that he greeted me when I arrived for my appointment, listening attentively to my description of the problem and then keeping me informed every step along the way until my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Ariel let me know the expected cost for the visit before the repair work was started. In my opinion, Ariel is a prized associate for Mullinax Ford in Apopka and I will certainly ask for him on future service visits. I can’t say enough good things about Mullinax Ford and especially my service advisor, Kevin. I actually drive about 45 minutes to have my vehicle serviced here, even though there’s a Ford dealership only five minutes from my home. The difference in customer service, professionalism, and overall experience is absolutely worth the drive every single time. This visit really stood out. I arrived late and completely frazzled after a frightening experience with an Uber driver that left me stranded and shaken. Kevin immediately noticed something was wrong and took the time to listen, reassure me, and make sure I was okay. His calm demeanor, kindness, genuine concern, and sense of humor were exactly what I needed in that moment. I never expected that level of compassion during a routine service appointment, but it meant more than I can express. Beyond that, Kevin was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, personable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He made sure everything with my vehicle was taken care of and truly went above and beyond. This is actually my second time having Kevin as my service advisor, and he has been phenomenal both times. Just purchased a car from here, they guy who helped me was Zacharee, really transparent process and honestly the best experience I've had before buying a car, I also felt the honesty from the salesman, did a good job. Zacharee also heard about my needs, he overheard I needed an adapter for tesla superchargers to charge my ford mustang mach e, and he got me one for FREE. Honestly a very good salesman that listens to everything his clients say. Had so much value added to the deal, I'd definitely come back if I have to and i'd recommend to anybody

Great to meet the general manager and got some VIP treatment to expedite the purchase process. They even mailed me some stuff I left in the one-way rental car. I had to use to get there. Worked with Brian Serrage to purchase a lightly used 2025 Expedition. He worked diligently with mgmt. to get us top market value for our trade in. Ended up being an after hours deal due to the large volume of cars being sold but Brian stayed to make sure everything went smoothly. We found a few things on the vehicle we wanted repaired such as a broke headrest and some paint chips needing touchup. He made sure to have all that worked into the deal. I’m get all very happy with the service mullinax provided and how Brian made sure all of our needs were met. Salesmen like Brian are why this is our 2nd Mullinax vehicle!

Took my truck in for major repair the Bill was well over 20,000 got my repairs done for 11,000. My truck has not ran this good since I bought it I thank you my Ford team for your expertise your constant calls with updates and as far as I’m concerned, this was the absolute best experience I’ve had. I had went to Mullinax a few times and just walked around the lot and looked at the Transit cargo van for my work. I found one I liked, I took a picture of the van and the vin number and came back to work the next day and talked with my staff about the van. I had late appointment the following day and stopped by the dealership thinking it was too late in the day to purchase the vehicle I thought I would just talk to a salesman and get a few questions I had answered. 1 hour and 10 minutes later I drove home in the van I wanted. They gave me $500.00 more for my trade than I was expecting. I didn't have to sit in the office while the salesman run back and forth to the managers office like most dealerships. My experience was a very pleasant one. This is my second Ford I have purchased from them and will do so in the future

Devin King was amazing to work with. He found the perfect SUV for my family. Very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Update: My family has purchased several vehicles from Mullinax. We’ve always looked forward to the no dealer fee and the helpful staff during and after the sale. In June of last year I purchased a new to me 2022 expedition. My expedition came with a bumper to bumper warranty for the remainder of initial mileage and age plus an extended 12,000 miles due to being certified pre owned. I was never once told of this warranty. Just 179 miles outside of that warranty I called due to transmission issues and was told the bumper to bumper had expired for powertrain was still in effect and would cover transmission repairs. I dropped my vehicle off and picked up a loaner. The loaner was dirty with food debris and sand, had sales sticker residue on all interior windows, was empty in washer fluid, and near empty on fuel. I had this vehicle for 10 days. When I picked up my vehicle after the repair, it was still having the same transmission issues but I was told I had to drive it for 1000 miles before I could call about the same problem. So 1000 miles later I scheduled the second service. Upon calling for both repair appointments, I had a 2 week wait for an appointment. I dropped off my vehicle for the second repair and 4 days later when I picked up up, same transmission problems. Waited 900 miles and called to maybe get a sooner appointment. Nope. Two weeks out again. Scheduled appointment. During scheduling of the appointment and every confirmation of the appointment, I made it clear I needed a loaner car. When I arrived for the third service appointment there was no loaner car. Ford is suppose to provide a loaner for all vehicles under warranty. This day I had family from England waiting for me to explore Florida and I couldn’t drop my car off and be left without a vehicle. I was told I could rent from enterprise. I had to cancel and reschedule. After spending more than two hours on this appointment, getting there and dealing with the issue. I mentioned that I could not wait another two weeks and they mysteriously had an appointment by the end of that week. I expected better from Mullinax but the sale and service of this vehicle has been anything but pleasant.

William made everything very easy and convenient. Due to living out of state, we did everything over the phone with pictures and via videos to purchase our daughter’s Ford Bronco. When we went into the dealership everything went quickly and smoothly. We even had to change the appointment time twice due to my daughter’s tournament. They were very accommodating. I bought a Ford Maverick from this dealership a year ago. I’ve had zero issues with the truck, and I have zero regrets. My salesman was Andrew Thunberg. Andrew was extremely personable and professional. He was not pushy in the slightest and was happy to allow me to take the truck on a test drive. The paperwork process was smooth and Andrew was happy to show me how to use the Ford app to remote start the truck (along with the other features). I would recommend others to ask for Andrew when looking to purchase a vehicle. I write this review not only because the truck is great, but Andrew was great too. I typically don’t write reviews. However, Andrew is knowledgeable, an attentive listener, and someone who will let you take your time looking at the vehicle selections. He won’t try to goad you into one decision or another. If I were to buy another vehicle at this dealership, I would want Andrew as my salesman again.

Micah in the service department is a miracle worker. From beginning to end the entire department was top notch. A true white glove service. They were able to work me in- same day, which is extremely rare for high volume service work. I was able to get a rental car through them with the expectation that they wouldn’t be able to finish the vehicle until the next day, based on the days work load. Only to receive a call three hours later that my vehicle was finished. This type of service is precisely why I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Mullinax ford apopka. I came in for what I thought would be a routine oil change, but when the technicians discovered my oil pan was cracked, Luis went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. He expedited my repair, kept me informed throughout the process, and even found over $350 in Ford Rewards that I had no idea I had available, saving me a substantial amount of money. Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again.
