We have received excellent service from Nelson Santana in sales for many years now. I think this is the sixth or seventh Carr or truck that we have bought from him. He is very knowledgeable and usually has the right vehicle picked out for us even before we get to the store. He helped us with another excellent truck today.

I’ve been to this Ford dealership several times, and I always make sure to work with Kevin. He is not only extremely professional and on top of everything, but he’s also genuinely a great guy and always incredibly friendly. Kevin does an excellent job of keeping me updated whenever my truck is in for service. He consistently checks in throughout the process and always asks what he can do to make the experience as easy and convenient as possible. He also takes the time to really listen when I bring up an issue with my truck. He makes sure he fully understands what I’m experiencing so he can accurately communicate it to the service technicians, which I really appreciate. Most recently, I was traveling out of town for a couple of weeks while my truck was being serviced. Kevin made sure everything was taken care of while I was gone, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even wished me well on my travels. That kind of personal attention and customer service goes a long way. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, communication, and genuine friendliness as well as Kevin does. I’ll continue coming back to this dealership and specifically asking for him. I’ve built a great relationship with Kevin over my visits, and I highly recommend him to anyone bringing their vehicle in for service. Thanks again, Kevin!

This is my second purchase from Mullinex and it was just as good if not better than9 my first. Brent was my salesman this time and he went over and above to make sure i was happy. Everyone there was extremely friendly and always asking if we needed anything. At the end we went to Ceasar's office to finish up the paperwork and he like Brent made sure we were happy before we left. As long as I drive a Ford I will always put my trust in Mullinex!

This was my 5th vehicle I've purchased from Mullinax in Apopka. From a Crown Vick to a F-250 then a 2024 Mustang then Ford Escort now a 2025 Maverick. I appreciated the patience John had as I didn’t feel rushed or pressured once. I recently purchased a vehicle from Mullinax Ford. I chose them because they had a car I wanted and the price was right too. I also liked that they advertised NO DEALER fees - and you know what? It’s true! My sales person Joshua was professional, patient, and polite. Richey, the finance person was very helpful and took his time to explain everything. Warren even stopped by the desk just to hand me a bottled water and I treated dice himself. There is a real family atmosphere here. It’s not fake - or a show - these folks are genuine. As someone who buys more vehicles than the average person, I can honestly say that this was one of the best, if not THE best car buying experiences I’ve ever had! My 2021 F150 went in recently with transmission problems. I CANNOT BE MORE PLEASED with my experience with this dealer. The best dealership I have dealt with in nearly 50 years! They were relentless in diagnosing the problem, kept me informed the whole way through, and completed all the work on time. I highly recommend Mullinax to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Remember, it's not just the car but also the backup of the dealership. 5 Stars!!!

updated review, Zach is still a great guy, the service is still attentive, and the people great to be around - Brian Francis called me not even 2 hours after posting my original review of the car running a check engine light and coding for a thermostat. He asked if I had talked to anyone and I simply stated that I knew I bought the car as is and I was already over the 300mi warranty. He told me to come in and they will take care of it, and he did. The thermostat did need replacing. I’ve never heard of any dealership repairing their recently sold used car after the signed warranty became void. This dealership gave me something to eat, drink, and a place to work as I was coming in during my work hours. They will have my business for all car buying in the future

I can’t say enough good things about Mullinax Ford and especially my service advisor, Kevin. I actually drive about 45 minutes to have my vehicle serviced here, even though there’s a Ford dealership only five minutes from my home. The difference in customer service, professionalism, and overall experience is absolutely worth the drive every single time. This visit really stood out. I arrived late and completely frazzled after a frightening experience with an Uber driver that left me stranded and shaken. Kevin immediately noticed something was wrong and took the time to listen, reassure me, and make sure I was okay. His calm demeanor, kindness, genuine concern, and sense of humor were exactly what I needed in that moment. I never expected that level of compassion during a routine service appointment, but it meant more than I can express. Beyond that, Kevin was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, personable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I had a few simple requests on the vehicle (like removing dealership stickers), and Brent took care of everything quickly and without issue. He was extremely responsive, communicated clearly, and made the entire process easy. I own several vehicles and have worked with many dealerships over the years, so I know how frustrating the process can be with unnecessary add-ons and complications. Just purchased a car from here, they guy who helped me was Zacharee, really transparent process and honestly the best experience I've had before buying a car, I also felt the honesty from the salesman, did a good job. Zacharee also heard about my needs, he overheard I needed an adapter for tesla superchargers to charge my ford mustang mach e, and he got me one for FREE. Honestly a very good salesman that listens to everything his clients say. Had so much value added to the deal, I'd definitely come back if I have to and i'd recommend to anybody

Chris White is truly 10/10 !!! This is the third vehicle we have purchased from him and we truly wouldn’t take our business anywhere else. Today was my third new car purchase from Mullinax (Apopka). After how awesome my last deal went last time, I made sure I contacted Brent Osbourne, who was my last salesman two years ago. He is easy to work with and definitely cares for his customers. This purchase was even easier. From the moment I walked in today was met by the manager who made sure I was being taken care of. Of course dealing with Brent was awesome and my finance, Russell permaul was just as pleasant and extremely personable to work with and talk to. Both Brent and Russell made this experience even better than ones prior.

I chose Mullinax because of the up front pricing and no dealer or hidden fees. The dealer in my home town Ocala has $900+ dealer and other fees tacked on to sticker price. I recently traded a 2012 F-250 that I bought new at Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna Beach in 2013. My new truck was purchased at their Apopka location and the entire experience was easy and stress free. Joe Light was my Salesman and confirmed the truck I saw online was available. The price is up front and Mullinax has NO DEALER FEE! A visit to meet Joe, see the truck, and get my trade appraised was quick and there were no surprises. The trade ACV was higher than I received from my local dealer and also Carvana. Lee Owens was my Finance Mgr. and he was also very professional. I asked about and purchased an extended warranty that fit my needs. Bought 2024 F350, with 4536 miles, one owner, originally bought at Mullinax, same dealer. Great shape, nearly new, with 8" lift installed by Mullinax prior to original purchase. Had an issue, but Mullinax, specifically Justin and my salesman Devon stepped up to the plate big. Sent a representative to my house to retrieve the truck in order to resolve matter on their time. Issue was resolved, and truck back to my house before I even got off work. First class. I totaled my Redline Traverse and shopped around for another one for a couple months. They (Redline Edition) are hard to find and when you do find them dealerships list them low on the website just to get you in and add on 7k in accessories, dealer fees, document fees, and “required maintenance packages.” That goes for any used car, though, I guess. I saw that Mullinax had upfront pricing and I was skeptical but I searched their inventory and they had my car priced right so I had to inquire. Immediately, Dan reached out to me and got me payment options. I bought the car the next day. No pressure, no haggling, and best of all, priced to sell with the best price I had seen in months. Brought my MUSTANG 2018 GT PR in for oil change tire rotation etc. Also got my battery replaced... The beginning portion of service was great. But when i got home my beauty of a monster wanted to make some knocking/ticking sounds by the engine bay to the transmission, immediately i assumed, wrong oil or oil related or if someone filled up my vehicle with 87 instead of premium or better. luckily, they put me in a loaner, i cried and crashed out for a few hours, but Kavette, Jordan and 2 other gentlemen's, one from Kingston and the brother who shared his IG with me kept me comforted. They assured me that they will take care of everything and my beauty will be okay. Thankfully just 5 hours later, kavette calls me and says my Babygirl is okay and ready for pickup, they replaced flushed and clean and refilled with a hand wash and detail as service they do not provide. I will always return now to Mullinax ford. you have my trust that 1st experience is better than any ford service team I've ever been too. Definitely better than holler ford fr. Shoutout to the foreman too!

They originally projected about a week to complete the work, but I dropped my car off on Friday and had it back by Tuesday morning — way faster than expected, which was great. Fantastic experience! We'd gone to another dealership in the area to trade in a truck. We were surprised when we were accused of bringing in a truck with a "bad transmission" that we "knew about"!! After leaving and taking to truck to another dealership to have the transmission checked out, no problems with the transmission! I guess stereotypes are real for a reason. Mullinax gave us a fair trade in and a fair price. No games at all! It was actually a pleasant experience! We will be returning and letting everyone know about the other dealership!

Alan Bowers was my sales person at Mullinax and help me find my Ranger. I drove 2 hours one way to buy from Mullinax. No extra fees just straight talk. Now for after the sale, the service. I wanted to add accessory's my new purchase from my local dealers. I found that the prices in the service departments were high or they could not do the service (people were not trained). I called Mullinax and was told to bring it in and we will take care of it. Service departments in the auto dealers are where the money is made. Looks like moneys are being left on their tables. This is my experience with Mullinax. Oh, and I have no family working there only new friends.

Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. The dealer had the 201a safety package on my 2024 mustang echoboost premium, while other Mullinex dealers, were not. Noah my salesman, was extremely helpful. We made a deal over the phone mostly and the car was ready to pickup. Well worth my 2hr drive.
