I've never had an enjoyable purchase at a car dealership. EVER. I've always felt pressured and taken advantage of when purchasing a vehicle, new or used, at every dealer I've ever been to. That was until Mullinax. I entered my info in order to get an online estimate, and honestly didn't intend to make a deal. This was the third dealer I researched and the only one that really wanted to sell a car. From the moment Ellie reached out to me, there was never a feeling of being pressured. In fact, they didn't even reach out until the next day because they weren't in a rush. Nestor was my salesman and he was top notch. I requested a remote purchase and trade in because I have VERY limited time due to my work schedule. Nestor listened to my needs and actually sent me what I was asking for, NOT what he was interested in selling me. What a crazy idea! All other car dealers should take notes. THIS is how you treat customers. I was curious to get into an F-150 and Nestor made it happen. All in all, the entire transaction took less than 3 hours remotely. Nestor hand delivered the vehicle to me and left in my trade. Easy as that. Not only am I a Mullinax convert now, but I'm already considering what my daughter's first car and my wife's next car will be. The only thing for certain is that they will both be Ford's from Mullinax Ford.

My appointment for service was made quickly within a couple of days of my calling. I love the fact that they Provide vehicle pick up as well as delivery back to my house. I was kept informed via text and email of every aspect of my pick up and delivery, providing a picture and name of the agent picking up and delivering my vehicle.. BIG THANKS TO JOHN!!!! Bought a 2019 Ford Expedition back in November and the team did amazing with the deal! Few months later I came back for a 2nd vehicle and I have me now a 2019 ram 1500. John did amazing with all the cars he showed me and the information he gave me on each car and its history. Was very patient during the whole process of me looking at so many cars. I've been coming for like 3 or 4 days as I shopped around their inventory and tried to make my decision. I even left and shopped around outside mullinax and ended up coming back and closing the deal on the ram. If you're looking to shop here ask for John! I also had Alan and Paul help me out when I showed up and John wasn't there and they did great helping me out. I would recommend those 2 if John isn't around

We were promptly greeted when we arrived. Everyone throughout the experience did not pressure us and were very professional. Pricing on the vehicle purchased and my trade in were very fair and reasonable and created a no haggle environment. Probably the one word I can use to describe the environment and team we dealt with is calm. Everyone from the time we walked in to the time we left was calm and relaxed and it made for a very low stress experience, which is something I never thought I would say about buying a car.

From ordering parts, to having regular service (such as oil change, tire changes, etc.) I have been thoroughly happy with everything I have had them do. I am VERY happy with their service provided. Updated 2026: Without a doubt, Mullinax Ford is the BEST dealer in the Central Florida region. Their staff is on point 100% of the time. May, in the service dept is always ahead of my needs and has the most experienced and capable technicians available at her needs. Shadeile is one of these techs. He is quite knowledgeable and has the best equipped mobile van I have seen. To anyone that wished to have our set up a mobile service, watching him work is a lesson in efficiency. Zero wasted movements and everything accomplished with precision and dedication to a job well done. Among many reasons, this is the top one I go to and trust Mullinax Ford with my business.

I wanted to take a moment to share how incredible my experience was at Mullinax and to specifically recognize John for going above and beyond to help me get into my dream car. From the very beginning, John made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. He welcomed me in right away and never pressured me or asked the typical questions about trading in a vehicle. Instead, he simply showed me the cars, listened to what I wanted, and let the experience naturally move forward from there. That alone set Mullinax apart from other dealerships I had visited. After a long discussion, John worked extremely hard to get the price exactly where I wanted it. He was patient throughout the entire process, pulled strings when needed, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. He took the time to explain everything clearly every document I needed to review, sign, and understand which made the experience transparent and easy to follow. He was also very responsive whenever I had questions. What truly stood out to me was John’s dedication. We spent hours making sure everything was the right fit, and he didn’t even take a break to eat for nearly eight hours just like me because he was fully committed to helping me find the right car and making sure I was happy with my decision. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about his work ethic and care for his customers. I had previously visited Greenway and a few other dealerships, and unfortunately those experiences were disappointing. I felt lowballed and even tricked into thinking deals were better than they actually were. That was never the case at Mullinax. What I truly love about Mullinax is how straightforward and honest the entire process is. There were no games, no pressure, and no unnecessary back-and-forth. It was clear that the goal was not just to sell a car, but to make sure I was happy and confident in my decision. I also want to give special recognition to Warren, the manager, who was equally amazing and helpful. Together, John and Warren made this the best dealership experience I have ever had. Mullinax genuinely cares about their customers. They don’t put you through the ringer, and they care more about seeing a smile on your face than worrying about losing money on a car. I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership with the salesman Randy McDonald. He was very attentive and transparent explaining everything with the vehicle, along with the process of how financing the vehicle goes. No dealer fees or a need to try and haggle for a lower price, he was upfront with how much the vehicle cost and the sales tax and fees for it. If you are deciding on where to get a vehicle, please consider this dealership. The process was very easy without much trouble at all. Would go here again if I ever decide to get another vehicle.

They provide free valet service and picked up and dropped off my car to my house. Kept me informed about everything and the quote they gave me was the amount they charged. No surprises. Al set me up right away and found the exact truck I wanted, had it shipped in and had me in and out of the dealership in under 20min! What an amazing experience! The crew over at Mullinax really knows what they are doing! And the price??? Wow it’s amazing how many thousands worth of dealer fees the other dealers add! I basically paid my legal taxes and that’s it! Love the truck and love dealing with this dealer!

I drive a 2019 F-150 Super Crew Cab XLT.My 2nd time at MULLINAX FORD QUICK LANE. My SERVICE ADVISOR has been MIGUEL PACHECO great guy with knowledge experience and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Chris White was an absolute pleasure to work with. I traveled over an hour to view the F-150 that I ultimately purchased, and Chris had the truck pulled up front and ready for a test drive upon my arrival. He was welcoming, professional, and never pushy—maintaining a relaxed, respectful approach that was exactly what I needed after a very unpleasant experience at another local dealership earlier that day. Mr. Lee was equally wonderful to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain the final contract—more than once—to ensure I fully understood everything before signing. I truly appreciated his patience and clarity throughout the process. Both Chris and Mr. Lee went above and beyond when I received a concerning phone call regarding “credit verification” with Ford Credit. Given that I have experienced identity theft in the past, I was understandably cautious. When the caller failed to clearly explain the purpose of the call, I ended the conversation and immediately contacted Chris and Mr. Lee. They took my concerns seriously, investigated the issue, and ensured my identity was protected. Together, we determined it was related to a fraud alert I had placed on my credit file, and it was resolved the next business day. Their diligence and professionalism gave me tremendous peace of mind. I was also impressed by the service department. I mistakenly went there for a spray-in bed liner installation when I needed to return to the sales department. Although I did not catch his name, the young man at the customer greeting area was exceptionally kind—opening the door for both me and my son and helping us determine where we needed to go. His courtesy did not go unnoticed. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the level of customer care I received at Mullinax Ford. I will confidently return to their locations for all future service needs, as I genuinely trust their team and the integrity with which I was treated. I have purchased vehicles in Virginia, Missouri, Kansas, and North Dakota, and this was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. As an active-duty military member, I have unfortunately seen many service members taken advantage of at dealerships. I will absolutely be recommending Mullinax Ford to my coworkers and peers for their vehicle-buying needs.

Great experience, easy no haggle pricing and no pressure shopping. Zero pressure finance with clear options and costs. The best part NO DEALER FEE, and NO ADMIN FEE (whatever that is that most dealers try to tack on) and no other hidden fees. Just added tax and the actual tag costs, without mark up for that service. While not the cheapest in town, but also not the most expensive, the time you’ll save in the buying process and trying to figure out all the other dealers costs you’ll be glad you bought from Mullinax. Great experience at Mullinax Ford, working with Brian Serrage. Honestly one of the best experiences buying a car ever. The amount of used vehicles they have in inventory is absolutely unbelievable. I was looking for a used F150, they must of had 50-70 of them in stock. I was very particular about what specs I wanted and Brian walked the whole lot with me, and with the amount of vehicles they have, it was a lot of walking, but we found one that was what I wanted but just iver the price I was comfortable with. As you know its a no haggle dealership which has its pros and cons, but is so worth it. You truly never feel taken advantage of like you feel at other dealerships. Brian worked some numbers for me, and after my trade in it was just iver where I felt comfortable, one of the reasons being this truck had 4WD, which i did not need. But instead of making sacrifices on some features I wanted, we found a truck with everything I wanted, the exact same miles, just no 4WD so it was a bit cheaper, but it was at the Mullinax in Kissimmee. Worked numbers on that truck and it was exactly where I wanted to be. Brian called that sister store made a deal to trade a truck, if I went to that dealership Brian would not get the deal, and with how well he treated me, I wanted him to make the sale. He said give me two hours to go trad for that truck and he'll bring it to this dealership. Brian was amazing, I will recommend him every time, he took amazing care of me and now has a customer for life, hopefully he doesn't retire before I want my next car. Thabk you Brain!

Brought my vehicle in for a recall, and they broke a piece on my tailgate showed to service advisor. And nothing has been done in several weeks. I have called gone to the dealership and texted multiple times. Update after posting this review, someone reached out to me and solve this situation for me. But just wish it didn’t take a bad review to get the situation dealt with when days with absolutely no response but everything is good now. One of the service managers Kelly Williamsstepped up and took care of everything. I was going to completely change my review and make it all positive but I thought it would be better to leave it this way there was an issue, but he more than took care of it and I had another issue not relating to none of this and he got me in right away and took care of. It would definitely recommend and will be going back.

Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Andrew our sales men was not pushy just listened to what we thought and let us pick the vehicle that we wanted. I suggest you shop here for your next vehicle.

We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Dealer is clean, organized and all staff are professional. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again.
