I recently traded a 2012 F-250 that I bought new at Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna Beach in 2013. My new truck was purchased at their Apopka location and the entire experience was easy and stress free. Joe Light was my Salesman and confirmed the truck I saw online was available. The price is up front and Mullinax has NO DEALER FEE! A visit to meet Joe, see the truck, and get my trade appraised was quick and there were no surprises. The trade ACV was higher than I received from my local dealer and also Carvana. Lee Owens was my Finance Mgr. and he was also very professional. I asked about and purchased an extended warranty that fit my needs. Summary: I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Mullinax Ford in Apopka. Ask for Joe Light, you will be treated well and leave happy!

I am a over the road truck driver. Researched vehicles at Muliax Ford. Found one I liked. Called asked my questions. Every one was answered completely and I. A timely fashion. Mr. Ross went above and beyond working for me. He over came all the obstacles I presented. Real question is would I buy from here again. Without a doubt and with zero reservations!!

Bought 2024 F350, with 4536 miles, one owner, originally bought at Mullinax, same dealer. Great shape, nearly new, with 8" lift installed by Mullinax prior to original purchase. Had an issue, but Mullinax, specifically Justin and my salesman Devon stepped up to the plate big. Sent a representative to my house to retrieve the truck in order to resolve matter on their time. Issue was resolved, and truck back to my house before I even got off work. First class. Service during sale is one thing, but the response, and follow up provided after the sale says a lot about the passion a business has. Would recommend Mullinax of Central Florida to anyone.

This locations service has been impeccable. My service writer, Micah has been incredible. He hears me when I say something is wrong and they get it right before they call my car is ready to be picked up. Super impressed! I totaled my Redline Traverse and shopped around for another one for a couple months. They (Redline Edition) are hard to find and when you do find them dealerships list them low on the website just to get you in and add on 7k in accessories, dealer fees, document fees, and “required maintenance packages.” That goes for any used car, though, I guess. I saw that Mullinax had upfront pricing and I was skeptical but I searched their inventory and they had my car priced right so I had to inquire. Immediately, Dan reached out to me and got me payment options. I bought the car the next day. No pressure, no haggling, and best of all, priced to sell with the best price I had seen in months. Thanks to Dan and the team!

I’ve had a great experience with Mullinax Ford of Apopka so far. Very happy with my truck. The service department helped me with an issue from squirrel damage that took place. Got my truck back in a timely manner (thank you Kevin the service rep). I’ve been to other dealerships in the past including luxury dealerships and so far this one on top as far as customer service from front to back.

Brought my MUSTANG 2018 GT PR in for oil change tire rotation etc. Also got my battery replaced... The beginning portion of service was great. But when i got home my beauty of a monster wanted to make some knocking/ticking sounds by the engine bay to the transmission, immediately i assumed, wrong oil or oil related or if someone filled up my vehicle with 87 instead of premium or better. luckily, they put me in a loaner, i cried and crashed out for a few hours, but Kavette, Jordan and 2 other gentlemen's, one from Kingston and the brother who shared his IG with me kept me comforted. They assured me that they will take care of everything and my beauty will be okay. Thankfully just 5 hours later, kavette calls me and says my Babygirl is okay and ready for pickup, they replaced flushed and clean and refilled with a hand wash and detail as service they do not provide. I will always return now to Mullinax ford. you have my trust that 1st experience is better than any ford service team I've ever been too. Definitely better than holler ford fr. Shoutout to the foreman too!

I had a great experience with Mullinax Ford and their service department. They originally projected about a week to complete the work, but I dropped my car off on Friday and had it back by Tuesday morning — way faster than expected, which was great. What really stood out was how thorough and professional they were. They clearly explained what the issue was and what was done, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work performed. On top of that, the loaner process was smooth. As soon as I finished the paperwork to check my car in, they had a loaner vehicle ready within minutes. No waiting around, no hassle — just efficient and organized. A big shoutout to my service advisor, Kavette Kimbroug— she was awesome. Very communicative, professional, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. For context, I originally purchased the vehicle from Greenway Ford and had a poor experience there with the quality of work, communication, and the loaner process. That made me even more appreciative of how smooth and professional Mullinax was. Mullinax completely changed that experience for me. This has been most certainly one of the best purchases I’ve made when it comes to a dealership. Fantastic experience! We'd gone to another dealership in the area to trade in a truck. We were surprised when we were accused of bringing in a truck with a "bad transmission" that we "knew about"!! After leaving and taking to truck to another dealership to have the transmission checked out, no problems with the transmission! I guess stereotypes are real for a reason. Mullinax gave us a fair trade in and a fair price. No games at all! It was actually a pleasant experience! We will be returning and letting everyone know about the other dealership!

Alan Bowers was my sales person at Mullinax and help me find my Ranger. I drove 2 hours one way to buy from Mullinax. No extra fees just straight talk. Now for after the sale, the service. I wanted to add accessory's my new purchase from my local dealers. I found that the prices in the service departments were high or they could not do the service (people were not trained). I called Mullinax and was told to bring it in and we will take care of it. Service departments in the auto dealers are where the money is made. Looks like moneys are being left on their tables. This is my experience with Mullinax. Oh, and I have no family working there only new friends.

Dennis McClung was a fantastic salesman. Never once try to sell me something I didn't want, he was genuinely only interested understanding my needs and showing me what he had available. If im ever in the market for another vehicle. I will hunt Dennis down and buy whatever this wildman is selling. Everything was handled on the phone and ready when I got there. Gave me a great deal on my trade right from the start. I’ve always dreaded buying a vehicle from a dealership—long days, pressure, and a generally unpleasant experience. That’s why I was skeptical going in. But after hearing multiple friends and coworkers rave about Mullinax Ford, I decided to give them a shot—and I’m glad I did. My situation wasn’t simple either. I had very specific requirements and hadn’t purchased a new truck in years. After searching their inventory, I found a brand-new F-350 single rear wheel that was priced the same as a similar used truck with over 5,000 miles. That alone caught my attention. From there, everything exceeded expectations—and that’s largely thanks to Randy McDonald. Randy made the entire process incredibly smooth from start to finish. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went perfectly. What really stood out was his commitment—he even stayed engaged and kept me updated on his day off. That level of dedication is rare. The finance team were also great as they explained everything, and get this, no hidden dealerl fees! Everything was plain and clear The entire experience was seamless. I never even had to step foot inside the dealership. They delivered the truck to me the very next day, and even the delivery drivers were friendly, professional, and spoke highly of the company they work for. Bottom line: this completely changed my perception of buying from a dealership. I’m a customer for life. If you’re in the market for a new truck, do yourself a favor—ask for Randy McDonald. Recall repairs were scheduled and the repairs were made without any issues. The service department is very good about keeping you informed as to the progress of the repairs. They also inspect the vehicle to check for needed repairs. I used the Valet Service for the first time and found the drivers were professional and polite. The only concern I have was the car was not picked up from my home at the scheduled time and there was a delay in returning the car to me after the repairs were completed. What was anticipated to be a half day turned into a whole day without my car. I had plans in the afternoon which I canceled due to the late start on the work and the delay returning the car. Had I known that there could be driver delays I would have planned my day accordingly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Service Center and the work that was done. I would highly recommend them.

We have been looking for a truck for 9 months and we came across Mullinax Ford on the Internet. We actually live in Tennessee and couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. We seen a Toyota Tacoma listed on the website and called and talked to our salesman Dale Brown and within a hour he sent us a complete invoice with what the price was out the door. We sent a deposit and they held the truck for a week until we could get to Florida. They had everything ready for us as soon as we got there it took maybe a hour between the test drive and is dropping off the rental car we drove to Florida. We knew everything about the financing from our interest rate to our monthly payment before we left Tennessee with no hidden add on's. The entire experience was great from the first phone call to (Dale) the salesman to the sales manager and finance gentleman talking to us.We could not believe the price. A Toyota dealership in North Carolina that I sent the invoice to told me I had better jump on the deal they couldn't even come close to the price. Review Update 08/25/2026 This was my first experience using the free valet service at Mullinax Ford. My car was picked up on time. My Quick Lane service advisor, Luis, did an excellent job of insuring that my car was serviced with the requested "Works" package on time and he kept me informed about the process from start to finish. I received a video via text of the service tech summarizing the results of the inspection including video evidence of the areas needing attention. Luis called me to discuss the recommended items needing to be addressed. Once I gave my approval, he followed through with the service tech to insure everything was completed efficiently and quickly. He then expedited the return of my car by the valet service. While I was a little apprehensive about using the valet method to have my car serviced, I have to say it was great and turned out to be much better than driving the car in myself and waiting for it to be serviced. I will definitely use the valet service again. Thanks to Luis and the entire team at Quick Lane for an outstanding experience. Review Update 02/21/2024: My service advisor, Ariel Santiago, was extraordinary in every way during the entire service experience today. From the time that he greeted me when I arrived for my appointment, listening attentively to my description of the problem and then keeping me informed every step along the way until my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Ariel let me know the expected cost for the visit before the repair work was started. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again.
