Just picked up my 2026 Ford Explorer ST from Mullinax Ford of Central Florida Apopka and honestly had a great experience. Big shoutout to Richy and Kaitlyne for making everything super easy and stress-free. They were both really friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all, which I appreciated. Trudy was awesome she had the F150 pulled up before I got there so I could take it for a test drive as soon as I arrived. Best sales person I ever dealt with. She was great. The rest of the place not so much.. The process to buy after I went got my own pre approval before I got there had cash in hand still took 4ish hours.. that part could be better

John M was the exact guy you want walking you through a new vehicle purchase. He was honest and upfront, didn’t try to pressure me into any purchase I didn’t want. Finding such a genuine, nice guy at a car dealership is rare. The Mullinax upfront pricing is very helpful in cutting through the expected sales negotiations. But it is a dealership, after all, so be ready for Sales Management to low-ball your trade-in value.

Mullinax Ford make the purchase of a new vehicle simple and enjoyable. Their no haggle purchase policy, plus no confusing add ons or dealer fees takes the pressure off trying to get the best deal. The service at quick lane is excellent, a loaner vehicle was offered immediately so I could go about my business while my truck was being serviced.

I bought a used honda pilot from mullinax ford in apopka fl. Noah was an excellent sales rep who was personable and kept me updated all week as I waited for it to get back from getting a new paint job (no extra cost). Great price, no extra fees which is lovely, car was in good shape. They provided the car fax for free which is a total bump up on my happy list. It did have a couple things we found unsatisfactory and they immediately offered to take care of it, no extra cost. Very good buying experience, I'd definitely go here again. Also, Jack from the New Smyrna Beach location was fantastic too! He handled the first vehicle I was looking at initially until I found my Honda!

Knowing exactly what we were looking for, we did all of our research on line and visited several dealerships. We even attempted to acquire “ bottom line” pricing via one of the membership box stores and their auto purchase program. We called Mullinax and spoke with Randy. He arranged for us to see and test drive the two trucks we had narrowed our decision down to. Randy was the consummate professional and between his knowledge and Mullinax’s no haggle pricing, the experience could not have gone better. Mullinax gave us the best price of anyone and offered us more for our trade in than anyone and we did not even need to “haggle.” We highly recommend Randy and Mullinax to anyone who is looking to acquire a vehicle. They are fair, professional and there is absolutely no pressure whatsoever while your shopping around. Purchasing our truck was a tuLly an enjoyable experience and we could not be more pleased with how the entire process went.

Although I hated the 1 hr 40min drive. Josh and Chris were awesome to work with. I think the pricing for the vehicles at Mullinax makes sense, just give me the bottom line including "valve stems, air and installation". Still took a while but ... love the truck. Thanks

I’ve worked with Micah on several issues with my truck. If it weren't for him in the service department, I would have already traded my F-150 Raptor for a Ram TRX. He does everything he can to maintain the truck and resolve every issue. Micah is easy to reach, shows great empathy, and treats the vehicle as if it were his own. Excellent service every time I take my vehicle there. I highly recommend Mullinax Ford to anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle and needing service. I live in Tavares but make the drive to Apopka to have my vehicle serviced there. Just had the 110,000 mile service done at the Quick lane. I also had service done for a recall on the rear suspension toe link. My service advisor David Collimore got me in for appointment right away. I just want to say thanks to him and the Mullinax team for a great job.

Quicklane Service for oil change and tire rotation. Very friendly and informative staff. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. I waited in the customer lounge while my car underwent its oil change. The customer area was very clean, with plenty of space and seating areas. I love the counter top viewing area where you can work on your laptop while you watch your car being worked on. I was offered multiple refreshments by staff. The service advisor, Luis T. was very kind and very professional. He communicated my vehicles needs and offered additional associated services. The manager was also present and greeting customers. Kudos for creating a calm, friendly and professional environment. Shout out to all the mechanics too! They had my vehicle maintenance completed within an hour of my arrival. I appreciate you taking such great care of my Bronco Sport!! Date of visit 3/6/26, AM.

Very pleased with the purchase experience for my 2022 F-250 Limited with Mullinax Ford and in particular their sales executive Joe Light. I had been looking for some time with very specific non-negotiable parameters for what I wanted and this exact vehicle popped up at Mullinax…..i reached out and was immediately contacted by Joe…..his response to my enquiry was so quick Initially thought he was an AI bot….sorry again Joe! .However when i mentioned me wanting to make a purchase price offer he informed me that that’s not how Mullinax does business…..my initial reaction was that’s not how I do business and i was ready to walk. After spending the weekend looking at other exact same trucks that were even further afield (I live in Michigan) i cane to the conclusion that even though I had never purchased a vehicle without negotiating the price the Mullinax way might not be such a bad thing From that point and understanding that i was an out-of-state buyer, Joe was very responsive with in sending close up pics and videos of the areas of the truck that were important to me and he updated me regularly on the trucks progress through the inspection and detail phases. When i told Joe about my travel plans to come down and take possession he had no problem when I asked if he could pick me up from the airport, which is 40 minutes from the dealership. Turns out that day was Joe’s day off and he only mentioned that in passing after we got to his office. The Mullinax rigid “No Haggle Pricing” business model took a little getting used to but in this situation it’s feel I got a fair deal on the truck, which overall I am very pleased with but working with a sales professional like Joe Light was the icing on the cake!

This was our second purchase through Mullinax and we had the same salesman as the first time (Dan). We took very good care of our first vehicle and got a very fair trade amount toward our second vehicle. I appreciated the fact that they don’t charge dealer fees or extra “fluff”. The sales process went fairly smooth but would have been better if I had unlocked my credit files. Overall, we found the experience pleasant and enjoy our new vehicle.

The best used car buying experience. They head and shoulders above all dealerships I have had a car or truck purchase deal. The sales person, Mr Paul Pineda was very professional straight shooter. Was very well prepared answered all our questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to go again to Mullinax Ford for my next purchase. Very well kept business, and the best set up for a sales department. No hassles from sales team, very cooperative with every question I had. Except for the miss understanding on military discount for retired military. Looked deep into it and realized that the discount has changed and now it states it applies only within 2 years after active duty. It would been great to use the $500 towards a bed liner, however over all my sales lady Trudy did an outstanding work for her first day in sales. Thanks again Trudy!

Malik made this so quick and fast. hes very honest too. he does help work with budgets. this other dude that was here (another customer) he had to leave his truck and the guy was gonna walk back home but malik offered a ride and insisted he didnt walk that long. he ordered an air filter and made a clearing for the next day to fit me in. this guy really made it super easy. and my oil change was lighting fast dudeee. i suggest this place very muchhh

Recall repairs were scheduled and the repairs were made without any issues. The service department is very good about keeping you informed as to the progress of the repairs. They also inspect the vehicle to check for needed repairs. I used the Valet Service for the first time and found the drivers were professional and polite. The only concern I have was the car was not picked up from my home at the scheduled time and there was a delay in returning the car to me after the repairs were completed. What was anticipated to be a half day turned into a whole day without my car. I had plans in the afternoon which I canceled due to the late start on the work and the delay returning the car. Had I known that there could be driver delays I would have planned my day accordingly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Service Center and the work that was done. I would highly recommend them.

During the first oil change on my 2025 F-150 the technician performed the battery test and discovered a defective battery. The battery was replaced under warranty and probably kept me from having a problem later on. I'm always impressed with the service I get at Mulinax Ford.

We have been looking for a truck for 9 months and we came across Mullinax Ford on the Internet. We actually live in Tennessee and couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. We seen a Toyota Tacoma listed on the website and called and talked to our salesman Dale Brown and within a hour he sent us a complete invoice with what the price was out the door. We sent a deposit and they held the truck for a week until we could get to Florida. They had everything ready for us as soon as we got there it took maybe a hour between the test drive and is dropping off the rental car we drove to Florida. We knew everything about the financing from our interest rate to our monthly payment before we left Tennessee with no hidden add on's. The entire experience was great from the first phone call to (Dale) the salesman to the sales manager and finance gentleman talking to us.We could not believe the price. A Toyota dealership in North Carolina that I sent the invoice to told me I had better jump on the deal they couldn't even come close to the price. Review Update 08/25/2026 This was my first experience using the free valet service at Mullinax Ford. My car was picked up on time. My Quick Lane service advisor, Luis, did an excellent job of insuring that my car was serviced with the requested "Works" package on time and he kept me informed about the process from start to finish. I received a video via text of the service tech summarizing the results of the inspection including video evidence of the areas needing attention. Luis called me to discuss the recommended items needing to be addressed. Once I gave my approval, he followed through with the service tech to insure everything was completed efficiently and quickly. He then expedited the return of my car by the valet service. While I was a little apprehensive about using the valet method to have my car serviced, I have to say it was great and turned out to be much better than driving the car in myself and waiting for it to be serviced. I will definitely use the valet service again. Thanks to Luis and the entire team at Quick Lane for an outstanding experience. Review Update 02/21/2024: My service advisor, Ariel Santiago, was extraordinary in every way during the entire service experience today. From the time that he greeted me when I arrived for my appointment, listening attentively to my description of the problem and then keeping me informed every step along the way until my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Ariel let me know the expected cost for the visit before the repair work was started. In my opinion, Ariel is a prized associate for Mullinax Ford in Apopka and I will certainly ask for him on future service visits. Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again.
