We have received excellent service from Nelson Santana in sales for many years now. I think this is the sixth or seventh Carr or truck that we have bought from him. He is very knowledgeable and usually has the right vehicle picked out for us even before we get to the store. He helped us with another excellent truck today.

I’ve been to this Ford dealership several times, and I always make sure to work with Kevin. He is not only extremely professional and on top of everything, but he’s also genuinely a great guy and always incredibly friendly. Kevin does an excellent job of keeping me updated whenever my truck is in for service. He consistently checks in throughout the process and always asks what he can do to make the experience as easy and convenient as possible. He also takes the time to really listen when I bring up an issue with my truck. He makes sure he fully understands what I’m experiencing so he can accurately communicate it to the service technicians, which I really appreciate. Most recently, I was traveling out of town for a couple of weeks while my truck was being serviced. Kevin made sure everything was taken care of while I was gone, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even wished me well on my travels. That kind of personal attention and customer service goes a long way. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, communication, and genuine friendliness as well as Kevin does. I’ll continue coming back to this dealership and specifically asking for him. I’ve built a great relationship with Kevin over my visits, and I highly recommend him to anyone bringing their vehicle in for service. Thanks again, Kevin!

This is my second purchase from Mullinex and it was just as good if not better than9 my first. Brent was my salesman this time and he went over and above to make sure i was happy. Everyone there was extremely friendly and always asking if we needed anything. At the end we went to Ceasar's office to finish up the paperwork and he like Brent made sure we were happy before we left. As long as I drive a Ford I will always put my trust in Mullinex!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Mullinax Ford. I chose them because they had a car I wanted and the price was right too. I also liked that they advertised NO DEALER fees - and you know what? It’s true! My sales person Joshua was professional, patient, and polite. Richey, the finance person was very helpful and took his time to explain everything. Warren even stopped by the desk just to hand me a bottled water and I treated dice himself. There is a real family atmosphere here. It’s not fake - or a show - these folks are genuine. As someone who buys more vehicles than the average person, I can honestly say that this was one of the best, if not THE best car buying experiences I’ve ever had! My 2021 F150 went in recently with transmission problems. I CANNOT BE MORE PLEASED with my experience with this dealer. The best dealership I have dealt with in nearly 50 years! They were relentless in diagnosing the problem, kept me informed the whole way through, and completed all the work on time. I highly recommend Mullinax to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Remember, it's not just the car but also the backup of the dealership. 5 Stars!!!

updated review, Zach is still a great guy, the service is still attentive, and the people great to be around - Brian Francis called me not even 2 hours after posting my original review of the car running a check engine light and coding for a thermostat. He asked if I had talked to anyone and I simply stated that I knew I bought the car as is and I was already over the 300mi warranty. He told me to come in and they will take care of it, and he did. The thermostat did need replacing. I’ve never heard of any dealership repairing their recently sold used car after the signed warranty became void. This dealership gave me something to eat, drink, and a place to work as I was coming in during my work hours. They will have my business for all car buying in the future

I can’t say enough good things about Mullinax Ford and especially my service advisor, Kevin. I actually drive about 45 minutes to have my vehicle serviced here, even though there’s a Ford dealership only five minutes from my home. The difference in customer service, professionalism, and overall experience is absolutely worth the drive every single time. This visit really stood out. I arrived late and completely frazzled after a frightening experience with an Uber driver that left me stranded and shaken. Kevin immediately noticed something was wrong and took the time to listen, reassure me, and make sure I was okay. His calm demeanor, kindness, genuine concern, and sense of humor were exactly what I needed in that moment. I never expected that level of compassion during a routine service appointment, but it meant more than I can express. Beyond that, Kevin was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, personable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was extremely responsive, communicated clearly, and made the entire process easy. I own several vehicles and have worked with many dealerships over the years, so I know how frustrating the process can be with unnecessary add-ons and complications. Just purchased a car from here, they guy who helped me was Zacharee, really transparent process and honestly the best experience I've had before buying a car, I also felt the honesty from the salesman, did a good job. Zacharee also heard about my needs, he overheard I needed an adapter for tesla superchargers to charge my ford mustang mach e, and he got me one for FREE. Honestly a very good salesman that listens to everything his clients say. Had so much value added to the deal, I'd definitely come back if I have to and i'd recommend to anybody

This is the Ford dealer where I purchased my most recent F250 and I have been very pleased with the service I receive from them. From ordering parts, to having regular service (such as oil change, tire changes, etc.) I have been thoroughly happy with everything I have had them do. I am VERY happy with their service provided. Updated 2026: Without a doubt, Mullinax Ford is the BEST dealer in the Central Florida region. Their staff is on point 100% of the time. May, in the service dept is always ahead of my needs and has the most experienced and capable technicians available at her needs. Shadeile is one of these techs. He is quite knowledgeable and has the best equipped mobile van I have seen. To anyone that wished to have our set up a mobile service, watching him work is a lesson in efficiency. Zero wasted movements and everything accomplished with precision and dedication to a job well done. Among many reasons, this is the top one I go to and trust Mullinax Ford with my business.

Quick lane has been a very pleasurable experience. April is fantastic and the service I received was top notch, and the pro fuel cleaning although a little pricey has been completely worth it, I thought my truck was running great before but WOW was I wrong! I wanted to take a moment to share how incredible my experience was at Mullinax and to specifically recognize John for going above and beyond to help me get into my dream car. From the very beginning, John made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. He welcomed me in right away and never pressured me or asked the typical questions about trading in a vehicle. Instead, he simply showed me the cars, listened to what I wanted, and let the experience naturally move forward from there. That alone set Mullinax apart from other dealerships I had visited. I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership with the salesman Randy McDonald. He was very attentive and transparent explaining everything with the vehicle, along with the process of how financing the vehicle goes. No dealer fees or a need to try and haggle for a lower price, he was upfront with how much the vehicle cost and the sales tax and fees for it. I drive a 2019 F-150 Super Crew Cab XLT.My 2nd time at MULLINAX FORD QUICK LANE. My SERVICE ADVISOR has been MIGUEL PACHECO great guy with knowledge experience and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I come here to get oil changes. My first oil change he said I might need rear brakes. So it has been possibly 6 months later on 1/7/23 I am getting front and rear brakes. Chris White was an absolute pleasure to work with. I traveled over an hour to view the F-150 that I ultimately purchased, and Chris had the truck pulled up front and ready for a test drive upon my arrival. He was welcoming, professional, and never pushy—maintaining a relaxed, respectful approach that was exactly what I needed after a very unpleasant experience at another local dealership earlier that day. Mr. Lee was equally wonderful to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain the final contract—more than once—to ensure I fully understood everything before signing. I truly appreciated his patience and clarity throughout the process. Both Chris and Mr. Lee went above and beyond when I received a concerning phone call regarding “credit verification” with Ford Credit. Given that I have experienced identity theft in the past, I was understandably cautious. When the caller failed to clearly explain the purpose of the call, I ended the conversation and immediately contacted Chris and Mr. Lee. They took my concerns seriously, investigated the issue, and ensured my identity was protected. Together, we determined it was related to a fraud alert I had placed on my credit file, and it was resolved the next business day. Their diligence and professionalism gave me tremendous peace of mind. I was also impressed by the service department. I mistakenly went there for a spray-in bed liner installation when I needed to return to the sales department. Although I did not catch his name, the young man at the customer greeting area was exceptionally kind—opening the door for both me and my son and helping us determine where we needed to go. His courtesy did not go unnoticed. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the level of customer care I received at Mullinax Ford. I will confidently return to their locations for all future service needs, as I genuinely trust their team and the integrity with which I was treated. I have purchased vehicles in Virginia, Missouri, Kansas, and North Dakota, and this was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. As an active-duty military member, I have unfortunately seen many service members taken advantage of at dealerships. I will absolutely be recommending Mullinax Ford to my coworkers and peers for their vehicle-buying needs.

Great experience, easy no haggle pricing and no pressure shopping. Zero pressure finance with clear options and costs. The best part NO DEALER FEE, and NO ADMIN FEE (whatever that is that most dealers try to tack on) and no other hidden fees. Just added tax and the actual tag costs, without mark up for that service. While not the cheapest in town, but also not the most expensive, the time you’ll save in the buying process and trying to figure out all the other dealers costs you’ll be glad you bought from Mullinax. Great experience at Mullinax Ford, working with Brian Serrage. Honestly one of the best experiences buying a car ever. The amount of used vehicles they have in inventory is absolutely unbelievable. I was looking for a used F150, they must of had 50-70 of them in stock. I was very particular about what specs I wanted and Brian walked the whole lot with me, and with the amount of vehicles they have, it was a lot of walking, but we found one that was what I wanted but just iver the price I was comfortable with. As you know its a no haggle dealership which has its pros and cons, but is so worth it. You truly never feel taken advantage of like you feel at other dealerships. Brian worked some numbers for me, and after my trade in it was just iver where I felt comfortable, one of the reasons being this truck had 4WD, which i did not need. But instead of making sacrifices on some features I wanted, we found a truck with everything I wanted, the exact same miles, just no 4WD so it was a bit cheaper, but it was at the Mullinax in Kissimmee. Worked numbers on that truck and it was exactly where I wanted to be. Brian called that sister store made a deal to trade a truck, if I went to that dealership Brian would not get the deal, and with how well he treated me, I wanted him to make the sale. He said give me two hours to go trad for that truck and he'll bring it to this dealership. Brian was amazing, I will recommend him every time, he took amazing care of me and now has a customer for life, hopefully he doesn't retire before I want my next car. Thabk you Brain!

Brought my vehicle in for a recall, and they broke a piece on my tailgate showed to service advisor. And nothing has been done in several weeks. I have called gone to the dealership and texted multiple times. Update after posting this review, someone reached out to me and solve this situation for me. But just wish it didn’t take a bad review to get the situation dealt with when days with absolutely no response but everything is good now. One of the service managers Kelly Williamsstepped up and took care of everything. I was going to completely change my review and make it all positive but I thought it would be better to leave it this way there was an issue, but he more than took care of it and I had another issue not relating to none of this and he got me in right away and took care of. It would definitely recommend and will be going back.

Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Salesman is factual...doesnt try to confuse my brain with stupid salesman expressions. i found the vehicle on Cars.com, gave my contact info, salesman reached out, we spoke, we agreed for me to give a deposit to hold vehicle until I could drive to dealer (>100 Miles). Dealer replaced tires w decent new tires, new brake pads, new tie rods. The Price is not negotiable, the trade in value i got for my vehicle is ok. The salesman was having a busy day closing several sales, so he had a bit to juggle and he handled his stress well, remaining courteous at all times. I would buy again from the dealer and the salesman, for the right vehicle.

I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel.
