Well, my 50,000 service was do. Oil changed, tire rotated and perform fuel induction service. The service writer told me I had enough ford reward points to cover the whole service. 2 hours later I was told I had to pay $290.45. I ask about my ford reward points and was told she could not find my points now. I did not want to cause a scene so I paid just so I could move on with my day. Quick lane was great. Dervin Carty Reach out to me resolved the issue, honoring the no cost told to me by the service writer. Thank you.

My family always uses Mullinax in Apopka to buy and maintain our vehicles. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. Update My car needed some repairs and Mullinax was very accommodating. They provide free valet service and picked up and dropped off my car to my house. Kept me informed about everything and the quote they gave me was the amount they charged. No surprises. Once again I am happy with my service. As always they never disappoint. We just bought another vehicle At Mullinax. Again they provide great service.

Ourselves personnel, Fernandez was great also our financial closer Richie was phenomenal and they got us out there in a timely fashion and they were able to address some minor issues with the new car that was abroad but nonetheless, we was out of there smooth transition. I purchased my 1st truck in 1995 At mullinax in Fort Lauderdale Florida I was so happy to find out they had a dealership up here I talk with the number one sales person Brian And we sat there and built the truck that I wanted at his desk 3 and a 1/2 months later it was at the dealership ownership this is where you should purchase your new vehicles because you feel like family and they don't let you leave until you're satisfied with what you've purchased This is a side note 2 brothers own this but I also found out their father was in the automotive business as well so it's in their family and in their blood they treat you like family as soon as you walk in the door believe me when I say this is the dealership you should purchase your vehicles from☆

From the moment it arrived, I was kept informed of the process, told of each step of the process with the insurance claim, repairs were made quickly after the approval came in from the insurance adjustor. Purchased a 2025 Lariat from here. Pleasant buying experience. Found an issue with scratched glass a couple weeks later when I took it to be tinted. Worked with the sales manager Michael to have it addressed and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Great service overall. We hit a few bumps during the purchasing process, but I was able to walk away happy and with a win in the end. Jonathan was awesome—very helpful, honest, and easy to work with. Just be prepared to spend most of the day at the dealership. That said, the final outcome made it worth it. The only hiccup was that the vehicle came with just one key fob, so the dealership now has to order another one and I’ll need to drive from Tampa to pick it up. Aside from that, it was a solid experience. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, no matter where you’re coming from. The managers were awesome as well.

Updated 2026: Without a doubt, Mullinax Ford is the BEST dealer in the Central Florida region. Their staff is on point 100% of the time. May, in the service dept is always ahead of my needs and has the most experienced and capable technicians available at her needs. Shadeile is one of these techs. He is quite knowledgeable and has the best equipped mobile van I have seen. To anyone that wished to have our set up a mobile service, watching him work is a lesson in efficiency. Quick lane has been a very pleasurable experience. Recall repairs were scheduled and the repairs were made without any issues. The service department is very good about keeping you informed as to the progress of the repairs. They also inspect the vehicle to check for needed repairs. I used the Valet Service for the first time and found the drivers were professional and polite. The only concern I have was the car was not picked up from my home at the scheduled time and there was a delay in returning the car to me after the repairs were completed. What was anticipated to be a half day turned into a whole day without my car. I had plans in the afternoon which I canceled due to the late start on the work and the delay returning the car. Had I known that there could be driver delays I would have planned my day accordingly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Service Center and the work that was done. I would highly recommend them.

During the first oil change on my 2025 F-150 the technician performed the battery test and discovered a defective battery. The battery was replaced under warranty and probably kept me from having a problem later on. I'm always impressed with the service I get at Mulinax Ford.

Wow! No pressure? ✔️ Fair price? ✔️ Fair trade amount? ✔️ Great experience? ✔️ No dealer fees!! It's really true, and not a gimmick! And the upfront pricing is nice...no need to haggle (No sneaky 'required' options I've encountered before - I won't mention the other dealership, but I'll never go back there.) Purchasing a car is just one of those adulting things you have to do from time to time. And my husband and I had a great experience. Multiple calls and several visits to other dealers and I was no closer to getting a new car than when I started. I had done all my research, knew what I wanted, budgeted, planned...the whole nine yards and just couldn't get to where I needed to be with anyone. Then I made a call to Mullinax Ford in Apopka and spoke with a terrific consultant, Trudy. I call her a consultant, because that is the role she presented. There was no 'car salesman' vibe at all. Brent was solid and made the process easy. I came on a busy Saturday so things went a bit slow just because there was so many people there but it was expected and not a problem. I chose shopping there because there is no "sales tactics" to have me buy all these packages and plans and I was able to assess what I wanted and they gave me a price. If you do not like the sales side of car buying this is worth your time.

I Had a Great Experience with Mullinax Ford located in Apopka, FL.They had a newly used F-150 Lariat truck in my favorite color with not only the options I needed but many more. The price was right. I initially wanted a XLT trim level because of my budget, but Mullinax had an incredible deal on this Lariat I couldnt pass up. My Sales person was Nelson Santana, who I found out worked at that location for 18 years. He was amazing to work with. We have been looking for a truck for 9 months and we came across Mullinax Ford on the Internet. We actually live in Tennessee and couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. We seen a Toyota Tacoma listed on the website and called and talked to our salesman Dale Brown and within a hour he sent us a complete invoice with what the price was out the door. We sent a deposit and they held the truck for a week until we could get to Florida. They had everything ready for us as soon as we got there it took maybe a hour between the test drive and is dropping off the rental car we drove to Florida. We knew everything about the financing from our interest rate to our monthly payment before we left Tennessee with no hidden add on's. The entire experience was great from the first phone call to (Dale) the salesman to the sales manager and finance gentleman talking to us.We could not believe the price. A Toyota dealership in North Carolina that I sent the invoice to told me I had better jump on the deal they couldn't even come close to the price. We wouldn't go to any other dealership in the future. We highly recommend Mullinax ford.Thanks Dale.

Called Mullinax from home in Cape Coral FL, Saturday morning and spoke to Nestor Herrera, gave him photos and short video of my truck that I’d like to trade in, an hour later with a solid trade in offer from his colleagues, we were off for Apopke to get my new truck, 2026 Roush Edition F-250 Power Stroke. Review Update 08/25/2026 This was my first experience using the free valet service at Mullinax Ford. My car was picked up on time. My Quick Lane service advisor, Luis, did an excellent job of insuring that my car was serviced with the requested "Works" package on time and he kept me informed about the process from start to finish. I received a video via text of the service tech summarizing the results of the inspection including video evidence of the areas needing attention. Luis called me to discuss the recommended items needing to be addressed. Once I gave my approval, he followed through with the service tech to insure everything was completed efficiently and quickly. He then expedited the return of my car by the valet service. While I was a little apprehensive about using the valet method to have my car serviced, I have to say it was great and turned out to be much better than driving the car in myself and waiting for it to be serviced. I will definitely use the valet service again. Thanks to Luis and the entire team at Quick Lane for an outstanding experience. Review Update 02/21/2024: My service advisor, Ariel Santiago, was extraordinary in every way during the entire service experience today. From the time that he greeted me when I arrived for my appointment, listening attentively to my description of the problem and then keeping me informed every step along the way until my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Ariel let me know the expected cost for the visit before the repair work was started. In my opinion, Ariel is a prized associate for Mullinax Ford in Apopka and I will certainly ask for him on future service visits. Andy was the salesman who helped me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find it.. Andy made the process easy and I feel MULLINAX was fair with the purchase of my older truck. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

When I entered Mullinax Ford Dealership right away I felt at home. I am an older handicap female and I did not feel discriminated against at all. Consultant Mr Nestor and his team made my transaction a smoothed one. When I returned back home with my new Ford Escape I made sure that my neighbors know of my wonderful experience at Mullininax Ford of Apopka. I advice everyone to go there and experience the Great customer service for themselves, you'll be glad you did.

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. It was an excellent experience, and we would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you Juan and Joshua!

Salesman Devon King was very responsive and helpful during and after our visit to the dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with him. The dealership was easy to get to and very clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My one disappointment was the truck could have been cleaned and washed better. Windows had numerous streaks and bed liner was dirty.

I have nothing but good things to say about my new truck buying experience with Mullinax Ford, Apopka. My salesman Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly, as was Chris. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again. Big thanks to Tyler and the rest of the Mullinax Apopka team for making my buying experience as pleasant as it was!!!

I want to give a shout out to Dwight Dowe, I took my Edge there due to Prestige Ford messing it up and he helped me out so much with getting it fixed right, giving me a loaner for 2 days while they fixed my truck. Dwight is a out standing advisor and I would send anyone to him, he is up front and honest. The dealer had the 201a safety package on my 2024 mustang echoboost premium, while other Mullinex dealers, were not. Noah my salesman, was extremely helpful. We made a deal over the phone mostly and the car was ready to pickup. Well worth my 2hr drive.
