Malik made this so quick and fast. hes very honest too. he does help work with budgets. this other dude that was here (another customer) he had to leave his truck and the guy was gonna walk back home but malik offered a ride and insisted he didnt walk that long. he ordered an air filter and made a clearing for the next day to fit me in. this guy really made it super easy. and my oil change was lighting fast dudeee. i suggest this place very muchhh

Recall repairs were scheduled and the repairs were made without any issues. The service department is very good about keeping you informed as to the progress of the repairs. They also inspect the vehicle to check for needed repairs. I used the Valet Service for the first time and found the drivers were professional and polite. The only concern I have was the car was not picked up from my home at the scheduled time and there was a delay in returning the car to me after the repairs were completed. What was anticipated to be a half day turned into a whole day without my car. I had plans in the afternoon which I canceled due to the late start on the work and the delay returning the car. Had I known that there could be driver delays I would have planned my day accordingly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Service Center and the work that was done. I would highly recommend them.

I went to the dealership with my husband just to look around and expecting to have to bargain for a fair deal, but this is the opposite of what happened. Noah greeted us right outside, didn’t pressure us to look at anything specific. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the best vehicle for our family. During the first oil change on my 2025 F-150 the technician performed the battery test and discovered a defective battery. The battery was replaced under warranty and probably kept me from having a problem later on. I'm always impressed with the service I get at Mulinax Ford.

My first experience at this dealer was getting my truck serviced, and that was a really cool experience. And I wanted a new truck and I saw they had one and I reached out and was connected to Jesse. Jesse is engaging and most helpful. Fair trade in. No hassle. No dealer fees. We bought the Raptor. Cesar and Shawn made the paperwork a breeze. Lastly, I enjoyed the coffee latte. Best!

Wow! No pressure? ✔️ Fair price? ✔️ Fair trade amount? ✔️ Great experience? ✔️ No dealer fees!! It's really true, and not a gimmick! And the upfront pricing is nice...no need to haggle (No sneaky 'required' options I've encountered before - I won't mention the other dealership, but I'll never go back there.) Purchasing a car is just one of those adulting things you have to do from time to time. And my husband and I had a great experience. Multiple calls and several visits to other dealers and I was no closer to getting a new car than when I started. I had done all my research, knew what I wanted, budgeted, planned...the whole nine yards and just couldn't get to where I needed to be with anyone. Then I made a call to Mullinax Ford in Apopka and spoke with a terrific consultant, Trudy. I call her a consultant, because that is the role she presented. There was no 'car salesman' vibe at all. She was polite, professional and personal. She LISTENED to what I wanted to achieve, and off we went on our journey. We appreciated her engagement with us very much. For anyone that isn't a fan of buying cars, go there and ask for her. She's terrific. I recommend the Dealership in general, and Trudy in particular. It'll be worth it!

Brent was solid and made the process easy. I came on a busy Saturday so things went a bit slow just because there was so many people there but it was expected and not a problem. I chose shopping there because there is no "sales tactics" to have me buy all these packages and plans and I was able to assess what I wanted and they gave me a price. If you do not like the sales side of car buying this is worth your time.

Bypass the other Ford dealerships and head to Mullinax. You won't be disappointed. When you see the same people each time you return to purchase your next car, that says a lot about the businesd. The same finance manager and same salesman is unheard of in this day and age. My previous purchase was 2022 and Brian once again exceeded our expectations. I Had a Great Experience with Mullinax Ford located in Apopka, FL.They had a newly used F-150 Lariat truck in my favorite color with not only the options I needed but many more. The price was right. I initially wanted a XLT trim level because of my budget, but Mullinax had an incredible deal on this Lariat I couldnt pass up. My Sales person was Nelson Santana, who I found out worked at that location for 18 years. He was amazing to work with. Nelson bent over backwards to help me with a potential trade-in and many other challenges, I highly recommend Mullinax and ask for Nelson.

We have been looking for a truck for 9 months and we came across Mullinax Ford on the Internet. We actually live in Tennessee and couldn't find anything for a reasonable price. We seen a Toyota Tacoma listed on the website and called and talked to our salesman Dale Brown and within a hour he sent us a complete invoice with what the price was out the door. We sent a deposit and they held the truck for a week until we could get to Florida. They had everything ready for us as soon as we got there it took maybe a hour between the test drive and is dropping off the rental car we drove to Florida. We knew everything about the financing from our interest rate to our monthly payment before we left Tennessee with no hidden add on's. The entire experience was great from the first phone call to (Dale) the salesman to the sales manager and finance gentleman talking to us.We could not believe the price. A Toyota dealership in North Carolina that I sent the invoice to told me I had better jump on the deal they couldn't even come close to the price. We wouldn't go to any other dealership in the future. We highly recommend Mullinax ford.Thanks Dale.

Called Mullinax from home in Cape Coral FL, Saturday morning and spoke to Nestor Herrera, gave him photos and short video of my truck that I’d like to trade in, an hour later with a solid trade in offer from his colleagues, we were off for Apopke to get my new truck, 2026 Roush Edition F-250 Power Stroke. Nestor thank you, Cesar who closed out our paperwork, thank you. Flawless from start to finish ! Even did a pop-in and spent the night with our 4 grandkids in Oviedo. Review Update 08/25/2026 This was my first experience using the free valet service at Mullinax Ford. My car was picked up on time. My Quick Lane service advisor, Luis, did an excellent job of insuring that my car was serviced with the requested "Works" package on time and he kept me informed about the process from start to finish. I received a video via text of the service tech summarizing the results of the inspection including video evidence of the areas needing attention. Luis called me to discuss the recommended items needing to be addressed. Once I gave my approval, he followed through with the service tech to insure everything was completed efficiently and quickly. He then expedited the return of my car by the valet service. While I was a little apprehensive about using the valet method to have my car serviced, I have to say it was great and turned out to be much better than driving the car in myself and waiting for it to be serviced. I will definitely use the valet service again. Thanks to Luis and the entire team at Quick Lane for an outstanding experience. Review Update 02/21/2024: My service advisor, Ariel Santiago, was extraordinary in every way during the entire service experience today. From the time that he greeted me when I arrived for my appointment, listening attentively to my description of the problem and then keeping me informed every step along the way until my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Ariel let me know the expected cost for the visit before the repair work was started. In my opinion, Ariel is a prized associate for Mullinax Ford in Apopka and I will certainly ask for him on future service visits. Chris White was an absolute pleasure to work with. I traveled over an hour to view the F-150 that I ultimately purchased, and Chris had the truck pulled up front and ready for a test drive upon my arrival. He was welcoming, professional, and never pushy—maintaining a relaxed, respectful approach that was exactly what I needed after a very unpleasant experience at another local dealership earlier that day. Mr. Lee was equally wonderful to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain the final contract—more than once—to ensure I fully understood everything before signing. I truly appreciated his patience and clarity throughout the process. Both Chris and Mr. Lee went above and beyond when I received a concerning phone call regarding “credit verification” with Ford Credit. Given that I have experienced identity theft in the past, I was understandably cautious. When the caller failed to clearly explain the purpose of the call, I ended the conversation and immediately contacted Chris and Mr. Lee. They took my concerns seriously, investigated the issue, and ensured my identity was protected. Together, we determined it was related to a fraud alert I had placed on my credit file, and it was resolved the next business day. Their diligence and professionalism gave me tremendous peace of mind. I was also impressed by the service department. I mistakenly went there for a spray-in bed liner installation when I needed to return to the sales department. Although I did not catch his name, the young man at the customer greeting area was exceptionally kind—opening the door for both me and my son and helping us determine where we needed to go. His courtesy did not go unnoticed. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the level of customer care I received at Mullinax Ford. I will confidently return to their locations for all future service needs, as I genuinely trust their team and the integrity with which I was treated. I have purchased vehicles in Virginia, Missouri, Kansas, and North Dakota, and this was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. As an active-duty military member, I have unfortunately seen many service members taken advantage of at dealerships. I will absolutely be recommending Mullinax Ford to my coworkers and peers for their vehicle-buying needs.

Great experience, easy no haggle pricing and no pressure shopping. Zero pressure finance with clear options and costs. The best part NO DEALER FEE, and NO ADMIN FEE (whatever that is that most dealers try to tack on) and no other hidden fees. Just added tax and the actual tag costs, without mark up for that service. While not the cheapest in town, but also not the most expensive, the time you’ll save in the buying process and trying to figure out all the other dealers costs you’ll be glad you bought from Mullinax. Ask for salesman Dennis McClung, decades of experience.

Great experience at Mullinax Ford, working with Brian Serrage. Honestly one of the best experiences buying a car ever. The amount of used vehicles they have in inventory is absolutely unbelievable. I was looking for a used F150, they must of had 50-70 of them in stock. I was very particular about what specs I wanted and Brian walked the whole lot with me, and with the amount of vehicles they have, it was a lot of walking, but we found one that was what I wanted but just iver the price I was comfortable with. As you know its a no haggle dealership which has its pros and cons, but is so worth it. You truly never feel taken advantage of like you feel at other dealerships. Brian worked some numbers for me, and after my trade in it was just iver where I felt comfortable, one of the reasons being this truck had 4WD, which i did not need. But instead of making sacrifices on some features I wanted, we found a truck with everything I wanted, the exact same miles, just no 4WD so it was a bit cheaper, but it was at the Mullinax in Kissimmee. Worked numbers on that truck and it was exactly where I wanted to be. Brian called that sister store made a deal to trade a truck, if I went to that dealership Brian would not get the deal, and with how well he treated me, I wanted him to make the sale. He said give me two hours to go trad for that truck and he'll bring it to this dealership. Brian was amazing, I will recommend him every time, he took amazing care of me and now has a customer for life, hopefully he doesn't retire before I want my next car. Thabk you Brain!

We returned on Tuesday 16 2025 and the exceptional service continue. There was a team member offering water and coffee, ensuring we were comfortable throughout the process. Brought my vehicle in for a recall, and they broke a piece on my tailgate showed to service advisor. And nothing has been done in several weeks. I have called gone to the dealership and texted multiple times. Update after posting this review, someone reached out to me and solve this situation for me. But just wish it didn’t take a bad review to get the situation dealt with when days with absolutely no response but everything is good now. One of the service managers Kelly Williamsstepped up and took care of everything. I was going to completely change my review and make it all positive but I thought it would be better to leave it this way there was an issue, but he more than took care of it and I had another issue not relating to none of this and he got me in right away and took care of. It would definitely recommend and will be going back.

Buying a car from Mullinax was by far the most stressful and up front experience I’ve ever had. Their Internet salesman, Andrew, was incredibly responsive to all my emails, text and was never pushy thought out my purchase. I drove two hours to purchase my car and could not drive with home, because of my banks transfer delay, but they had a delivery date ready for me the next day and the car was in my driveway two days after purchase! Their upfront pricing was the best part of the deal because I didn’t have to deal with back and forth negotiations for dealer add ons or bogus fees!

I went in pretty skeptical of a deal going on. I literally remember asking Ryan… “Whats the catch?” And he said there isn’t one. A few hours later I’m driving off the lot with exactly what I wanted and with less of a payment that I was currently paying for a car 3 years older. Overall a great experience. I was not happy with the finance manager’s demeanor and attitude, I understand finance personnel typically do not like cash buyers because they don’t make any money off of you. But we are still customers of the dealership and should be treated kindly. Overall great dealership, and I would give them my business again.

Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Love the no haggle policy as that is what gives car dealers a bad name, in my opinion. Do your homework (the internet is a wonderful thing ), before you go and if they have the vehicle you want I think you will find their price is better than anyone else. Now, if you want to haggle with other dealers and MAYBE get down to the price that Mullinax is already at and spend hours dealing with that stressful task, go ahead, but I'll go back to Mullinax again and again.
