BIG THANKS TO JOHN!!!! Bought a 2019 Ford Expedition back in November and the team did amazing with the deal! Few months later I came back for a 2nd vehicle and I have me now a 2019 ram 1500. John did amazing with all the cars he showed me and the information he gave me on each car and its history. Was very patient during the whole process of me looking at so many cars. I've been coming for like 3 or 4 days as I shopped around their inventory and tried to make my decision. I even left and shopped around outside mullinax and ended up coming back and closing the deal on the ram. If you're looking to shop here ask for John! I also had Alan and Paul help me out when I showed up and John wasn't there and they did great helping me out. I would recommend those 2 if John isn't around

Alan Bowers was my sales person at Mullinax and help me find my Ranger. I drove 2 hours one way to buy from Mullinax. No extra fees just straight talk. Now for after the sale, the service. I wanted to add accessory's my new purchase from my local dealers. I found that the prices in the service departments were high or they could not do the service (people were not trained). I called Mullinax and was told to bring it in and we will take care of it. Service departments in the auto dealers are where the money is made. Looks like moneys are being left on their tables. This is my experience with Mullinax. Oh, and I have no family working there only new friends.

I drove to Mullinax Ford in Apopka from Tallahassee to purchase a Ford Bronco. I was very happy with the process from start to finish. My salesman Alan worked out the numbers for me before I even left my house. When I got to Apopka there were no "gotcha" moments or surprises. Everything was relatively simple. Russ in Finance spent a ton of time telling me all about the different warranty and add-on options, but didn't pressure me when I had trouble deciding. I am so happy with my Bronco and I plan on keeping it a long time, but if I ever do need another car I'd be happy to do business at Mullinax again!

First thing out of the gate, my 2025 Platinum with the 430 gear really hauls the mail. It’s been a pleasant experience working with Alan Bowers here at Mullinax Ford Apopka. It’s been straight forward and the extended warranty that was offered is something I would not purchase but… considering the electronics included with the Platinum package it is a 100% no brainer so I pulled the trigger and bought it. My prior truck was a 2015 that I bought here had 170k on the clock and NEVER left me in a jamb. The ‘25 was twice the money but it’s more than twice the truck and I feel confident that the ‘25 will keep me satisfied for years too. Can’t wait to break the motor in a start towing the 7,000 lb boat and 8,000 lb travel trailer. I don’t think Godzilla will ever know if there’s anything back there. Thanks, Alan!

Such an amazing experience. I spoke to a Mr. King one day when swinging by to view a 2024 Mustang he was very nice and helpful. The following day a gentleman named Johnnier reached out from their online sales, he was such an amazing help! I decided to go back in and view the car, they gave me to Mr.bowers (Alan) he was the sweetest. I took the car on a test drive and knew it was the one. Had a 5-Star buying experience with Alan Bowers! Found vehicle on line and contacted dealership. Alan was lucky salesman for the sale. Arranged the terms and set up a pick-up date. Alan was in before dealer opened to meet our schedule as we drove 2 hours in. When we looked vehicle over, found glove box items missing. This was a Ford certified used purchase. Everything MIA was ordered and sent to my address. Overall-Very easy and pleasant transaction. Would give 6 Stars but they did not budge 1 penny from listed price.
