updated review, Zach is still a great guy, the service is still attentive, and the people great to be around - Brian Francis called me not even 2 hours after posting my original review of the car running a check engine light and coding for a thermostat. He asked if I had talked to anyone and I simply stated that I knew I bought the car as is and I was already over the 300mi warranty. He told me to come in and they will take care of it, and he did. The thermostat did need replacing. I’ve never heard of any dealership repairing their recently sold used car after the signed warranty became void. This dealership gave me something to eat, drink, and a place to work as I was coming in during my work hours. They will have my business for all car buying in the future

Update 6/30/2025- Used Car sales Manager Brian Francis has made this right.. they ordered the proper spare wheel/tire and even covered the tow bill. I recently bought a certified Ford Blue Advantage vehicle (2019 Ram 1500) from Mullinax Apopka and discovered the day after purchase that the spare tire provided is completely incompatible with the upgraded wheels and tires installed on the truck. It’s useless in an emergency. It was not even 24 hours after I bought the vehicle that I was on the side of the road with a flat tire and had no choice but to have it towed due to having the wrong size spare. Despite this being a Ford certified vehicle, the dealership has refused to provide a correct spare, and Ford Cares also declined to help. I expected better from a CPO program that promotes safety and reliability. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on both the dealership and Ford’s certification standards. The response the used car manager said the tire provided matched perfectly to the stock wheels but they knew the wheels were aftermarket and never even gave the option to purchase with stock wheels. I would like to add my salesman Wes has been great throughout the car buying process. Also my family has bought multiple vehicles from Mullinax and usually always have good experiences. This could be a 5 star review if Mullinax management decides to make this right.
