Chris White is truly 10/10 !!! This is the third vehicle we have purchased from him and we truly wouldn’t take our business anywhere else. He even helped me get all connected in the Ford Pass app and help get my car app’s settings all configured before sending us on our way. Easy, stress free, and very communicative.

Chris White was an absolute pleasure to work with. I traveled over an hour to view the F-150 that I ultimately purchased, and Chris had the truck pulled up front and ready for a test drive upon my arrival. He was welcoming, professional, and never pushy—maintaining a relaxed, respectful approach that was exactly what I needed after a very unpleasant experience at another local dealership earlier that day. Mr. Lee was equally wonderful to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain the final contract—more than once—to ensure I fully understood everything before signing. I truly appreciated his patience and clarity throughout the process. Both Chris and Mr. Lee went above and beyond when I received a concerning phone call regarding “credit verification” with Ford Credit. Given that I have experienced identity theft in the past, I was understandably cautious. When the caller failed to clearly explain the purpose of the call, I ended the conversation and immediately contacted Chris and Mr. Lee. They took my concerns seriously, investigated the issue, and ensured my identity was protected. Together, we determined it was related to a fraud alert I had placed on my credit file, and it was resolved the next business day. Their diligence and professionalism gave me tremendous peace of mind. I was also impressed by the service department. I mistakenly went there for a spray-in bed liner installation when I needed to return to the sales department. Although I did not catch his name, the young man at the customer greeting area was exceptionally kind—opening the door for both me and my son and helping us determine where we needed to go. His courtesy did not go unnoticed. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the level of customer care I received at Mullinax Ford. I will confidently return to their locations for all future service needs, as I genuinely trust their team and the integrity with which I was treated. I have purchased vehicles in Virginia, Missouri, Kansas, and North Dakota, and this was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. As an active-duty military member, I have unfortunately seen many service members taken advantage of at dealerships. I will absolutely be recommending Mullinax Ford to my coworkers and peers for their vehicle-buying needs.

Purchasing our recent truck from Mullinax Ford Apopka was hands down the easiest car buying experience we’ve had. I came from out of town to make the purchase. Vehicle pricing was good from the start, no added dealer fees or anything related to that is a huge bonus. Out the door was vehicle + tax, tag and title, nothing hidden in there. We received a very fair trade value virtually, and that didn’t change at the time of sale in person. Our salesman Chris White was very helpful from the start, answered all questions quickly and thoroughly, he didn’t follow up with multiple pressuring calls or emails. Post vehicle sale he was equally helpful in addressing a request that we made. Financing was easy, also without high pressure add-ons pushed in signing. Went in with a good rate from our credit union and they were able to beat it in house. We couldn’t be happier with Mullinax Apopka.

Just traded in my 06 Mustang gt that I bought from Mullinax back in 06 for a new Maverick and I'm loving it. I'm a return customer because they did me right the first time. Chris White was my salesman this time he was great, he answered all my questions and I never felt pressured. I found what I was looking for online Friday night and Chris contacted me early Saturday to let me know the vehicle was still there. The whole process took about 4 hrs for the test drive, valuing my trade in, detailing my new ride and signing the paperwork. I do plan on returning in a few years when I retire to purchase a bigger truck to pull an RV.
