Although I hated the 1 hr 40min drive. Josh and Chris were awesome to work with. I think the pricing for the vehicles at Mullinax makes sense, just give me the bottom line including "valve stems, air and installation". Still took a while but ... love the truck. Thanks

Great experience starting with our salesperson Chris . Kept us informed and even delivered the car to me. Set it up for me and went over all the great features of the car. Went out if his way to make sure I understood all the high tech features,too. This car was the last gift my parents bought me. They bought my first and now their last for me. Went in just to look around. Andy was quick to assist me and show me everything they have in stock based on what I was asking for and nothing else. He allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles that day till I found the one I didn't expect to find! From there, Chris assisted me with all the warrenty and financing agreements and information. Never pressured just honest information to base my decisions and finances. They exceeded my expectations and ended up with the truck I wanted at a great price!! Only warning is to be cautious just going to look, you may end up driving one home!!

Hands down the best and most trustworthy dealership I've ever worked with. I visited at least 10 other dealerships some big name brands and others smaller local "buy here, pay here" lots and let me tell you, I was ready to pound my head against the wall dealing with all the ridiculous scam fees. A vehicle would be listed at $40,000, but by the time you jumped through all their hoops, the price would balloon by $6,000 to $10,000 in bogus charges. We bought a 2025 Explorer over the weekend. The entire process with Mullinax-Apopka was incredible and very smooth. A lot of the pre-work had been done (e.g., financing) prior to us arriving. We were seen immediately after arriving at our appointment time. There were no (zero) surprises throughout the purchase process. The total time from walking through the door to driving off the lot was on 2.5 hours. Chris was incredible and able to answer all of our questions. There was no high pressure sales for warranty, just a very straight forward presentation of the choices. This is my second time buying through Mullinax (previous buy was through Mullinax-Kissimmee).
