Dennis McClung was a fantastic salesman. Never once try to sell me something I didn't want, he was genuinely only interested understanding my needs and showing me what he had available. Great experience, easy no haggle pricing and no pressure shopping. Zero pressure finance with clear options and costs. The best part NO DEALER FEE, and NO ADMIN FEE (whatever that is that most dealers try to tack on) and no other hidden fees. Just added tax and the actual tag costs, without mark up for that service. I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!
