Well, my 50,000 service was do. Oil changed, tire rotated and perform fuel induction service. The service writer told me I had enough ford reward points to cover the whole service. 2 hours later I was told I had to pay $290.45. I ask about my ford reward points and was told she could not find my points now. I did not want to cause a scene so I paid just so I could move on with my day. Quick lane was great.
