I brought my 2025 Ford Explorer ST into Mullinax Ford thinking my appointment was that day, only to find out I was actually a week early. Despite that, Dwight went above and beyond to help me out. He still got my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation right away and took the time to explain that my original appointment was actually scheduled for a transmission inspection, assuring me he’d personally take care of it when that appointment date comes. Dwight’s professionalism, communication, and genuine care for customers really stood out. He made what could have been an inconvenient situation smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his dedication and attention to detail. On top of that, the service department itself is state of the art, easily one of the nicest service centers I’ve been to. The lounge area was also pretty sweet and made the short wait comfortable and enjoyable. If you’re bringing your vehicle to Mullinax Ford, definitely ask for Dwight, he’ll make sure you’re taken care of the right way. -Joe

Update to the below review...I was contacted by the service manager, Kelly, who genuinely took an interest into what happened and how to make it better. Even through my traveling and being away he communicated very effectively and took ownership of his service department...something leaders sometime lack. He not only made sure I was taken care of but his follow up was fantastic. I'm not the easiest guy to impress as I have super high standards and he impressed me. I'm not going to delete my review but I do want to add my follow up. Kelly not only kept me as a customer but I will recommend Mullinax Ford service department to anyone needing their vehicle repaired. Original review - I was really hoping to add to the great reviews that I've seen online but I have to admit that I'm pretty disappointed. Everything started off great. I had an appointment to have a recall done on my truck along with an inspection. The recall went very well and the inspection found a leaking oil pan and MyKey was active. I don't have the Admin key to turn MyKey off so I had my service advisor (Dwight) go ahead and order the key...cost was around $250. Dwight said he would call when the key arrived. I waited 2 weeks and no phone call. I called for Dwight and had to leave a message. I did not receive a call back. About a week...maybe 2, later I called again and had to leave a message for Dwight. I did not receive a call back. I then called for the service manager. He was out for a family issue...I completely understand. I asked for the assistant service manager. They don't have one. I had to leave another message to have someone...anyone...call me back. I received no call back. It's now been about a month and a half. I just called again and had to leave another message. Let's see if I get a call after leaving this review.

This service team is second to none. Dwight Dowe was friendly, confident and followed through on everything he said. The new facility is comfortable, and the coffee pours freely. Thank you to the entire team who helped us through what is typically a stressful experience.

Got my truck in within days of looking for an appointment. Quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue and had my truck back on the road. This is my second time specifically going there because of the service advisor Dwight Dowe. I live near the airport and would drive a littler further than other dealers to deal with Dwight.

They are friendly, fast service, great prices, will try to help you any way they can with this busy life we all have. They tell you what you need and have pride in their work and reputation. Dwight Dowe is a great service advisor 5 stars to him.
